The brush they used scratched the top of my car and left a very long and noticeable scratch on my trunk. The scratches were not there before the car wash and were noticed shortly after. They refused to acknowledge it was them. Dont risk your car with them.

This place is great I pay 14.99 and I get unlimited car washes for the month. It also has vaccums they all work great not like other places and they are also free

It saddens me to have to change my previous 5 star review. Ive been coming here for 6 years and today will be my last day coming here. Unfortunately, I had my oil changed 2 months ago, full synthetic just to have my check engine oil level light come on. I come back to check and Im told I need a whole new oil change when Im not even due for one until October (its July 7th). This tells me that they either cheated me out of oil during my oil change or just wanted me to spend another 95 bucks for an unnecessary change. Either way Im very disappointed and they lost a loyal customer! Come here at your own risk.

This place is great to wash your car, the prices start at $5.00 up to $14.00. I always get the $5.00 wash cuz my car 🚗 is a compact car I alway go there love it

I have the basic car wash monthly plan and its perfect for my needs. The employees here are friendly and welcoming and they do a decent job on the car wash for the price. The free vacuums are a great bonus.

Used to be 4-5 stars, depending on the day. But now you have to buy the towels (a dollar each) that YOU will use to dry your car since they no longer provide this service even though youre paying the same price. So youre paying more & doing the work that youve paid to have done. At least the guy still does your tires.

Do not go here. They used to be amazing but seems likes its new owners or something. They raised the price on everything and their service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and never go here. I’ve gone here for every oil change in my last 3 cars for almost about 14 years time. Now never spending $1 here again

The car wash was amazing, however, the tire pressure that was supposed to be checked when we got the oil changed was WAY off - we even made a point to ask that the tires be checked. It was off almost 20 psi on one side and we are driving across the country. Not cool after paying over $100.

Car wash is only ok. Not consistent

They wouldnt chance my oul they said my cap was broken. I took it somewhere else and there was no issue. Not sure if they knew what they were doing.

Be warned they do not care about ruining your vehicle. They use products that can mess your car up. When questioned about it they refused to take any responsibility. Do not go there .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The car wash is really old and will scratch your vehicle and not really clean much that a water hose wouldn’t spray off. The will also charge you months after you cancel and won’t refund you!!

They dont take dropped cars & they have horrible customer service

The car wash detail work was ok, but the guys washing and detailing my car disconnected both my front and rear dash cameras and pulled out the wiring that had been carefully installed. Now I have to go through the process of having all of it reinstalled. They took a long time and I had to pull my car out of a bay where there were people walking around the back of my car so it made it incredibly difficult to get my car out of the parking lot. It was a nightmare.

Good place for a car 🚗 wash and oil change.

The car would be clean (but I have a brand new car so that doesnt require much). However they have left streaks on my Windows and water spots on the car. Additionally the inside of my door didnt get wiped down. One time I went and the guy doing the drying was extremely rude and insulted me because I forgot my wallet and couldnt tip him. With his attitude he didnt deserve one anyway.... But so be it. It is that kind of unprofessionalism that has me looking for another car wash. I will not be going back. I may just start going to the one in Mira Mesa I used to go to years ago.

Theyre honest, and do quality work! I started out just getting car wash, then oil changes. but now they do good maintenance on my 2008 cts plus every time you get anything done a wash comes with it. for over 3yrs these guys kept it real with me about what I need to do to have my car running good at a fair price, plus the condition of the interior and exterior!

They dont provide carwash service. I had to do it myself. I liked how they had it before.

Awesome wash at $14. Consistently amazing me over and over and over. Once a week for 5 months. Just be willing to wipe down your own seats and your set. Anyone complaining has a filthy nasty car and should probably take the beer cans out themselves. :)

I have a Mercedes Benz SLK-320 I came they assisted me so fast and their customer service is exceptional!! They helped out so much, they were very respectful, and very professional, and best of all they were quick and their prices are perfect. I didnt have to wait an hour for them for finish the oil change. It also includes a free car wash and vaccum themselves. I definitely recommend people to come to this place definitely worth a 5 Star Rating.

I have been coming here for months with the monthly pass with no problems. Then I get a carwash this week as usual, but instead I come out of the carwash with a nice Big crack down my windshield. Never had any cracks before the carwash. But the owner Mark Younan claims that I must have not noticed the huge crack in my windshield and that the carwash is not at fault for the damages it did to my car. This is a terrible company & owner that does take responsibility for there faults.

Complete car wash. Different options. Interior and exterior washed and vaccuumed for approximately $20.00. I was pleased with job done.

I came in for an oil change and omar helped me out. Great fast and friendly. While i was being processed Omar handled a disgruntled customer very professionally even though the customer was out of line and disruptive to the business. From start to finish it took my car 30 min and they did a great job cleaning it at no extra cost. Ill be back.

Im pretty sure I was ripped off. I negotiated down about $40 but they wouldnt vacuum the trunk, even though I paid for a full service, asked specifically for the trunk to be done, and then had to double-check (they hadnt done it).I then had to pull out the few items I had in there myself, and the operator was rude and hurried me off without doing a proper job. SO NOT WORTH what I spent.Definitely out for the hustle.

Not a ideal location for disabled, seniors or anyone seeking a SERVICE facility.

These people are scammers! When you go and get an oil change from them they will put just enough oil that your car will be completely out of oilIn three weeks time and I mean bone-dry. Soldier in fact that your engines actually being messed up and not only that but they mess with the sensor in your cars engine that a text when your car needs an oil change because ifThey didnt mess with it your car would show that it needs an oil change still and that youve been running on empty oil this whole time!Do not waste your time or money these people are scam artists lesson learned I will never be coming back to this place again if anything I should be suing them for the damage and tinkering theyve done to my car!!!Do not go here!!!!

1.0 star rating 3/13/2018Horrible service yesterday, they didnt vacuum the back seat, they left peanuts all over the floor, the usual guys werent cleaning, it was one guy, i paid $19.99 for nothing I had to reclean it again, the last time I went it was pretty good, this time I went after work at 3:30pm I didnt realize they close at 4pm Thats probably why he did such a crummy job, if they were going to be lazy at that time you shouldnt have taken my money, i kept calling no one answered phone . Ill never come here againI had written my review on another location I realized it wasnt the right one its this one off University, dont come here, they are good at taking your money, horrible at doing a good job
