The entry level service is a terrible car wash for $10. No vacuuming at this price and you might as well go to any gas station drive thru car wash at lower price. Washman Car Wash Mission Bay San Diego for $9 lets you vacuum and dry your own car (after they speed dry it ) and will repeat the wash for free if there is still dirt/bugs on your car. I do not recommend this place.

Our Car looked great after completing. The best part was that they found and put a set of keys on the front seat . We lost the keys over a month ago--we went through the car and drove back to where we lost them. We are impressed that these keys are back. Worst $100 Ive ever spent on a detail. Didnt do a thorough wash...and I paid extra for a hand wash. There are wax smudge marks all over my car, interior doesnt even look like a vacuum was used and of course there are streaks on my windows. The older gentleman with the tight haircut needs to put more effort into his work...its called detailing for a reason. It wasnt even busy and I expected better results after hearing good things about this place. First and last time visiting.

Nice car wash. They have a nice lounge area for you to relax. You can even sit in a massage chair while you wait on your car to be cleaned. Very nice esp if you dont like being in the sun or heat 👌🏽

I took a simi clean car. As I just bought it last week. And they failed to clean it. I paid 45 dollars. The inside was wiped down half way. The seats and the floors of my car where not vacuumed. I could have gone to a gas station car wash and it would have came out better.

I once left $2500 cash in a see through baggie in the door pocket getting a detail, and they didn’t take it! Everything was there with the car perfectly detailed. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Very friendly service and never feel like I’m getting ripped off. They have great deals too! Very comfortable chairs to wait in and clean bathrooms. I mean, what more cold you ask for?

I dont care what anyone else says, Ive been coming here for years and these guys always treat me and my cars with the utmost care and respect. The very few times Ive not been happy about something, I tell them and its fixed with a smile. I always make sure to approach them respectfully and I expect and receive the same.Of course, I have been a fairly generous tipper from day one...

Good if you do a regular car wash. Bad if you do detailing. Spent 150 dollars, this guy Leo said he pwild restore headlights and wax the car. the result was basically the same. Wanted to talk to him but he was not there, and the guy only said that was all we can do (I payed up front). Took it to tijuana spent half, got great results.

I get the $80 hand wax detail every month, the clay/hand wax detail every 3rd month and occasionally add an interior detail. I always tip well because I appreciate the work they do. Ive never been dissatisfied, but the new detailers dont catch things the old guys used to. The quality of my last three visits were kind of disappointing. Each time Ive found long swirl/wax smudge marks on multiple panels, side mirrors not wiped down and water still sitting in the door jams. Each time I was promised that theyd handle it on the spot or theyd make up for my last visit. However, each time I found myself wiping down spots they missed later that same day. I trusted their work and I gave them the chance to redeem themselves, but I dont think I will be going back.

I just came from here. They upsold me from the $29.99 to the $59.99 & I was getting it for $49.99. They were supposed to do everything to the outside-undercarriage/vacuum/windows (in & out)/wipe down the interior, as well as clean the floor mats. I’m extremely unhappy with the results.

By far the best car wash I have ever been to! There service is top of the line. If they miss a spot just let them know and they will take care of it. Interior and exterior detailing is excellent. The place is always clean and inviting. The owner really knows what he is doing. Gentle touch has become my and only car wash!

They did a great job cleaning my car. Much better than the car wash Ive been using. They did a really good job cleaning the interior of the car and use air fresheners that you can actually smell.

They are pros to deal with cars. My car has lots of scratches but they did a great job and remove all of them and looks a new look to my car.

I was waiting on my wifes car to be finished, so was trying to pass the time and decided to get my truck washed. Prices were different than advertised (cheaper) due to Covid, so I went with the $15 package. Let me tell you, they used a hand brush over the entire thing, then through the auto wash, and ended by hand drying and blowing off the entire truck. They also did the outside windows and wheels and tires. This is by far the best value and quality wash I have had. Even with a $10 tip, at $25 all in for hand dry, wheels, tires and windows......what a bargain!

