Pacific Coast is WAY more than just a detail shop. They perform first class auto body work as well. The attention to detail is phenomenal, and they completed the job on time. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. Notice the HIGH GLOSS paint! Looks brand new! I also want to thank Raul for doing such a great job! Pacific Coast Auto Detail worked very well with my insurance, and they waved $250.00 off of my deductible, and they gave me a ride home!
My Most Regrettable Experience in 10 Years...Ceramic coating over swirl marks. Check their yelp reviews before giving them your business. This seems to be a classic case of wolf in sheeps clothing...the office is well presented and the owner is charismatic but beware.I do not see any other reviews for their ceramic coating, so I must be the first, and that should be your first indication that they might not be the best at what they do. I highly recommend against using Pacific Coast Auto Detailing for getting your car ceramic coated. Using them has been my worst service experience in about 10 years.I paid over $2,100 for a ceramic coat, window tint and to have my rims ceramic coated on my 2010 BMW 650i (beautiful car in great shape). It took them eight days total to return my car in the poor condition shown in the pictures. My first appointment took four days, and the car was returned in even worse condition (the rims were dirty and were not ceramic coated, and there were unsightly globs GLOBS of paint applied to barely noticeable rock chips). Almost 1/2 x 1/2 globs of paint over pencil-tip sized chips which the owner had promised would be filled and airbrushed over. The globs of paint also did not match the color of my car. Apparently they have a great lack of skill, quality assurance and supervision.I took the car back for rework and they kept it for another four days, and they were supposed redo everything (they basically did nothing except remove the globs of touch up paint, wash the car and apply ceramic coating to the rims). I questioned the owner about exactly what was done to the car and how long it took for them to do the work and he confessed that it actually took two days. Meanwhile, I was paying for a rental, so that I could get to work and be mobile. The first time I took the car in, I was on vacation, and totally immobile (so...yeah...big inconvenience). A gut wrenching experience overall. ***I could go into more detail about how TERRIBLE my experience was but Ill let the pictures do the talking.*** This is a mild review. The car looks good from far but far from good. If you have an eye for detail, stay away from these guys. One of the employees had mentioned wanting to drive my car and I think they might have done just that, from what I remember my odometer reading to be.My pictures werent loading properly, so Im reviewing from a different account. In retrospect, talking to Eduardo was like talking to a child. He acts like he understands what youre saying but totally doesnt get it.
This place is awesome!!! Excellent customer service. Everyone was nice. The place had a welcoming feeling to it. And of course above all.... great work! I took my car in just to have interior cleaned and it turned out perfect. The prices are also reasonable compared to most places too. I deffiently recommend this place.

He said that my car car was not coated at all.I immediately went to another detail shop that specializes in ceramic coating and the owner of that shop told me the same thing.I immediately went back to Pacific Coast Auto Detailing and told Eduardo what I had discovered. It didnt go well at all and his thuggish nature was revealed ***but back in my day when I was less civilized, Id eat pieces of sh1t like him for breakfast***He said I was accusing him of being a liar, and I simply asked for him to do a water demonstration to see how water behaves on the car. If you check out their yelp reviews, youll see a trend of insulting military members.Fortunately, it was less than 60 days since I had the service done and Im able to dispute this with my credit card company. All my brothers and sisters in the Military, Im asking you guys to show this thug what it means to Dont tread on me. I wont cease until I pass the word about this place.Check out my new video uploads.
MICHAEL GRASSI- WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH MY BLUE CIVIC TO HAVE ENGINE CLEANED, AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE IT CAME BACK IN NEAR NEW CONDITION FOR A GOOD PRICE. ADRIAN DID A SHOW CAR TYPE JOB. DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM NORTH COUNTY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ACT WITH THE WORK THEY PERFORM LIKE THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF BEVERLY HILLS WITH THEIR SUPERB RESULTS. IF EVERYONE THAT LIVES UP HERE KNEW HOW GOOD THEY ARE, EVERYONE WOULD RUN TO THEM! WILL BE BACK
AMAZING. My car looks just like when I bought it brand new. Will surely revisit!
Really great work! The interior of my car is spotless and there was dog hair everywhere when they picked it up. I dont know how they did it but worth every penny!
Pacific Coast is the best auto retailer ever. I have had three vehicles detailed here and they left each vehicle looking brand new so beautiful. They even have pick up and delivery service for a small fee which is so convenient. The staff is super awesome too I have met a few of them and Eduardo is absolutely the best he is and goes way beyond to being professional and earning your business. Thank you Pacific Coast for always doing such a beautiful job detailing my cars. I would never even think of going anywhere else.
Brought both cars (2006 Impala LTZ and 2015 BMW 320i). Never had such a clean car, great service, customer service, and perfect attention to detail. As a plus, the price for the service is exceptional.
They were able to take in my car for a detail on short notice, and the car looked brand new after it was finished. Would highly reccommend.
Over the past weekend my car was hit while parked on the street. I reached out to Eduardo for an estimate for the damage done to the trunk, bumper, and since I was at it, for my front spoiler on my Mercedes. Eduardo was extremely prompt on replying to my initial inquiry with an estimate, which I felt was reasonable for the amount of work. I dropped of my car end of day the following Thursday and had it back in 48 hrs...I was not expecting such a quick turn around. The work done on my car was exceptional; It definitely exceeded my expectations. On top of the repair they thew in a complimentary wash. My car has never looked better. I would highly recommend this shop ...Friendly staff, good customer care, and exceptional craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again for future repairs. Thanks again PCADC!!!
