Best place ever! I love my HP 6500. Do not want to let go of it. Fixed it fast and cleaned it. I jammed paper inside a year later and they serviced it complimentary. Great people kind and honest.

They do quality work

Did not like the service that Joe Coyle offers. He charge $25 just to look at the printer. There is few others places with a better customer service. Also when i came to pick up they left me 30min waiting and gave the printer dirty with ink on the outer shell of the printer.

I brought in 2 printers (1 at a time) for cleaning and trouble shooting and was very happy with the level of service, the quick turnaround, and the pricing.

I just dropped off my printer and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are not out to gouge you at all. They were kind, professional and efficiant. They fixed my issue which was a silly human error. They never even made me feel embarrassed, ha I did that all on my own. I would highly recommend them for any printer issues!

I have been using the printer repair depot to purchase LaserJet and ink jet cartridges for several years now. Their prices are about 30 to 40% lower than purchasing them through Amazon or a local office supply store. And Joe is outstanding, sometimes deliver us a cartridge to me within hours of notifying him. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was so impressed with these folks. I needed an old HP LaserJet worked on which ended up being a new lid since it is integral to removing old toner cartridges. They asked about one of the pair trays which was broken but I declined buying that part to save money. Not only did they do a fast turnaround getting my printer Bach to me, they replaced the broken paper tray anyway. Now thats what I call great customer service. I was so impressed with their with ethic Ill be recommending them to anyone I know who needs printer repair. Prices are good, fast service, and people you can trust. Thats the whole ballgame! Best in San Diego - I have been using Printer Repair Depot since their doors opened in the 90s. Jack and John are incredibly good at what they do. I have purchased at least 10 printers from them over the years and have had them fix many printers for me at the different companies Ive worked for. Including my own company. When I need a printer fixed I call PRD every time. The quality of work is excellent, very knowledgeable, fair price, great warranty.

Jack and John were amazing. Not another printer repair in town can fix our large scale hp design jet. I also had the hp laser jet fixed, about $100, cant be beat.

We use Printer Repair Depot for 3 mutli function printers in our office. They are always reasonably priced, quick and efficient when fixing problems or trouble shooting our devices. Today the nice man who answered their main line had me check a few things and fixed the problem with my printer in approximately 4 minutes after I had been on the phone for seriously an hour with an actual Brother technician and accomplished nothing. THANK YOU nice man and Printer Repair Depot!

They do good work for a reasonable price. I had an top of the line HP Officejet that the feeder was broken on, I almost threw it away but decided to see how much it would cost to fix. I was referred to Printer Repair depot from a colleague in my office. It was $80 to fix and it run like new now! I havent had a feeder issue and its been almost two years. I have also called several time through the years with minor questions that they were happy to answer. Will continue to do business with them.

I bought a printer off Craigslist that was broke and before I even checked it out they fixed it overnight and I paid very little for repairs and they also sold me ink for cheaper then retail, I am beyond impressed. Expensive, slow, not honest about service times: would not use again. Said next day service - took like two weeks. Made me sign a blank estimate, then charged $100. Also these positive reviews look fake, which would be illegal fraud.

Fixed My Epson Inkjet Printer in 2 Days for $40.I had been used to assuming printers have a 3 or 4 year lifespan, so when my 3 year old Epson printer started making grinding noises and giving error messages I started looking on Amazon for a new printer. Then I decided to try to get it fixed instead. Printer Repair Depot had the printer fixed in only 2 days, and only charged me $40. Now its working like new, and I dont have to throw away all those pricey ink cartridges Ive bought.

Terrible Customer Service. (John)I was quoted a price and made note, than when I called back 1 week later, the price was over $150 more for the same when I was told the price would remain. I had phoned in, never got a call back 3 times, I had top follow up, yet I still continued, in return, I was accused of Forgetting the quote.Advice: If you quote something, Honor it. And instead of reasoning with, I was literally hung up on. Stay Away, or see what I mean for yourself. Very Poor Service (John). I wouldnt recommend at all.

I would stay far away from this place. After over one month of promising to repair my Epson printer, they finally did....NOT. After taking off the afternoon to pick it up since I was told it would be ready FINALLY, they handed it back at no charge. Nothing done, promise broken and fully denied that they said it was to be finished. The very old man in the back brought out his dog, I guess he is used to seeing upset customers. Save yourself some grief, and take your printer elsewhere.

I took my printer in for repair. They spent several days diagnosing the problem. They called to say they didnt have the resources to complete the repair and couldnt find the part needed. I was not charged for service.
