Ever since day one of finding Lees original location for auto detailing, Ive never looked for another place. He has great work ethic and is genuine. I came back a year later after taking a break from doing uber/lyft, refusing to go anywhere else, just because I value the integrity and quality Lee provides with his services.Lee is my goto guy for any car cleaning/detailing I ever need done. I highly recommend him to everyone.

*** Update***They finally got the car clean! Took them long enough...seriously. After waiting an hour and watching other customers come and go they said that they were now STARTING on my car, they had not vacuumed, or wiped the Windows for an hour! I guess other people are more important. After I went for an hour walk I went into the service bay to check on the progress and my car was there but no one was cleaning it! I waited for over 20 minutes without seeing an employee. It seems that if they cannot get you in and out quickly and get your money then you are not a priority. They get 3 stars for the second cleaning job, but to average the 0 stars from the first visit I will just leaveit at 1.*Original review*I brought my car in to get washed, when i picked it up, the entire back was still dirty, Windows were still dirty, and new rock chips in my windshield. They said that they shampooed the seats and they were wet but all of the dirt was still there. I asked for my money back but the manager said we dont give moneyback. This place is over priced and my 9 year old can do a better job of washing. Do not take your car here. Save your money and buy a steam cleaner on Amazon and do it yourself. I would give 0 stars if I could.

So in my last review of a place on Google I mentioned that I almost never do this. I think thats still true because this is the first review Ive written in over a year and these guys deserve it. My mechanic is not far from here, and I happened upon the car wash because it was a TLC day for my car having just been at the mechanic for some maintenance. At first I was skeptical due to the share of 1-star reviews but, given the otherwise stellar rating and the new ownership, I took a chance on this car wash. I have been looking for a decent car wash for a while now in San Diego, specifically one that came just short of a detail at a good price...because I like inexpensive things. I was over the moon with the job they did. Like other reviewers have noted, Steven is incredibly nice and runs his business like he genuinely cares about your experience. His staff were super polite and great at their jobs. Curtis nailed it! I was the kind of person that was loath to spend $8 on the deluxe automatic car wash, but Steven talked me into dropping $30 for their gold package and knocked it out of the park. They assured me that they would do their best to tackle to tackle the ridiculous amount of dog hair that I had in my vehicle and they made good on it. Best $30 Ive spent on my car.

Miramar Car Wash performed a miracle on my daughter’s car. After they were done, it looked better than new! We were beside ourselves! This car detailing company is absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible as well! You will be so pleased.

The original detailing seemed good, but it wasnt until the next day when I realized the crevices of the seats were oversoaked. Another day later and now its began to emit a wet towel smell that wont go away. I did the same thing from a previous detailing spot where I left the windows down and the hot air on until the seats were no longer damp. Hours for it to dry and had enough confidence that it was good to go. Im very dissatisfied with the interior detailing after looking everything over. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of that moldy smell out of my car.

Took in my 2006 Dodge Charger. I couldnt believe how beautiful she looked! She looked brand new inside and out! Oh and the rims I thought were beyond help. The final product far exceeded my expectations!! I highly recommend them!

Wow this is hands down the best car wash in downtown CA. I have a black on black Jeep Wrangler and an ALL white Husky, so you could probably imagine the amount of hair in the trunk area. This is the first place that actually opened the trunk area and vacuumed it to brand new. Best $60 I ever spent

I stumbled across this place coming back from errands on Miramar Road and I’m so glad I did! My kids and their friends got into my car with sunscreen all over their bodies and when they got up from their seats their print was left in white all over my black leather seats! Yikes! I tried everything to get out myself but couldn’t. I spoke to the owner, Lee, who is a great guy. He said if he couldn’t get it out he would not charge me for his efforts. But he got it all out and it looks brand new again! Couldn’t be happier. Very polite staff! I will definitely be making the trek back for this excellent care! Thank you!

