Kevin, Wes, and the rest of the Elite Finish crew did an amazing job. Throughout the whole process, they made me feel so welcomed. It was an added bonus to “talk car with them” as they are all understandably automotive enthusiasts. My girlfriend and I brought our 70s VW Bus to them for a clear bra install and some custom striping. They worked in tandem with SD Design House to deliver exactly what we wanted. It’s so nice knowing that the front of our VW Bus is protected from all the inevitable rocks chips that the road throws at it. Thanks again Kevin! You are the man.

Ive known Wes and Kevin for about 3 years and they did a bumper to bumper clear wrap on my 2019 Jag F-Type SVR and its still perfect! They also ceramic coated my 2020 Tundra Platinum. Its perfect and just last week detailed, paint corrected my 2016 custom Harley Softail breakout. They never cease to amaze me. Huge warehouse, professional set up, always friendly and get the job done flawless and always in a timely manner. What else is there to say about Elite Finish other than they do an amazing job. Their work is by far the best in the business. I had them do paint protection film and ceramic coating on my brand new Tesla Model 3 and it amazes me how they were able to make it look better than the factory. I have the metallic blue paint and after they worked their magic the flake in the paint popped like crazy in the sunlight.Now to their customer service. I got my Tesla done in March 2020 just at the beginning of the pandemic. All the car rental places had shutdown and I thought I would have to cancel my appointment since I couldnt get a rental. I talked to Kevin and explained the issue and he said to wait and let him make a few calls. He got back to me and said they got me a Model S for the week and they would take care of the cost. I cant stress this enough. When a company goes out of their way to keep make the experience great for the customer everybody wins. I have nothing but trust in these guys. Their work and customer service is far and beyond others in the auto industry. I will keep sending them anyone that needs detail work or custom work done to their vehicle.

I got my 2014 GT500 Detailed here by Elite Finish. Wes and his team really took care of the car as I also got PPF.Other things I had done while the car was there was the removal of the black racing stripes and vinyl GT500 graphics on the side. I wanted a cleaner look. Wes cautioned me about the potential of Ghost stripes due to the year of the car and sun exposure. But I told him we can redo the stripes if it is too obvious.Dent removal was also done which is an available service if you need it.Paint Protection Film (PPF) was applied to the front bumper, fenders, hood and elsewhere. The install came out perfectly. Wes told me that while it cures, if I were to see anything I wasnt happy with, to bring it back immediately.Mustangs are notorious for having the black acrylic valence between the rear brake lights get scratched up. Wes and his team made sure to cover that with PPF for me and did a clean job around the GT500 emblem.My tail lights were spider webbed scratched pretty badly, they cleaned those up to a gloss finish.There was no sign of ghost flames except for the roof which Elite Finish made great work on to the point of not being noticeable.Turn around time was average and typical for a job entailing this much work. They house your car if you leave it overnight. It is never left outside.Instead of unpleasant surprises when picking up your car, Elite Finish gives pleasant ones that are not expected. You cant predict what they cant do here, its like magic.

I ordered my Tesla Model Y back in Oct 2020 and took delivery in Dec 2020. During the 2 months of waiting, I had a little too much time on my hand and fell into a rabbit hole of research on Tesla paint quality & issues, paint protection films (PPF), vinyl wraps, ceramic & graphene coatings, etc... you name it, Ive read about it... Once I received delivery of my Tesla, I knew I had to take it to a shop to get paint correction and possibly PPF & ceramic coating done. Its fairly well known that Tesla paint quality is subpar and mine was no exception. I had plenty of swirl & buff marks all over the car.After a few weeks of research and calling shops for price quotes, I discovered Elite Finish through Ben Sullinss YouTube channel. From my first initial call w/ Kevin @ Elite Finish, I knew they were different. We spent over an hour on the phone discussing every detail of the process and different options. I found Kevin to be very patient, professional, & personable. Thats not very common these days when you call up a shop to get a price quote over the phone. From experience, most places wont spend that kind of time & TLC w/ potential customers. Not once during the call did Kevin try to upsell me; he actually flat out told me that I would be wasting my money on a specific ceramic coating and suggested that I go w/ a lower costing alternative that would essentially do the same exact job. By the end of the call, I knew exactly where I was taking my Tesla (even though I lived 75 miles away in Orange County), so I scheduled the earliest available appointment which was about month out (thats how good they are; booked a month in advance).After a very informative call w/ Kevin, I decided to go with a full car paint correction, full car STEK DYNOShield clear PPF, STEK DYNOmatt center console wrap, CarPro CQaurtz Skin ceramic coating, IR clear tint for the windshield, and IR tint for the front & rear windows.The full job was quoted to take 7 to 10 days. I dropped off my Tesla on a Monday morning, and received it back the following week on Tuesday afternoon. During the drop off process, Kevin and I did a walk around the entire car going over each job that was going to be performed.When I picked up my car, it was more than what I expected. Not a single swirl mark, the car’s paint looked like glass, and the shine was amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice! The guys at Elite Finish are absolute professionals, personable, and do an amazing job! There are only a handful of CQuartz Finest Reserve authorized installers in So. California, and theres a reason why Elite Finish is one of them. Theyre the best of the best hands down and I would highly recommend them!

