I called to make an appointment and the owner let me know he closed his store front location last week. He told me he had a mobile office and he would meet me wherever I felt comfortable. He came to my house a few hours later, pulled up in my driveway and had my brand new screen on my iPhone X in about 20 minutes, for $165. Meanwhile, I got to eat my dinner and enjoy my evening. These guys are amazing. I had a bad battery they changed it within 10 minutes for a good price. Down the road the battery went bad and I went back. They changed it again no questions asked. Amazing. I took my phone in because another company didnt glue my screen on right until it started coming off. I came here and the prices are amazing. Customer service is great. Tim went out of his way to figure out the best, most cost-efficient solution for my repair, which was not easy for him because my phone isnt a common model! I went into SD Cell Phone Repair on a holiday with a dead phone. The owner explained the charging port goes frequently on the Samsung 6. He cleaned it out, charged it, and then sent me happily on my way 20 minutes later. He didnt charge me a penny. This review is a thank you for saving me today. Guy talks allot but is funny, does good work and charges a fair price. He thought the fix was going to be 50 until I got in and he said the replacement part was not a thing he could get so he tried to bend back into place. Thought it was still gonna be 50 but he charged 10 for the work. My phone works great now.

Terrible customer service, repair wait times are basically next day or day after, even if they tell you that it will be a couple hours, had to go back in to get my phone fixed after i paid to fix it, then was charged again to go back in because they didnt fix it the first time and couldnt be any more less satisfied. there are other places way better than here and i will go there for now on.

Went in to get my sister-in-laws phone fixed. Easily the best experience Ive ever had a phone repair store. We were second in line and we only had to wait 30 min for the fix. 15 min for the person in from of us and then 15 for us. Easy, fast and enjoyable, best part, affordable. I never write reviews. This is one exception. My wife dropped her Nexus 5 and the screen shattered. We get off work at 5pm and did a quick google search and saw 5 star review for the guys at SD Cell Phone Repair. We give Tim a call. He says he not only has the part in stock, but that if we make it by 6:15pm he will have it done same day. We drove from Sorrento Valley and made it just one time. The building was a little confusing, but we found the shop with little trouble. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I was floored. Not only is the phone fully restored, it was done quickly. To top it all off, the guys there are awesome people. They chatted with us the entire time and are very personable! Would give more than 5 stars if I could. You guys just earned our loyalty!

Super friendly guys at SD Cell Phone Repair. They fixed my daughters older Sony android phone. (charger port was damaged). Due to a completely drained battery they couldnt get it powered in the shop, but suggested I let it charge overnight. I did and it now works flawlessly and can be charged. Yet another great experience at SD Cell Phone Repair! I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that found its way into a basin of Epsom Salts water that had been used for soaking my feet. I thought I got it out in time, but the next day it refused to accept a charge. SD Cell Phone Repair saved my butt last year! I dropped my LG G3 phone 2 days before my trip to Europe and the screen cracked and made it unusable. They repaired it within 1 hour! I live in Santa Fe and got the runaround from the tech company in my town saying it would take two days. Easily the best around. I had replaced my own screen on my s8+, and was getting no signal. Apparently, I had missed a connection when reassembling the phone. He found the problem and fixed it... I dropped my phone and wrecked the display. I brought it in and he replaced the part within an hour, at a very fair price. Highly reccomended!

The service was great! I called in beforehand because I was worried he wouldnt be able to fix my phone, since its not that common(zte zmax pro), and he told me to take it in so he could take a look at it. I took it in not knowing what to expect, but he calmed all my fears and made me feel welcome with his friendly banter as he made quick work of fixing my phone(I dropped it and the volume up button was stuck pressed down as a result). Then, after having to take it completely apart to fix it, he refused to accept any payment, but just wished me well. Loved the service and would definitely come back if my phone ever broke again!

My Samsung Stratosphere would no longer take a charge so I began the process of trying to find a repair facility to help me out. After numerous no we dont do that, one shop suggested I contact SD Cellphone Repair. Just about the best repair advice this year! Tim had to order the parts and kept me advised as to when they were expected to be delivered. I dropped my phone off after work and he fixed it in half an hour. Awesome service.