I called in for an appointment with my headlights. The restoration service was superb. My headlights look brand new. I should have snapped a before picture to really show the impact. The owner, Steven, is professional and an advocate for five-star service. Stop by and give your car a refresh- you will not regret it.

ATTENTION! Never bring your car here! They damaged my rims but they wont admit that it happen there. If they damage your car they will make excuses and the OWNER will disrespect you!.

Absolutely outstanding detailing. I have had both of my cars done here this week. I was a little hesitant to try at first because business looks old and dilapidated outside. But inside they have heavy duty equipment and a very large detailing bay. I saw expensive high-end vehicles being done. The employees are perfectionists and the quality of detail is way above what I used to get from MM Auto Spa and other local detailers, but at the same price.

The best customer service ever! The new owner, Steven is so polite, very respectful and professional!They did an EXCELLENT job on the inside and out of my car. I highly recommend taking your car here for service.

These guys did an excellent job! My car had been stolen and taken for a joy ride and what was left was not pretty. They made my car look better then before I even bought it. Highly recommend letting these guys detail your vehicle!

Lee is a very nice, honest, and helpful guy. His both Car Wash centers Lees Auto Detailing and Miramar Car Wash & Auto Detailing offer the best customer services. I asked for Gold wash but he offered me the detail interior wash with discounted price. Also, he asked his employees to do some extra services which fulfill a complete auto detailing service. But it was not all! He also gave me his store wireless access since he noticed that I just sitting with my laptop and watching television. I had full wireless internet access and I could do my research while my car was under cleaning. At the end, I noticed my car which was ultra-clean, all the stains were removed, and it was shining like a STAR!Thank you Lee and the team!

I went in looking to get a deal from what they were offering on Groupon. I wanted to get my car an interior detail. It turns out the Groupon wasn’t exactly for that. Le ended up giving me a fair price to get my car detailed. Bob was the one that did the detailing and he went above and beyond. My car looked so great and he even gave me a free wash. I had a great experience and plan on coming back!

Asked for a Gold wash -- this was some of the lamest washes in the history of washes. I bet they just blew on the car slightly for 30 bucks. Let alone the fact that the seats were left dusty, even the front panel was dusty! An infant could have cleaned the windshield better

Car wash complaint! Gas station complaint!Back and forth between, managerSteve and car was attendant, upon accidental car wash purchase.  Plus gas price is tied into car wash price. For your average customer simply wanting to fill up and leave.  Wasted 30 minutes being transferred back and forth from Steve (gas station manager) and car wash attendant.  BBB complaint coming to both companies!  Oh and they charge for debit use!  Horrible management and workers with no patience or want to help!

Ive had my car washed here twice since the new owners took over. Great car wash, amazing service, super friendly. Ive never been to a car wash that treats their customers so well. 100% recommended.

Made an online appointment, got a confirmation email, cleared my schedule arrived and it was closed. Both website and Google map postings said it was open.

The full service places in this area have been getting worse and worse, I was about ready to give up until I found this place. Awesome work, awesome prices. Glad to say I found my new car wash for my big pig Ram pickup!

Cheap, great service. Car looked great after just the express wash, interested in trying other options.

They did a good job, but it took quite a while. I was probably waiting for half an hour with only 2 cars ahead of me.

45 min for just a wash with nobody ahead of me. I shouldve known something was up when they were dead. I was the only customer the whole time. Wash was just so-so and service was pretty poor. I drive in and they told me to wait for the cashier in the lobby. After 10 min somebody finally came. Too many other washes in the area, just skip this one.

Did a great job of getting my car ready the day before I headed to a car show in Pomona. Made it look brand new

Hours say open at 8am, stopped by at 10:45am to get my car a quick wash since I was in the area. They were closed. Nothing showing when they were going to open or why they were closed. Very unfortunate since I’ve heard good things about the business.

They did a good job, although they totally upsold me and then it rained 2 days later.

This place is one of the best car wash in the San Diego area I have nothing but great things to say. The staff was kind and bee professional inside my car was spotless after they got done