I paid 49.99 on a hand wax I don’t think they waxed they just charged me for it I asked the guy if he waxed he said yes but I could clearly see dirt still on my truck and bird poop stain as well so if he did wax they did not do a clear wipe down of my truck of any dirt because I could see dirt all over my front bumper and they forgot the air freshener which I don’t care for since they probably would’ve used something cheap that would have stained my interior. My advice don’t do any specials and if you are willing to confront them on spots they missed and do quick walk around before leaving.

I got the deluxe car wash. The car came out only partly washed, when they were done there was dirt on the car and lots of spots were left. As I asked the guy to wipe all the still dirty spots it was odd he wasnt taking ownership because it was clearly not clean. I just wouldnt go again.

I had a Groupon for 3 gold car wash and the attendant ask for payment of$24.99, whe I said I have a Groupon he didnt make the car for a gold wash.When I complained he just dressed the tiresThe next car wash was the same issue.Bait and switch.You end paying more money with your Groupon than paying cash for what you get. Totally dishonest .

This morning I took my car to this place because they are in a convenient location. I thought I got a good car wash and didnt look very hard for problems after they gave me my keys back. But after my car wash, I came home and found a spot of glue or sticky material on my hood that will not come off. This is not the first time they have done this to me and I think this place partakes in systematic dishonest behavior with their customers like this. Avoid at all costs!

I went over to see if I could get the $8 car wash on my white 2000 BMW 328i (but first I hosed it off, to get rid of the dust. It still has nice paint, but I hadnt washed it in months, and it had a fair amount of tree sap on it). I drove into the entrance (the vacuuming area), and asked the guy who waved me in if I could get the basic car wash. He said sure. But I noticed he was going for the $14.99 full service wash, so I said no, I want the $8 wash. He said outside only? and I said yeah. He marked it, I went in and paid, no problem. Then I waited around maybe five minutes, the car came out, about five guys went over and wiped it off, and the windows got washed. One of them called me over, I handed him my slip, he handed me my keys, and I was off. But I definitely did not get any smiles. I think maybe giving them a two dollar tip would be a good idea if a return is contemplated. When I got home I went around and thumb-nailed off some residual sap they didnt get. But for the price, the wash was very good.

Its a little pricey but they definitely do a great job. They attended to me very quickly and when they were done presented their work for my approval offering to clean it until I was happy with everything (I had them wipe down a small spot they missed on the door panel).Also, BEST POLARIZED SUNGLASSES COLLECTION!!! As someone who loses sunglasses on the regular, Im always on the prowl for cheap polarized lenses. Their collection is among the best Ive ever found at only $10 a pair.

Got the Bronze wash, car was returned immaculate, inside and out. Service was swift and friendly, waiting room was air conditioned, including a flat screen with sports center on :)Also, they left my collapsible reading glasses on the dash, which I thought were lost because I searched my car for them previously!

When it comes to washing car they do a good job. This eas my second detail there.I paid, with senior discount to have car detailed. They were to clean carpet. There were still spots on carpet that would not be there if they used spot remover. My mats were still sticky from juice that had been spilled and looked like they were just rinsed with just water rather then soap. I will have to clean them myself. They will look better when I do them. Will not have my car detailed there again.

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I had to wipe out my cars interior in the parking lot while all of the attendants shouted at each other. Theres was obvious dirt EVERYWHERE. Like, I dont know how they missed it. Ill never be coming back.

Fast but not the cleanest or detailed. They rush clean and rush dry your car. But I go here because they have good deals online... and living in SD its always good to have your car wash about once a month or so. They do an ok job. I noticed if you get your car waxed and wash youll get better cleaning...

I had the company Gentle Touch Car wash of Clairmont Mesa blvd San Diego, CA 92111 Clean my car. I can not say enough great things and also they did my seats and fabric inside . I was EXTREMELY HAPPY. I needed to go back because it pulls out dirt so well sometimes more shows and without hesitation and no charge they will quickly clean whatever your not happy with as they did for me at light speed and perfection making me feel like a King. You will not find service like this anywhere. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if it was an option. Im also very frugal and you can not beat peace of mind and the service.

