I ended up leaving the car wash because they wanted to charge me an extra ten dollars because for them it was too dirty. First of all, truck was not dirty as they said, so why get charge extra. Second, customer service was not good. Why dont they have that on the packages that an extra charge is even when cars arent that dirty.

Amazing people! They always give you a discount of some sort and treat you like a friend. They have a covered outdoor seating while you wait for you car. Great place to work on homework or work if you’re able to while they work on your car.

Took my car for vacuum and car wash. They were done really quick and I was surprised. When I go to my car, my dashboard was dirty, and well, my entire console and all four doors were clearly not wiped down since the wet coffee stains from the cup holder were still there along with dust.

I pulled up and told the attendant that I wanted the basic wash which showed $19.99 on their menu. He looked at my vehicle and said there are too many bugs I can do it for $30. For the record there were no bugs on my car. I quickly reversed out of there and they will never see any business from me.

Dont believe the bad reviews, this place is amazing! I have three black cars which are hard to wash correctly, but these guys are on point every time. They use microfiber towels so no swirl marks. Very good rates for hand waxes and details. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They do a good job BUT every time I come in they charge more than advertised. The guy is rude! Feel sorry for the workers. They could be busy IF they were honest with their pricing.

Horrible customer service. I went there 3 times and every time the price for the same service was different with the excuses that my car was super dirty (witch was not), second time he said it was a SUV so he needed to charge me $5 extra (nothing about the $5 extra on the sign) and today my wife paid $30 for an inside/out and the car was completely dirty after the wash. We complain about it and the guys said it was like that and the car never stays 100% clean....what?? really? If I could give them -10 stars I would! Horrible customer service and they will rip you off every time you go there!

I left work early to be at the car wash. I needed full interior detailing and exterior. I arrived at 5:35. Online said they closed at 6:00 p.m. They told me that they decided to close early at 5:20 because there werent any cars and they wouldnt work on mine.Very frustrating but what was more frustrating was I asked to use their trash can and when I walked over to put something in it as I was throwing it in the guy grabbed the trash can away from me causing a container of sauce to spill on my shirt :( He was very rude considering 5:35 is not right at 6:00 p.m.At the very least they should have apologized but they acted like I was a big inconvenience. Ive been here before and they were nice so I dont know what todays deal was but now I have a shirt that needs dry cleaned and a car that still needs work.

Not sure what happened to this place. They used to give the best car wash. The last two I had was bad. Not sure if I would go back here again.

Ever since we moved to the area, my entire family have been loyal customers to this location! The staff are friendly and the guy at the register (I think he’s the owner) recognizes us all. They always do a great job! My father is VERY picky about how his car is washed, and these guys are the only place in the area he let’s touch his car! Definitely recommend checking them out :)

Ive purchased their basic car wash a couple of times before, and theyve done mediocre cleaning jobs, getting most of the dirt off. This time, I purchased a higher-end package hoping that I would receive better care. They even charged me an additional $5 because they said my car was extra dirty.You can see that there are several areas that werent washed, the wheels were poorly cleaned, and they didnt even dress all of the tires.Pretty disappointing.

I strongly discourage you to take your business there. I got very disappointed. I paid 200$ for auto detailing, carpets and seats were still messy. I took it home and clean it myself (spent 20 min). What they did worth only 50$ in my opinion.

Very expensive and they didnt even clean the cup holders or seats. There was still lines/places with dust and they definitely need a new vacuum. Not happy for $60 there are less expensive places that do a better job. I even told the guy arent you going to clean it more and he said well which one did you pay for. I said they told me the vip urghh. Definitely not going back.

Nice people. Full service. They vacuum, wash and dry the car. Prices $25-35 average plus tips for the two people who worked on your car. Did not do a fantastic vacuum job on either of my vehicles. Think they may be using vacuums with poor suction. Did not vacuum under coffee cups. Possibly time restricted? They tried but failed to wash the rooftops of my vehicles. Perhaps should get a step stool.

Upgraded the wash and my car was not even clean. Still loads of dust all over interior. The exterior was full of scratches from their hard bristles despite advertising themselves as a “hand” car wash. They do not use safe towels for your car. They have people holding hard bristle brushes scrubbing and they don’t even get everything off. All you’re left with is scratched and swirls in your paint job on a dirty car. Also footprints from the people who went inside my car were still there. Thought they were supposed to clean the car not make it dirtier. Disgusting smudges on my glass window

I ran in there because I had poured coffee all over my interior right before work. They got me out of there so quickly and my car looks good as new. I appreciate all their effort to get me to work on time!

