Had a rare condition on laptop, and went for the free assessment. Hassan was very professional and told me what i didnt want to hear, start from scratch. I appreciate his candor and telling me that it could take an unknown time frame to fix my laptops unusual condition. The main issue loss of color to desktop (except black and white) and to Word, Excel (big issue for me), etc.

I had the battery on my 2015 MacBook Pro completely die on me. They had the part in stock and were able to replace it the same day I handed my computer to them. Great service and a reasonable price.

I dont usually write reviews but because I had such a pleasant experience at Electron Computers, I really wanted to spread the word so others may benefit. My MAC desktop computer fell off the table and stopped turning on. I brought it in for repair and the guys said they will look into it. I received a call after a couple days and they said they fixed it and it is working fine. Not to mention the price they charged me was very low. Extremely professional staff, honest, knowledgeable and fast turnaround time. I also dont think you will find a better price for your repair. I highly recommend this business.

Customer service was friendly, easy to understand my needs, fast as next day completed and super affordable...i was so impressed with their work...you would be a cool not to try them out...im glad i did!! Good local resource. Very reasonably priced. Ended up cheaper than if I had sent my out of warranty laptop to Dell for a harddrive failure. They recovered my data and loaded it back with a fresh copy of the operating system on a new drive. Cost wise, it was a the same as a harddrive upgrade would have been. Good source for refurbished systems if that is your need as well.

Came by a week or two ago to purchase a replacement logic board for a water damaged macbook. Hassan and his colleague were friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair and the part has been working flawlessly in the now-repaired machine. Next time someone I know is careless with their liquids and laptops, I know where Ill be stopping for repair parts!Thanks very much!

So I call this morning to see if they can take in my computer and the guy tells me Sure, but we open at 11am today and then he asks about the computer and tells me prices. So we drive 40 minutes to get there at 11:20am, door is locked, so we call and the guy says he will send someone to unlock the door. Five minutes later he calls me back and tells me his assistant will be there in 20-30 minutes to open the door and take care of us, and he tells us to come back then...Im not sure how that would be a successful way to run a business but considering he knew we were coming in and we called ahead to say we would be there soon, this is unacceptable. This was our last hope to fix our computer as it was highly recommended by my dad but they just lost our business with what happened today. An hour and a half of my time and gasoline wasted for nothing!

Gentleman by the name of Hassan (spelling?) helped me confirm what I feared insofar that I suspected my MoBo to have bricked.From what it sounds like they do all the process of elimination diagnostics that are critical to troubleshooting hardware and if youre afraid to open your own case, theyll likely be able to do it for you for a nominal fee.Cheers, Hassan. Fair and too the point. I recently bought a brand new laptop from walmart suffice to say they wont let me trade and the employees there didnt give me enough information instead they made me buy a 560$ laptop that didnt meet my needs. I should have bought a laptop from this store from the start.
