I was told that the new management would continue to honor the coupon books. Now I am told that they are no good, and they will not refund me what I paid for them. This place doesnt do a good job. I had to redo the window smears and wipe water spots off the body. Do not waste your money here.

Im a loyal customer and always like how they clean my car inside and out. I purchased a interior detailed cleaning which consists of shampooing the seats and floor/ floor mats, as well as wiping my dashboard down and doors in the inside etc..Im not happy with a section they missed cleaning. They missed the cup holder which I left down so they didnt miss cleaning it.. last time I came here for my routine deep shampooing detailed interior package I always purchase, they missed it but I didnt place the cup holder down..this time I placed the cup holder down...missed it along with coin holder by the center console. Not sure why when I purchased a detail interior deep clean. I would have given them a 5 star but that was missed.Note; if u want ur cup holder in the back seat cleaned u might want to let them know to not forget that piece in ur car to be shampooed and cleaned. If its needed.Im still going to be a loyal customer overall they do a good job and honest workers. (I left my tablet in my)

Super disappointed when I went to get my car hand washed today to find out that the business changed ownership from Body Beautiful to Sloppy Joes & that my 5 car wash coupons worth $162.50 are no longer accepted! I wish I had been given notice of this so I could have redeemed what I pre-paid for!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are scammers!!!!! Worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. They didn’t even vacuum my car and then they told me I could spend $55 dollars to vacuum it! They didn’t even take out the trash or wash the windows!!!! After I already spent $30!!! I asked to talk to the manager Bryan, and I honestly feel bad for whoever owns the car wash bc Bryan is the worst face for a company. I would like to talk to the owner to let him know that he should lay off Bryan bc Bryan will be the reason his business tanks. Bryan wouldn’t tell me who the owner is. And he hung up the phone on me. This is not the last time you will be hearing from me.

One of five vehicles utilizing the car wash during the time I was there, so they werent overly busy during my visit. Four people wiping down my mid-size SUV. Bottom line: mediocrity. Im not really picky but this was not worth the $25 I paid.

That’s valuable to me!From start to finish, I received friendly service. Dropped off my car, and by the time I paid, took a slow walk through their store, the car was already done, and was clean to my standards. I barely had to sit down for two minutes before I got back in my car to go.The only thing I would suggest to future visitors, is if you honestly know your car is filthy, like you left dirty while on vacation and are coming back to it dirty, I might suggest asking them if you can run your car through the wash twice while you’re there so it’s extra clean. That goes for any car wash though.Other than that, really great experience overall. Looking forward to returning.

1 star purely based on customer service. Prior to leaving my car at the car wash I removed any valuables that I had in my car. Had I known everything inside would be thrown away, I wouldve taken the time to remove more things (work badge, wheel lock key, documents/receipts in the side compartment, pens, bottle of hand sanitizer etc.) Ive been to many car washes in the past and the common practice is to put non trash items into a plastic bag. After getting home, I called to simply inquire about those missing items only to be put on hold for 40+ minutes. Hung up, called again and put on hold for 20+ more mins. Called one last time and was told I cant keep going back and forth to get the manager. The manager is busy, your best bet is to come back or call early in the morning.

Two months ago I had my AGM wheels resurfaced and polished making them look like new only to have this car wash scratch them. Their system, where the drivers side wheels rub against a plastic curb while going through the wash, is something I’ve never seen before. I was so surprised, I took a video of this while it was happening! The manager denied their system caused the scratches even after I showed him the proof. No similar scratches on the passenger side - surprise, surprise. So warning, do not use this car wash if you care about the appearance of your car’s wheels. Most disappointing of all, the manager with whom I spoke did NOTHING to compensate for this damage. He did not even offer to refund me for the wash. Wow. So much for customer service, Mr. Moody and Exxon Mobile.

Paid $300 for full detail interior and exterior and was really disappointed with the end result. They didn’t wash my wheels, they left blemishes all over and just overall did a poor job. You could tell they rushed the job which is weird because my vehicle was left there for well over 3 hours. I also never received a call when my car was done which they said they would do. I had to call to check myself. If you’re looking to the get your vehicle derailed honestly look elsewhere, save yourself the headache.