This was by far the worst detail I’ve ever experienced. Do not come to this place. This is a $20 dollar car wash at best. Do not take your car to this place. Just do it yourself honestly you’d probably do a better job.

Terrible job. Charged me extra for extra bugs which wasnt even the case. Went along with it anyways but when my car was done the few bugs that were there were still there onlong with yellow pollen that comes off easily. Just a really poor excuse for a car wash. Informed manager of shotty work and his rudeness of a response was enough. Offered to wash car again however I didnt have 20 minutes to wait so said maybe a refund would be better, he said no, I said well at least the 5 extra for bugs, still was a no. Whatever I will never go there again and would not suggest anyone else does either..

Started going here recently and I normally take my folks with me. They have a very comfortable lounge with TV and free drinks and a real nice and breezy outside area. My mom even enjoyed a massage chair. Today the manager Raymund took the time to have such a pleasant conversation with us. He made me and my folks feel so welcome Much appreciated .I highly recommend

Tried to charge me $50 for a basic wash, left my car in sun, and the entire car has pools of water spots from simply not drying it and not drying it well enough. Looks terrible

They did a very good job cleaning my car. But I felt like it was pretty tacky to charge an extra $5 because I have a Escalade type car. You should just charge a flat rate for all cars even if it needs increasing your prices. I also dont really like their tipping system I feel like the owners are just pocketing it. I would much rather hand the worker my tip.

Worst place to go. Called in advance telling them I had a splitter on the front end of my car and also had ceramic coating on my car so I only wanted hand wash, tire detail, vacuum & dash wipe down. No problem told $31. Get there told nice car and price changed to $49.99 for same thing I asked for on phone. Said no thank you & they let me out of tLine only to have manager come over and offer $32 just this once. Again no thank you. Guy literally leaned on the passenger side of my window persistently being argumentive until I was firm on leaving to go somewhere else due to changing the price from when I called for a basic wash to 15 minutes later showing up. This place apparently likes yo rip people off. Never made it to the wash. Will never go back.

These people are hard working and take care of your car as if it were their own. The man from Iraq was very kind and welcoming. He helped me and gave me a really good deal. I drove all the way from Florida and my car was simply a mess. After they were finished detailing my car it looked almost like new. Thank you for providing quxh excellent service.

I called in advance to see if they could work with me with washing my oversized vehicle (a tour bus), and they were happy to accommodate. The employees were all very friendly and informative, and most importantly the wash itself was outstanding. They absolutely went above and beyond and did a meticulous cleaning. I would highly recommend Convoy.

Great car wash. My truck was to big to use the machine so they hand washed it and added in a bunch of goodies like shinning all the plastic, inside dressing. Came out beautiful.

I bring my cars here because they still do a hand wash. Unlike other places that have put in automatic brushes, they still do by hand. Raymon always recognizes me and by cars and takes care of them. The guys do a great job getting the cars clean.

Im very picky when it comes to car washes. I dont want any swirls in the paint. I was happy with the wash they performed a couple weeks ago and decided to try their wash and wax and was very satisfied. The car looks great, I will have my car back for more washing/waxes!

The wash inside and out and the wax was very well done. However the man told me he would get a scratch out of my car but actually just covered it with some black stuff that rubs off. The scratch was the same. And oddly, some quarters were taken from my car during its detailing.

These guys have always done a great job on my black XTS. It can get a little pricey if youre not careful. Owners are always willing to deal a little on the packages.

Got a complete detail this morning and my car turned out looking as if I just got it. Service is excellent and they have a program where they shuttle you back to work within a 10 mile radius! Best car wash hands down!

Probably the best $20 car wash Ive ever had. Not the fastest experience as my car sat untended in the waiting and vacuum areas longer than Id prefer, but not worth dinging off a star as I wasnt in a hurry. Took 30+ minutes on a not-very-busy day, but I was very happy with the wash and effort overall.

So the first time I went here, I met the owner and he told me I needed to add bug removal for 5$. I was skeptical and I figured it was a money making thing. But the car looked fantastic afterwards! Much needed for how dirty it was.However, the times I have been back after that, the car wash has been much less thorough and major parts have been skipped that I have had to do myself (ie the back seat wiped down, back window wiped down, opening the trunk and wiping the water drips off). Thats why I have lowered my review to 4 stars.

Purchased “Works” service which states “Entire” interior to be wiped down. Also states tires to be dressed. Neither was done. When asking management about interior wipe down he stated only dashboard. Interesting, Entire means dashboard only. Employees arguing over who would service vehicle explains the poor service.

Little pricey ($17.95) but they do a decent job cleaning the car.

