This phone number connects you with some phone technical support which said they were in Florida but sounded like they were on another continent. All I wanted was to speak with someone at a computer repair facility close to my home. What the hell???

I came in with a defective HP battery in my laptop and it was fixed very quickly for a very fair price. I also enjoyed the advice on a future laptop to buy. They were very fast in responding by phone to my issues before I arrived. I would recommend to all with PC problems