I cant say enough good things about Elite Finish Detailing. They made my 2012 M3 look brand spanking new again, inside and out, including the engine bay. Surface scratches-gone, door dings-gone, leather-100% reconditioned, they were even able to fix major bumper scratches from hitting a random box on the freeway. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

The results of their services are undeniably terrific, but the service experience could be improved. As a luxury auto detailing shop, it is unexpected that the staff would make comments about the cleanliness of a vehicle - it is there to be cleaned. While my car looks beautiful, I havent even wanted to share photos, lest anyone ask where I had the service performed. Would not recommend. Find a more reasonably priced location where they understand that a car being dropped off for cleaning is not going to arrive... clean.

Seriously impressed. A rusty pipe dripped onto the hood of my car in a parking garage and really damaged the paint. I expected it to have to be repainted and cost thousands, but Kevin worked some kind of magic on it for a super reasonable price and now its fixed and looks better than before. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Elite Finish is one of the few detail shops qualified and approved to apply CarPro CQuartz, CQuartz Finest, CQuartz Professional and CQuartz Reserve. They will perform paint correction as needed before the application to maximize the longevity and Wow factor of the completed process. Wes Walz (owner of Elite Finish) was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure they would use for prepping and applying CQuartz Professional to my Porsche Carrera S. Wes also took the time to explain and demonstrate the proper care for maintaining my cars new finish. Definitely check out their website for detailed information and videos.

I can’t speak on in shop services because I have never been in. However, their products for purchase online are incredible. I use the “wash mist” on my car daily. Great stuff, fast shipping, prompt order updates. Definitely recommend for people like myself in other states that can’t get in shop

After I got a purchased my BMW, a friend told me about some products he uses to keep his car clean and protected, and referred me to Elite Finish to check out what they had to offer. After heading in to inquire about the products my friend told me about, I ended up talking to Wes and Kevin for over half an hour about all sorts of stuff relating to the upkeep of my car (e.g. how the paint gets damaged with poor hand-washing products / techniques, what to do instead, and how to protect your car with ceramic coating, etc.) I am not that knowledgeable about cars, so I was very pleased with the time Wes and Kevin spent walking me through everything, and the entire time they were informative without ever being patronizing or pushing any products / services on me. And while I wasnt a big spender or anything, I definitely received top notch service and information and I will definitely be coming back when I decide to get the ceramic coating done.Also, I highly recommend to anyone who likes to wash their car themselves and wants to do it the right way, get their WashMist Waterless Wash kit. I was a little skeptical at first because I thought, nothing can replace a real hand wash, right? Wrong. After watching their YouTube video on how to use the WashMist, I went ahead and tried it out on my BMW and then my Dads Mercedes. The product is absolutely incredible to say the least. With the WashMist and the special microfiber towels in the kit, I got the car looking better than when I had it professionally detailed elsewhere. There wasnt one scratch, swirl or streak. After hearing from a few local friends that I had to check out The Auto Salon, I finally got around to it. Boy was I glad that I came here! There are 3 shops here: Elite Finish Detailing, SD Wrap and Auto Armour! Elite does high end detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction and paint protection among other things. SD Wrap does vinyl wrapping and auto styling, anything from full color changes to black out packages even tinting. Auto Armour handles strictly Clearbra and they stay especially busy! I had Elite do a full paint correction and CQuartz Finest coating on the entire exterior, wheels and calipers and couldnt be happier! My car is a gloss black 2013 Mustang GT that had severe wash damage and deep scratches all around. Wes was able to get it looking better than showroom condition and the ceramic coating has kept the paint in perfect condition. Washing my car with Washmist, Wess own waterless wash, has made keeping it clean a pinch! I will definitely be coming back to The Auto Salon!