I stopped by Body Beautiful on March 5th, 2021 after trying to find a decent car wash for almost an hour. My friend just moved to San Diego and his car needed to be seriously washed. I paid $50 for the Managers Special and left to get lunch since it would take an hour.Came back an hour later and tipped the attendant working on the car $20 and proceeded to get into the car and thats when my friend and I noticed the windshield was still dirty, then we noticed the hood was still dirty, and then we noticed the grill was still dirty. How did we notice? BUGS! All those bugs gathered while driving down I-5 from Northern California were not all removed from the car. Then we noticed the front rims were poorly cleaned. I asked the attendant if the car had even gone through the car wash machine and he said yes. He recleaned the windshield, the hood and the grill.After running more errands we noticed that the back trunk area was barely vacuumed since there was a lot of cat hair on the seats. And we also noticed that dirty rags were used to clean the windshield since the suns glare showed a nice off-white film that clouded the windshield when the sun hit it.Was it just a bad day at Body Beautiful or maybe they were short on attendants, I do not know. I have never taken a car to a car wash only to have it not really wash.Will never be going to this carwash again.

This is my second visit to Beautiful Body. The first time I only had my exterior washed (approx. 15min job) which was more than satisfying; hand dried and turned over shiny and clean. This time I had a full interior and exterior to include wax. Full service took about 35mins, and my car is AMAZING. The exterior is so well done, the interior dashboard and doors are polished and clean, and my seats look and smell amazing. They picked up my floor mats, cleaned them, and underneath them. I could not be happier with this service!

I got my car washed here several days ago. When I brought my car home I realized that I had a San Diego parking pass stolen from the cup holder of my car. I called the car wash and they said they didn’t have it there at the wash, and that if they found something like that they would put it in a plastic bag and on the front seat. They obviously did not do that. In fact, they took the pass from my cup holder. I know this for a fact, I did not misplace this item. Safe to say I’m never bringing my car here again for a wash.

This used to be one of the places i liked, but from my last couple of services, i will no longer use this place. Lately they have been lacking on their service quality, not sure if people are simply not paying attention. Just a few days ago i had a regular carwash, but the inside of the car had only been wiped down on the dash board and just the driver side, the passenger side was untouched, the floor was not vacuumed properly and my windshield clearly was not cleaned properly. in my opinion its also a bit over priced, you will have a better service from North Park Car Wash

Its a good car wash and the people there are friendly. I wish a little more attention to detail had been used. I had water spots and a few missed spots on my car. They did a good wax job. The final part was the dressing they used on my interior. It was glopped on in a couple of areas and felt very greasy till I wiped it up. I would go again I just wish there was more attention to the smaller details.3.5 almost 4 stars

Ive been coming here for a couple years, they have good attention to detail and the line moves quickly. Prices are fair. Better than the mission gorge location. They also have a la carte detail options without appointment which is a nice in between option when your car needs just a little extra love and you dont have all day.

Been here multiple times before returning a returning a rental car. Pumps are turned off at 8pm most recent visit had a pump that was faulty. Terrible gas station, this review reflects my experience trying to purchase gasoline at this location.

Hard to find full service car wash any more. Good location for me since I’m downtown often. And the monthly membership plan is well worth the $ 35 a monthly for unlimited interior and exterior washes.

I get good service every time I come. Really clean and detailed car wash. They have different types of wash, ranging from $17.99 - $100. Look at the options pick whichever you like. Today they saw a scratch on my my front bumper and took care of it with no charge. Double thumbs up!

Its My fault, I didnt realize the time and that my car wash would take so long. I had an important doctors appointment to make it to. The staff was super kind, pulled my car out of the line-up, and even offered to allow me to come back later. Super impressed!

First time at this car wash about 15 minutes ago. Very very disappointed. Paid $24 for a super wash and interior vacuum. The back windows were not cleaned well. Come home to realize the third row back - floor - was not vacuumed at all, the inside definitely not clean/ dusted out and the rest of the rows were poorly vacuumed. Definitely not worth what I paid for and tip I gave the men.

Had a Manager special, wow let me say I think it was $50, they did such a great job cleaning my car it looked brand new I was shocked! Im going back this weekend

This car wash used to provide very good service. For the past several months they dont dry the soap off the car, water and spots all over, vacuuming inside is very poor. Definitely not a good service. Office staff is the best, gas prices are very decent, store is well stocked, great location. Just dont use the car wash or be prepared to finish the job yourself elsewhere.