Horrible car washI want there today and pay 19.99 to clean my car .. they did not even do the vacuum will for my car .. I find Biscuit in my back seat By the way I told the manager about there cleaning. This is new system haha.. they use the vacuum very fast less than 30 seconds to clean whole car. What the ***Don’t lose your money 💰 go to another one .

Excellent car wash. Ive been taking my cars here every week for severalyears and always been pleased with the service and price. You get a freewash after every 9 washes with their card. This is a family run businessand often has a family member overseeing the operation.

Please avoid using this place of business, as they over charged me ($75.00 Outside Wash Only), didnt provide the services, and a female owner cursing at me in front of consumers.They washed the front windshield of my van and sprayed water on the rest, then proceed to dry the vehicle. I immediately stopped them and asked for money back, as they refused initially. I had to raise my voice and inform them, I will call the police. They finally gave me my refund after the owner and staff, began to curse at me and make smart disgraceful comments. I cant believe theyre in business and the community supports this establishment. The city needs to revoke their license, as the management is very aggressive with customers and can become a harmful situation, due to their poor business practices.

I take my Range Rover there once a month. They do an excellent job. However, you cant just show up and expect to have your car washed, waxed and detailed to the stars without paying for the correct package. Im assuming the people who complained didnt verbalize their expectations and paid for a basic wash and expected the world.. Great business IMO!

I started coming here a few months ago... I used to go to one all the way in Poway. That’s how you know I’m a loyal person, they were closed one day and I needed my baymax cleaned. The manager meets you outside and inspects the car to see what the best wash and treatment would be. I go here at least once a month and my little baby comes out sparkling white again. He looks like he has the sparkle back in his eyes and the inside is pretty good. I have been getting the same person service my car and he has done pretty well. No complaints here. Ps the people who are complaining on here should wash their cars themselves it’s a really big thing that they have to do here... it’s manual labor and I’m glad I can afford to wash my car because washing an suv while being my height is no mani pedi! 4 of 5 stars. Why?Positive part: Quick, well-priced and for most part good, detailed work (there have been times a few of those little yellow dots on my car I get from time to time would get missed). Other than that, low pressure up-selling. I really dislike high-pressure sales.Not so positive part: I once brought my dog car in to get cleaned (I have dogs and those who know, they can leave lots of hair and dog crud). I knew it was a mess. So, I dropped a $20 tip into the tip box to make up for it (yes, a twenty!) Anyways, as I got my keys one of the guys who work at the final drying stationed and thank him, he said Dont ever bring your car back here like that again. I was shocked to hear that. Um, thats why I brought it so it would get cleaned... I just about asked the manager to get my tip back, but I knew it wouldnt be worth it.That left a bitter taste in my mouth after that. So, in the grand picture, they do a good job, it was just that one time. Of course, I havent brought my dog car back.... maybe I should and see if it happens again. Either way, my tips went down due to not knowing what other less than ideal service I get... afterwards.

Not only did they do a terrible “wash” they missed areas of my car and left multiple wet areas, hence water runs on virtually every panel of the car. At that point, I just thought that I would not return.GET THIS!!! When I got in the car, I pushed the start button as per normal, (My car has a keyless start system). The car started and I drove off, it wasn’t until I got to my destination, which was an hour away and some 40 miles, I when to get my keys, which I left in the center console, and realized they weren’t there. I looked everywhere inside the car, thinking they had to have put them somewhere. After spending at least 5 minutes looking for them, without success, I called Convoy Hand Car Wash and asked them where my keys were. I know what you are thinking; how could I have driven off in the first place without them. Well, I was with my girlfriend and she had the spear set in her handbag, which I thought where the keys the car was connecting with. I was put on hold so the lady could ask the workers, she came back and told me they did not have them and the phone went dead. My girlfriend and I spent another 5 minutes looking for them and called back again. I explained the problem again, and then I was asked why I did not check that I had my keys and how could I drive away without them. I explained how that could happen and then I was asked if I checked outside the car, I said what do you mean outside the car? The lady then told me to check in the area between the hood and the front windshield, you know, the area where your windshield wipers attach to the car, and sure enough, they were there. IMO this is terrible, not only was my car key on there but my house key, work, post office box. All of them could have been lost, had they fallen off while I was driving.HOW NEGLIGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!Message to Convoy Hand Car Wash, either hand the customer their keys or leave them where you found them. This is, hands down, the best carwash in San Diego. I live in chula vista and drive all the way to Kearney Mesa to go to this carwash. It is brushless so you dont have to worry about scratches. I dont know what it is but my car looks way more shiney compared to other car washes. The manager, Raymon, is great and is always there to answer your questions. I wont go anywhere else.