I didnt have work done but the owner was honest and recommended an alternate shop that met my needs. You have to appreciate the honest and fair approach. I would definitely return in the future.
Great customer service, fair pricing just a good place to get your car done.
These guys just did a serious detail on my daily ride and I couldnt be happier with the outcome.. Will be back for sure. Thanks guys!
I had high hopes for this place and I was really excited to have my car that I just bought polished up and even added a few wrapped pieces.$971 later I end up with four tinted windows, done well and that I’m happy with and a few pieces of chrome delete which looks good too. What gets me is that my previous one or two noticeable marks have now turned in to 6 some how magically they appeared and nobody wants to take the blame for them.I have before and after pictures if you don’t believe me.
You would think in it would be easy to find a good car wash place in a car city like SD. Ive tried places all over the westside and have been continuously disappointed. But Overland is the only place I trust to do a thorough job. And its reasonably priced!! Im happy to tip a few extra bucks over the normal tip because they really pay attention to the details here!
Excellent service and communication from the team at PCA!
Excellent job on auto detailing. They cleaned my engine, interior, and exterior very well. It looks like a new car! I highly recommend them.
I am very thankful I found this place. My car flooded from all the rain and it took me a few days before I brought it in. They dried it out, washed everything, and now it looks better than I can ever remember and the smell is gone. They did an amazing job for a great price!
Got my car detailed to trade, and it was a mess before they picked it up. Once returned, I almost wanted to change my mind and keep it. It was spotless and the customer service is great. The owner is very friendly. He picked me up and my dog when I said I was unable to leave him home alone. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule with no appointment which I greatly appreciated. I will be bringing my new car here for future detailing. Thanks again!AJ
This is the best car wash in San Diego. I took my Bentley here for a detail and they did a perfect job. I get my car washed here at least twice a week and its always fast and not overpriced compared to other car washes in San Diego. The management is really friendly and they know all their customers. Ill never go anywhere else.
My first time here at Pacific Coast Auto Detail and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by the employee of the month Esquel welcoming me. So long story short if you are looking for someone to take care of you and your baby(car)or any car this place you need to come to the service is great! and so are their prices and their workmanship is 👍👍. The detail is phenomenal thank you guys for the great job I will be back.
Got the inside of my car detailed today, I was in a hurry so I did not pick up loose items in the car. They baged them and clean the seats as instructed as well as the entire interior. The car looked and smelled great. Everyone was super nice and attentive, I was even offered a ride.
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable staff. I will return.
The smell of vomit was still lingering a few days later, so I called Nate, and went in for a second cleaning - which, as promised, was entirely free. What an amazing service! The smell is completely gone now (after a month or so - the enzymes were still working hard!) Incredible service - thank you!
Great quick service. I had to get my car ready to be shipped to Hawaii and just pushed it off. They took us on and did a great job. Car looked brand new and the vehicle inspection went very well. Very military friendly!
This place is awesome! Amazing customer service, and you can tell the guys working on the vehicles genuinely care about their work. For all of you with black cars, fear not. This is their specialty. I have always been wary of bringing my car to a detailer, dreading the typical swirl marks that come from every other shop. Not this one! The price is a little hefty, but its well worth it if you love your vehicle as much as I do. I dont understand how there arent more rave reviews on Google. They also do a 50% military discount on combo packages.
It was wonderful, so personable!! They were courteous, respectful & detailed oriented with explanation of the process for my SUV, Chevy Traverse.Definitely recommend them
Great customer service, my car looked amazing after leaving it with them for an afternoon and they delivered it to me at workafter they were done. Would definitely recommend them for any detailing and body work.
Amazing job and great attention to detail on my 1992 5.0 Mustang with over 230,000 miles. The engine detail caused my compartment to almost look like it did when I drove it off the lot brand new 23 years ago. Thanks.
If zero stars was an option, theyd get zero stars from me. I highly recommend finding another shop, and doing your research. A word to the wise is sufficient. Super friendly staff that made me feel very welcome, and they did a fantastic job on my car. Made it look even better than the day I bought it.
AWESOME service at really reasonable prices. It takes a while but is definitely worth the wait.
Took my car to another detailer and they did a terrible job but Pacific coast fixed what the other place did wrong. Far from home but will definitely come back! Thank you!
Excellent detailing job! Truck was immaculate when finished couldnt be happier.
I will bring all my cars back here. They were outstanding and the work was perfect.
Left debris under tint when tinting my rear window so has little bubbles with debris trapped in some places after taking it back three times to get it redone from this place. Not a professional-looking job, and in all honesty this by far the worst tint job Ive had on a car ever.
Great experience, honest people. I highly recommend!
Great job on two cars that now look like new
Great attention to the smallest detail, excellent work and customer service!
Easy to work with and the interior looked brand new 👌🏼
Excellent detailing service. No detail was overlooked, and that is literally the name of the game.
Expensive and not very professional. Employees hanging out in waiting room watching movies and being loud.
The best car detailer in town!
They do excellent work!