3 stars given due to a lot of water spots left on windows and wheels which have now dried into mineral deposits spots. Also more detail could have been given to lighting areas and door well areas. I should have inspected better but didnt think I would need to. I did tip $5 though.

I have been a monthly member of the body beautiful facilities for both of my cars going on 4 years. That being said, I visited Pacific Highway location today for the first time since transferring my memberships over after Mission Valley location closed yesterday. Needless to say my relationships there afforded me some preferential liberties which have always been appreciated. Anyway, my Deluxe wash was absolutely terrible, first of all, no air freshener was applied, water spots were all over my entire truck and the glass throughout the truck, looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag. I ultimately went home and cleaned every window and used a quick detailer to wipe down my entire truck. So after an hour, my truck finally looked like the truck I take such good care of. If this visit is an indication of what’s to continue, I may be taking my business somewhere else.

I go to this car wash about once a month since it’s conveniently located close to the airport. My car is very clean on the inside, but often a little dirty on the outside from normal driving. It’s continually one of the worst cleaning jobs I’ve ever seen. They don’t vacuum at all under the floor mats and I often have some dirt marks on the base from people exiting the back seats, they don’t even bother to wipe these areas down. On the outside, they never fully wipe down and clean the windows so there are often water spots left on the windows from the area not being fully wiped down. I pay over $20 for full wash; they really need to tell their workers to take some time to properly clean each vehicle instead of moving as fast Luna’s possible to get each car in and out.

I’m not too sure how this place has 4 stars, but this place just wastes your time. I’ve come here twice and noticed every time you have to wait 2 hours just for them clean the interior while they finish everyone else’s car. I watched 7 people leave within 30 minutes while our car was left alone door open for an hour an half.

Good place to get an automatic car wash. 2 car lines move fairly quickly. Good place to get free DIY vacuum after your car wash. Attendant helps direct you into and out of their tight parking of the vacuum service area. Dual vacuum hoses on both sides of each car vacuum spot.

I love this place, the staff is great, they do an awesome job and they stand behind their work. My brother and I have been taking our cars here for the last year and we are very happy with the service. I am not very picky, but my brother is and if he is happy then I know they are doing a great job! He is hard to please. Anyways I highly recommend them for weekly washes as well as detailing and waxing.

Good car wash but the gas is pricey. Not much else in the area unless you want a full service detail. They typically do a good job though. On Mothers and Fathers day they sell discount wash packets which I stock up on for the year.

I wouldnt come back if I wasnt given a free car wash.I received two free deluxe washes from my boss as a Christmas gift, $30/wash.Ive used one so far, jesus...My little brother that hasnt graduated high school can wash a car for $20 better than these trained adults.They left so many things dirty: mud flaps, door panels, wheels (even though the wash includes Wheel Bright), dash is dirty, there is dirt under the mats, windows are smudged.The job I received is probably worth $10.Positives: they use good tire shine and the car smells nice (new car).Tip: pay for the cheapest wash and bring a clean towel to get all this dirt they missed, that way you dont feel ripped off after you realize how terrible they wash cars.This place is a racket.

I get a lot of tree pollen on my car usually they run it through twice. Last time only once.. I had to get a rag and start scrubbing after it was washed myself. Isnt that what Im paying them for? At least 3 car wash guys made eye contact with me as Im cleaning the spots they missed. Price is too high. Shouldve washed myself. Still crumbs on my seat. Not a thorough job. Not happy for 25 bucks.

I took my truck to get washed and all in all it looked good when they finished. Ive been there many time and theyve always done a nice job on my pickup but when I got in I noticed that the attendant had tracked up the carpet and had barely vacuumed it at all. The drivers floor mat and the surrounding carpet were all muddy from his shoes. I called him out on it he said it would be extra to clean it up this is after I tipped the guy. I have not had much luck finding a good car wash here but this is the last straw. What happened to workmanship? Do a good job and get rewarded for it. Im really disappointed with Body Beautiful.

Been coming here for years. Best detail place! They do a very accepting job. I have referred so many friends here for hand detail. Its not cheap but they are the best. While you wait for your car you can walk down to seaport village, little Italy, or just sit outside and feel the ocean breeze from the harbor which is 2 block away.

A good place to get your car washed. They offer a lot of different services and they can be a little pricey but I always see people with very very nice high-end Vehicles get their car wash their and I like the end result.
