Wow they were great! I called them 5 minutes before they closed and urgently needed to fix my phone before traveling, they were extremely accommodating to my circumstances and repaired my screen in under 15 minutes!These guys are the best and are 100% professional and kind!

Worst service Ive ever experienced in my life and I really hate to do this because at first, they were nice. I got my phone fixed here, then had to get it fixed AGAIN under warranty, then I had to get it fixed a 3rd time (since it STILL hadnt been properly fixed)! While waiting to get it fixed, I cracked the phone in the 3rd stores staircase. Even though it was the same fix I needed under the warranty, they said my warranty was no longer good. Not only that, they were rude and unhelpful. I called everyone I could at UBreakIFix but their franchise structure basically puts each individual store in charge. This has costed me thousands of dollars of business and my phone is much worse than when I first went to get it fixed. Awful service! Expensive! I DO NOT recommend!

This place is a life saver. Very honest, and quality work. My Samsung phone had multiple issues, charging, battery life, low volume speaker. I called several places and they did not have the parts in stock and were going to charge me an arm and a leg. I then called these guys and they were great. They had all the parts in stock and were able to fix my phone in less than 3 hours. They were very honest with me by not charging individual labor for each single work. The technician, David said that he will do 50% off the repair on the battery and speaker issue since the phone is already open to replace the charge port. I highly recommend them.

Theyre good. Actually theyre professional and excellent!They do a good job in both phones and computers. They have different machines for different types of devices. The staff here take good care of customers products so dont need to worry at all!I just got a cup of water turning down on my laptop. After a few hours I took it to UBREAKIFIX.They just opened it for me and put it into a machine like an oven to dry the computer.After an hour it worked! How lucky!They are very nice guys ! Excellent job repairing pixel 4, only shop in San Diego that will do it. All other Ufixit stores directed us here. Only issue was that I had a 10 am appointment (first of the day), and was forced to wait for another customer who didnt bother to make an appointment but was insistent she be seen first. So, dont worry if you dont have an appointment, you will get priority!Excellent service otherwise.

The absolutely best uBreakiFix. I went in around noon after my iPhone 11 slipped out of my pocket once again and completely green screened on me. Now my phone and I have been through the trenches together, from motorcycles accidents that bent the main frame to Jetski recording and drowning in completely water. Not only was my repair finished in 45 MINUTES, BOOOOOMM but big blessings to AJ that was able to bend my frame back in shape and give me basically a brand new phone. That can be tricky with iPhones glass back.You want great service and someone that’s honest with you every step of the way, go see AJ! There aren’t too many like him these days.

TL;DR: If youre considering them for a screen replacement for a low-end phone, youre better off replacing the entire phone or going elsewhere.They were able to replace my phones cracked screen in just a few hours, which Im grateful for.However, the replacement screen is much worse quality than the original. There are several dead spots where the screen doesnt register any input, which makes the phone very difficult to use. Worse yet, the screen is completely unresponsive with a screen protector, so I cant even protect it from future damage.Ive reached out to them multiple times for help or assistance, and have sent them video proof of the issues Im having, but have never received any return contact. I honestly wished I had just paid the extra money to replace my low-end phone entirely.Update 1/28/21: because I could not apply a protector on the replacement screen, my screen now has a crack in it, vastly reducing my ability to trade it in for credit in the future. Reduced from 2 stars to 1 star.

Absolutely terrible service. Was forced to come here to get my samsung fixed because it was the only reputable dealer. Took 5 hours for a screen swap (problems with the screen sensors), was told it would be done in less than 3 hours came in right when they opened didnt get the phone back for over 4.5 hours. Tech was unhelpful when I asked why there was dents all over my s pen. Phone was covered in sticky stuff that wasnt originally on my phone. Was told they would get the new s pen in the next day and they would call me. I waited 5 days and never heard back. Called to ask what was up and was told they hadnt even ordered it! Absolutely horrible, and so unprofessional. Avoid if you can.

Great shop. Honest, quick and quality work, plus no diagnosis charge.Had to bring my phone in because I dropped it and the screen wasnt working. The people in front of me in line had the same issue and had to replace the screen entirely. I was worried that would be the case for me. Zach helped me out. He was able to fix it during diagnosis without replacing and didnt charge me anything! They easily could have charged me to replace the screen and I wouldnt have known the difference. I really appreciate Zachs honesty, friendliness and transparency about the process . He also got it done within an hour!

After only having my Pixel 4 for about 2 months, i accidentally broke the screen on my phone. I found this place from google as their recommended shops to get it fixed. I left my phone for about 3-4 hours and when I came back it was just like it was brand new again. The price to get it fixed was a lot more than expected but that will just teach me to put a case and screen protector on my phone for now on.

Took my phone in for a battery replacement that was covered under my insurance. I went in and they already had my info (I had gone to a Verizon store to initiate the claim). I was told it would be replaced in about 30 minutes and they did a nice job. My phone works normally now and it was returned back to me in better condition than I dropped it off in. Great Job Guys! Great place! I thought my laptop was dead (and had two different people tell me that). I brought it in to this company and found out it was a simple fix to reinstall Windows. They are reasonably priced, very honest, and now have a functional laptop I was close to recycling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place is not a good place if you wanna get your phone fixed. I got my iPhone7plus fixed and the next day I dropped it inside my house only 4ft from the ground and it instantly cracked. I then took it to another place near mission valley and they fixed it and couple months go by and I accidentally dropped it again, but from 10ft off the ground on cement and it didn’t crack at all. So this place is not a good place the price is not reasonable for cheap screens. I’m dissatisfied in this place. I highly recommend A TO Z wireless great prices and actual apple screens!!!!

I spoke with John over the phone and he was super helpful with my questions regarding my phones cracked screen. I then brought my phone in and both him and another man working there were super nice. The price was reasonable, especially since my phone was ready to be picked up an hour later! Highly recommend going to another location.The following happened:Submitted insuranceReceived a call from uBreakiFix that they received my parts and available to fix my phone screen.Drive down to location and drop it off, only to come back and find that they did not work on the phone because they never checked to see if they had all the parts. They told me to come back again.The following week, drop it off again and come back and the phone doesnt work. They then tell me they can provide the following day....I highly recommend mmend going to a place with better customer service and with people that actually know what they are doing.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My phone hadn’t been charging correctly for some time. I was getting ready to get a new one when I decided to stop in and see if they could fix the problem. The gentleman at the counter fixed my charging port in a matter of minutes - something was stuck inside of it. I couldn’t believe it! This problem had been driving me crazy for months. I’ll definitely be back for any repair needs in the future.

I was having issues with my phone on vacation and John helped me to find the information I needed even with the limited resources I had available. At the end, the issue was resolved and John continued to be helpful and gracious, even when I became obvious that nothing needed to be fixed that he could bill for. He exemplifies excellent service!

I cracked the screen on my 2013 iPad. After Apple told me it wasn’t worth fixing, I took it to uBreakiFix and in an hour I had a beautiful new screen. I was very impressed with Zack. He was the technician who answered the phone and later on fixed my phone.