Overpriced No way to pause machine to spend more time scrubbing car. Brush was so worn out it couldnt really get dirt off the car. Vacuum also expensive: have to pay extra for stronger suction. Fragrance was empty or didnt work. Usually like cleaning up my car but not here.

Paid 250$ for a full detail. Every little detail was missed. Chunks of clay in my emblems, dirt in areas concealed when doors and trunk are closed, engine was not wiped down as I was told it would be, multiple smudges inside car that were easily removed by myself after the cleaning, the seats were SOAKED.. Ive had this done many times I understand the seats need to dry but my car is starting to smell from how wet it was and how slow its drying. From a distance the car looks amazing they did a great job honestly but when I pay 250$ for a FULL DETAIL I expect full attention to the details I would have done this myself and saved the money had I known ahead of time. Worth it for 100$ tops

Always a great experience. I get my scion detailed here and here only. The guys are all great. Treat them as u want to be treated and they make ur car as if it just came off the lot. Friendly service and the owner Maurice is one heck of guy. Great man, great service, great environment....did I mention great? .

Pulled up to this car wash on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by the ticket writer immediately. Asked me what I wanted, got the works package and paid. Waited in their nice lobby that had a nice flat screen tv and they had the basketball tournament game on. About 15 minutes later, my car was looking sparkling new and most important NO WATER SPOTS! A Total joke of a Car Wash! Paid for a basic wash last Sunday and they did not clean the rims or tires as promised. The driver side front quarter panel was left with black scuff marks from the rollers on their machine..had to spend an hour of my time cleaning it off..Windows were never washed properly. I could have gone through a local high school fund raiser wash that would have done a better job..This is the 2nd time this place has ripped me off.Thought they were under new management..Big mistake..Just a bunch of clowns

The staff was a bit more pushy than I liked and insisted that Id get the $50 car wash. Definitely did not want to shell out the much money for a simple car wash. He didnt really give me other options either...They did a decent job, although one cannot be too meticulous about cleaning a car.The guy handing my keys was really proud of the work he did. Insisted I posted on Yelp that he did a great job.In the end of the day, my car was cleaned and smells nice.Would I come back? Im not quite sure.

By far the most despicable car wash place Ive ever been to. On your arrival your coerced into purchasing a detail package. Mind you my intent was to purchase the interior detail package, Im merely describing my experience. The front desk assistant is merely there for appearance and collecting payment. Her people skills are poor and lacking all knowledge of anything happening in the facility. Next thing I noticed is the place is poorly organized and personnel improperly placed. Management lacks any people skills perhaps due to his poor English definitely needs allot of work.After my car was completed I inspected it and found several discrepancies to include simple lack of vacuuming. Instead of completing one step than proceeding, they jumped the gun and sprayed down all the interior dirt, dust, hairs and all. After further inspection I found my ceiling had not been touched even though I specifically asked for that at the beginning. I understand that its a difficult part of the vehicle to clean. But the company salesmen identified it as something they can handle.Overall Im disappointed by the entire experience and given that Id never recommend this place to anyone.

Was told I’d get $40 off detailing ($100 in total) and that it would be 45 minutes. Had to remind them to work on my vehicle and I’ve been here well over an hour. Based on other’s reviews, I’m not expecting to leave here with a job well done. Won’t be coming back.

Got the basic car wash. These guys take the time to do it right. I especially like the use of pressurized air to blow the water out from around my doors and mirrors. Very pleased with the product they deliver.

WHAT A JOKE OF A CAR WASH!!! Barely vacuumed the inside, car was still soapy as it came out of the tunnel & still wasn’t clean, then the totally lazy employees didn’t wipe it dry properly & barely cleaned the windows leaving basically the same debris as arrived. Should be ZERO stars! Complete waste of time & $$.

So even though the place has really good reviews I must say I wasnt very impressed...I stop today to test drive their service. I purchase the $ 10 wash. A simple car wash but the people drying my car did not pay attention to detail and left my door jams dirty and not paying attention to the bugs still on the front of my car.It seem that they adjust their level of service base on the money you spend with them. Well if you can not pay attention to a $ 10 wash why should I pay $ 200 or more a detail with you and illustrates their laziness to pay attention to my car.

