HP told me my hard-drive was done. BestBuy told me they would have to ship it to Kentucky to have their experts try to retrieve my documents at a minimum cost of $600. Chris told me he would take a look at it and do his best to retrieve what he could. And he recovered every clip, file, photo, video and angry cat gif on the drive! Under promised, over delivered! Chris just saved me from a lot of typing I installed a new version of Adobe and was having lots of problems. Chris is so good, he figured it out and my project got done quickly. I now need Chris to do his magic on my computer which is acting up badly and I want to pay him for the last project and the new project.
