Not only did he fix my computer software issues but he managed to save all my files and put everything back the way I had it. This place has great service. My laptop screen broke and they fixed it for me in a couple of days. They also charged me accordingly (I researched how much replacing the screen would cost) and the owner was very nice to me the whole time. He even game me something else that I needed as a gift.Highly recommended

Came in to get my bios flashed on to my motherboard and ironically they were unable to do it and they also tried to charge me for the update drivers on my motherboard . Its a little ironic you would expect a repair service to be a little more prepared/honest. After this they charged 89$ for labor even though they did absolutely nothing dont come here this place is a money drain.

Quiet competence. Karl will give you the simplest or most economical choices for repairing your computer, phone, and drone. He also will do house calls, and occasionally he can fix it while you wait at the store. Lessons available. Patient teacher.

I took my laptop here twice for the same issue and they never fixed it. They didnt even try to diagnose the issue - first they flashed the RAM and second they installed a new hard drive, and both times the same problem came up the next day. The younger guy is cool, but the older owner was pretty rude - he told me the second repair would take six hours, and when I called him eight hours later he snapped at me over the phone. That job took over two days and I was never updated until the end. Overall, cheap but useless.

Great professional services, called them about fixing the USB ports on my laptop and they provided advise how to fix it. I also got a great deal on used laptop with warranty avoiding the risk of buying one on Craigslist, keep up the good work

It is VERY refreshing to come across a business that has true integrity. From the beginning Karl could have taken advantage of my nievity of computers. He looked at my PC and determined that I just needed it to be cleaned and gone through. Instead of buying one of his nice refurbished machines. Karl did several other things that proved to me he is a man with integrity. I trust this man for all my PC needs. Its nice to know that I will never have to Look for a new PC guy. I absolutely recommend this place for repair or parts or a new machine.

However, I just wanted to say few words about your response.1. It says on the web page (I read the PDF too) that the diagnostic fees are $50 for Desktop and $75 for Laptop. I admit that my motherboard was a Sahara Desert, but it wasnt pleasant paying $75 just to get it cleaned when it clearly says $50 for desktops on the site.2. I checked through my entire text message and phone calls, but I did not get anything from you that day (July 13). In fact, I only have records of calling you few times (I clearly remember this and my call history proves it too). I called you in the afternoon of July 13th, around 2:18 pm, because I DID NOT get a call from you that day. When I called you, you told me you havent had the chance to look at my computer yet (because you were testing other devices as well). I waited until Monday to hear back from you, and THAT IS when you told me the motherboard pins were bent (7/15/2019, Monday, 10:01 AM).I am planning to get rid of my ratings later (including the previous one). I just wanted to make things clear before I delete it.I really appreciate you putting your time and effort to clean though, and again Im sorry about using inappropriate words.

I called to ask if they had a computer part and the very rude lady over the phone had no Idea what I was talking about. The part I was asking for was very obvious for a computer store employee to know about. She then informed me that they only fix computers not sell parts which is contrary to what their website states. I probably wouldnt want to get my computer fixed here anwyays

Repaired my MacBook here. The staff here was really nice and helpful. Also the price was just 1/10 compared to the Apple store. Highly recommended!!!

There work has always been great and they are honest and fair. They often will look at a perceived problem a customer might have only to tell them it is nothing to worry about but if there is their service cost will always be fair.

Late Yelp Post(9/2/2016):I cannot believe the extraordinary repair theyve done to my laptop. I am absolutely grateful that these guys exist. One day my Mac air laptop decides to no longer display screen and then never turn on. I dont really know what the problem was but I figured trying to get it fixed through Apple or any of you would be too expensive but I heard that this place was affordably decent so I gave it a shot. After several months, finally my laptop was as brand as new. And the great past was that nothing internally was deleted or physically damaged. Apple wouldve definitely charged me at least a grand or more, might as well have spent it on a new laptop in that case, but these guy were able to give it to me for less than half the price! Superb work!

Really enjoyed bringing my computers here until I needed warranty work on one of their own repairs. Turns out they dont warranty their work. Amy was really nasty and rude about it, which turned an unfortunate experience into a permanent wont return.