The work is ok for the $ 21 that I pay, what I dont like is the customer service he has, the manager really receives you badly, as if he didnt want to work, he gives a very bad impression. would not go again.

They do a good job taking care of your vehicle. It is a few dollars more than some other places but it is money well spent.

I really wish I could upload pics because I took a few of them. They chharg3d me double because of the size of my truck which is understandable but to leave bird poop and dirt and water spots all over it is unacceptable and they will not ever get my business again. 1st and last

Do not come here. I came here because it was very close to my house and I always saw it was full of people so I decided to give it a try. I got the unlimited package which after tax and what not ended up paying $25.99. My car at first glance looked okay- but once I started looking I saw that they did not clean the car well, they gave it one rushed wiped down every where. The outside of my car was scratched and not wiped down well. I could go on but this made me very mad and I wish I would have noticed while still there so I could have said something then.Although the people in the front were very nice but they are not the ones who are washing your car so dont get fooled by that.

My acura was super dirty and i just needed a decent car wash that actually got all of the grime off. I typically like the cheaper car washes which they werent too far off of price wise. The cheapest wash, regular price, was $12.99. I opted of the $17.99 for I could get my wheels done too. The service was good. Nothing impressive or bad about it. The guy that takes your order was friendly enough in a serious get down to business way. The lady at the counter smiled and was friendly. They car came out nice and clean on the outside. They missed some vacuuming, I had some mail on the ground that they didnt want to move. And on the center console they missed wiping a spot too. They could have done a little better, but they were really busy. Its a decent place, maybe more of a 3.5 stars, I went on a saturday when they are probably busiest anyways.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! You will get a better job with Mother Natures morning dew!It took 35 minutes for the car to get through which would have been ok had they been cleaning the car in a good enough manner. When I went to pick up the car after tipping the attendant of course, I noticed the interior had not been touched and had a very light vacuum. All of the door sills were still dirty and untouched as well as the entire interior. The driver and passenger seat were adjusted all the way forward, not where they were originally. The exterior wash was horrible with many streaks in the windows and untouched body parts.When I voiced my displeasure I was told to speak to the initial sales person. I pointed out the problems to this idiot who told me that to do a better job I needed to buy the $100+ detail package. I told him that was ridiculous and I would like it rewashed. He refused and I told him I would not be back and he told me that was good with him.What a waste of $20.00!!! I will never go back and I will tell everyone NOT to go here unless they want to get robbed.

Super expensive

If you show them their website, they look like its the 1st time seeing the services they supposedly offered. I tried to get the Upholstery Express they offered online, but the check in guy had no idea what it was or what to do. He also turned me away & said to come back the next morning. Sorry bud, needed truck washed now. So I went down to the next corner to Prestige Autowash. They took me in, matched their website offer and did a great job on my truck. Go there instead!

Very expensive for what you get. The wax is just a spray touch up I assume. I did not see any waxing going on.I was promised several services including mats washed and leather conditioned. Mats were nothing more than shaken out, and the leather still had light dirt smudges that even a moist rag would have fixed.I came back and described my experience and only offered $10 off my next car wash ha!

Charged 60 to clean car and do headlights. Said it would take 35 minutes but it took over a hr. Inside was not wiped down, water spots, and windows still dirty. Had to ask for them to go over car again. And cashier was lowkey rude. They did an ok job with headlights. But customer service was terrible. Second time going here first time wasnt that great either but now im completely done. They try to upsale you with promises they cant fulfill.

Disappointing. I normally visit Scripps Poway Hand Car Wash & Detailing for my car washes. I feel deep regret spending my money at Convoy Hand Carwash. Very poor attention to detail. Check your entire vehicle before leaving the car wash if you decide to try these folks. They skipped over so many areas in my car, including the dog hair that should have been vacuumed in the back, or the stain they were supposed to shampoo in the passenger seat. The starting recommended price was $230 with a pushy attitude--not the vibe Im interested in interacting with. My guess is that youll get crappy service if you spend anything lower than that. I got crappy service. Unfortunately, I didnt know until I got home and also after tipping well.

Their hand wash put scratches all over our car. Manager was very rude and would not listen to our complaint. Now our brand new car has scratches from them laying their rags directly on the ground and picking them up to dry car.

Car exterior still had crease marks and dirt. Tires not done (yes I paid for it). Was in a time crunch...so I didnt complain. But first and last visit for sure

Terrible... they did not close my driver side window up all the way and my interior driver door and seat was all wet . Not only did I have to wait for 45 minutes to get a car wash I had to wait another 15 minutes So they can try to dry up the water damage. I was also denied a refund. Very careless and amateur.