They give a solid car wash. The professionalism doesnt seem to be on point however. They will rev your engine if you have a loud exhaust... Also will not always put your car through the wash as you showed up... Often multiple cars that show up after you will go first... A little more attention to detail in their business operations would do these guys wonders... Step it up and you will have more return customers. Professionalism IS hard to find these days so, this place at the end of the day is not all that bad but not worth a 4 or 5 star review..-BV

Came here to get my car waxed. I payed $90. They did not do a $90 job. For $90 at least vacuum my car out properly. There are still crumbs on my seat. You can literally wipe it and it moves. There are scratches on the outside of my car that was never there. There are gooey spots on my car. The guy waited for me to tip him. I honestly dont know what I paid for. Dont go unless you are getting a simple car wash.

Got an exterior and interior detail. Fill package. They missed spots wet and left some parts with runny armor all. For the price Id expect more detailed attention to being spotless. Otherwise, everything else was clean.

Asked how much for a wash and the guy started by saying How much do you want to spend. I said, it doesnt work that way, what are your prices. He again said, well what do you want. I told him wash inside and out and he said $150! I said never mind Ill take it somewhere else, then he said, for you I was and wax for $100. I again asked for a price list and he said they dont have one. Basically, they try to get you to pay as much as possible regardless of what you want done. If you dont want to haggle, do not come here.

One of the worst car washes I’ve ever paid for. I got the gold package and the inside of the car was not clean at all. After going and letting the front desk know, she said “they were really busy.” That’s no excuse for the car not being cleaned properly. Don’t waste your time or money.

Nice establishment, management, and clerk, but horrible workers, which is frankly what matters most. My car was very poorly dried, which I let slip. But when I entered the car, it was not vacuumed at all (and its not like it was extra dirty or anything). I went to have them vacuum it again. The lead/manager was nice about it, but then the other workers were probably mad that I had them do what they didnt in the first place, and were almost slamming the vacuum-heads on the interior.As a cherry on top, they failed to vacuum it well once again.1/10, would not wash again.

I paid $130 to get my car fully detailed and it came out good except it took over and hour..and the seats look horrible! I have pictures to prove it! So disappointed esp since my friend said they were good.

They took a golf club from my front seat to my backseat. Then they pushed the back seat forward and snapped the golf club in half. They promised they would pay for it, because they admitted breaking it. Its been a month and they wont return any of my phone calls. The owner is somehow never there when I call. Theyve been dodging me for a month.

I had the worst experience, I was told my car was ready I glanced inside my car and noticed my car had not been vacuumed at all. When I asked the guy that handed me my car keys he responded automatically Yes it was vacuumed without really checking if it had been vacuumed. Im disappointed of the lack of work ethic on the staff. My car was cleaned by at least five staff members and no one seem to care or noticed the car had not been vacuumed. Im still trying to figure out why it took for that many staff members to clean one car. I then spoke to the manager the person at the cash register and addressed my concern and disappointment on the staff. Not once did he apologize for the incompetence of his staff. So after several of minutes my car was finally vacuumed, as that was not enough the employee decides to peel out in reverse while driving back my car. I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Their website says theyll turn off the brushes for those who dont want their car paint damaged. So I went, the price was $30 for the hand wash, with a $10 coupon (no expiration), so it was $20. The job was fine, I did some touch up drying in the adjacent lot.Today I returned for the same thing. Now the same man with the European accent wanted $40! When I told him it was $30 - $10 = $20 last time, he disagreed. I wont be back.

I think this place is a ripoff. I bought a Groupon expecting to get 4 car washes for $28. When I went to redeem my Groupon, I was told that it was only good for the outside only. First time Ive ever heard of a place not vacuuming and cleaning the inside. I dont often use car washes, so maybe Im naive. I went on Saturday August 29 to have my car washed. When it was done, I got in and drove home. When I got home I noticed a bunch of water spots on the driver side along with the wheels which werent clean. I guess I shouldnt have trusted that they would at least wash the outside. I have one more coupon left and will reluctantly use it on my wifes car. I wont be going back after that.
