This is a family owned business end I’ve been taking all of our families cars here for years. This time I came in to have the seats shampooed because I wanted to sell the car. IT TURNED OUT 🤩 AMAZING! I believe it sold for 2,000 more just based on how perfect it looked. Take your car here. They are still open, and do a great job

They get the outside really clean and sparkling, I guess since I just got the basic for $20, I expected a little more from the inside, Im just moved here from St. Louis, so 20$ would have gotten me together. But I would go back, the employees are very nice, guess I have to pay the coss to be the boss, meaning, I will get the highest package to see if that is better. Try em out, they are super friendly.

Dont believe all the negative reviews. 1st time here and experience was top notch. Used Groupon Super Wash couponsm Car was well cleaned and ready very quickly. It wasnt perfect on the outside, since there were so many bug stains that the automatic washer didnt get. But most were gone and the car was night and day difference. Staff was awesome and friendly. These guys are great! My car was extremely weathered from sitting for a year. It was so oxidized it looked like the whole car was frosted. I knew there was some good paint under there somewhere so I took it the guys I have trusted with my car for a decade. In just a few hours they restored the shine to showroom condition...on a 20 year old car! Good rates, good work, good deal.

My car did look better then when it came in.. I’ll give them that. The workers could be a bit more diligent in getting the extra debris of the car with the rag. My car would’ve still been dirty if I didn’t tell the guy to take the spots off

Honestly, it took me just under an hour to get my car washed, and there were not that many customers. They dont have enough employees so they dont wash the cars any faster than they can finish them on the other end

I am in complete shock, angry, and overall disappointed. I’ve been to this car wash multiple times and have never dealt with something like this before. When I was younger, my dad would take me with him to this car wash, so I always trusted them with my car. I mostly used the package booklets because it makes me responsible to get my car washed when it’s already been paid for. When I was younger, my dad taught me that you always check your car before and after to make sure everything is okay and that they cleaned every spot. I went in around 3:30pm with a dirty car and shortly after I got back a car with a dented scratch and greasy stains on the passenger seat.When they were done with my car, I walked around asking them to clean a few wet spots that they had missed and as I got to the passenger side, there was a brand-new dented scratch. I touched it and noticed that the clearcoat and some paint flakes were on my finger but before I could find a manager, the guy who was cleaning it quickly came over and wiped the rest of it off my car. I asked a manager to come over and Ali told me that “the machine did not do that”. Never did I think the car wash did it, but he would not let me get a word in. I believe when one of the employees were drying it, they nicked my car with something from their belt or pants. After going back and forth with Ali, I finally gave up because I knew that it was pointless.As I’m about to leave and I go to put my wallet in my car, I then see multiple stains on my passenger seat. I call Ali over again and show him the stains and he says, “Oh it’s just water but because you are such a great customer, we can clean it for you”. I tell him that I do not have time for him to clean my seat and that it is not “just water”, it’s the greasy cleaner they use to clean the dash. I know that when it comes to cleaning the passenger seat you must be careful because if it gets too damp, it can short the passenger airbag function, so I definitely did not want them touching my car any more.I still have two car washes left that I paid for, but I will not be going back. Ali never offered a refund and for my car wash today and I’ll have to get this fixed myself. They have coast me enough money in one day, but I don’t even want to waste my time it trying to go back to get my money for those car washes. I give up. So disappointed.

Compared to a coin operated car wash, this place is amazing. They wash your car then have a few people come out and wipe it down all for $6 - I’ve been spending like three times that at the coin op places for similar or worse results plus really wet shoes.

Don’t go here. I bought my husband three detailed washes.. he came back complaining that they didn’t even wipe down the interior or vacuum the backseat. Seriously?? I know no one wants to work during covid then QUIT. Now I feel like they just my money. Seriously don’t waste your time. Lazy staff! Not cool. Our cars not even big it’s just an Acura. Come on..

The manager is extreme about upsell. My family and my girlfriend all have used this place. If you just want a quick wash and you get one of the sales it’s fine, otherwise be careful. Quality is sometimes lacking and like I said they are trying to hustle and upsell. Manager kind of creeps out my girlfriend and he once argued with her trying to upsell. Anyway... you get the picture.

Inexpensive and they spent an hour detailing my car. The thing was spotless, not a smudge or a crumb left. Very thorough, maybe too much. The guys outside were kind and smiling but the woman inside, where you pay, was unpleasant. Didnt ruin the experience though and I would go back.

They dont always do the best job and I always give him a decent tip but this last time I was very disappointed because they put the stuff on the tires to make them shine but then after I drove my truck that stuff from the tires got all over the side of my truck, now it has oily spots all over the paint that it looks like its stained into there now that and they didnt vacuum very well didnt do the windows very well I was just not very happy and I got a deluxe wash.

They missed all the bugs on our grill and hood. That’s why we came in! When we pointed some out he only wiped a little of them off :(

Absolute trash of a car cleaning place. This was AFTER getting my car. I was able to vacuum the dog fur at home with a regular vacuum.

I was the 3rd vehicle in line this morning, they talked to all the men in lanes around me first. I asked the man, how much do I need to pay to get this car clean, I took my dog to the beach yesterday. Parts of the truck were not even touched. My longer hair dogs hair doesnt stick to the type of upholstery I have. I will never be back!

Good price, always used coupons when going in, last time I went to get the car washed the guy that dried it off had his hand out expecting a tip I told him I dont have cash on me (I usually dont carry any) he rolled his eyes and said but i have done a great job on your car (he didnt cause I found several spots that I had to wipe off after getting home) I said I dont have any cash on me once again and he just walked off. Wasnt sure if they were getting paid by the car wash company or just a homeless person judging by his attitude. I wouldnt go back again, I just go to gas station car wash where I dont have to deal with it anymore.

I come regularly to this place for an exterior car wash. It’s good for the price you pay, they towel dry your car and they do a good job at it.I’m giving 3 stars because the woman at the register is rude. The last couple times I’ve been there she’s either on the phone during the whole transaction, or makes me wait while she takes her time fixing her makeup before she rings me up.

The guy taking in cars was a pushy salesman and made the car wash feel like a shady place right off the bat. He was trying to push a subscription deal for the car wash before I had even seen how well they wash the cars. Their prices arent posted anywhere at the drive up entrance, its up to you to work out a deal with the check-in guy. I wanted a wash and my carpets vacuumed. He made it seem like you have to buy a higher level wash to get vacuuming included, so I ended up doing a detail. The detail job was terrible for what I paid. Got the vehicle back and the interior cleaner made every surface inside the car look extremely shiny, something that looked really bad. Unfortunately theres no way to remove it so I have to let it fade back to normal over time. They also used so much of the stuff my front dash and area around the shifter knob was still dripping wet. At first I thought it was just the wet look of the product. I didnt notice immediately but ended up turning around and having them wipe all the excess off the dash.I wouldnt recommend this place.

HORRIBLE! I have been going here for several years now and finally have had it. It has been going downhill although it was never great. They run it through the wash and do a 2 second wipe down of the interior. Half the time they never even touch the console! Really lazy, sloppy employees. ANY other full service station in town is better.

Not happy at all!!! Supposedly the car was ran through the washing area but very little water was on my car when the guy was drying it. I had to make sure he wiped it down good and saw that he was only wiping the dirt off. I only picked this place because it was close to my job and I was looking for a car wash during my lunch hour. I would not recommend this place at all. What a waste of my time and money.

I dont normally post reviews but this definitely needs to be addressed. THEE WORSE CAR WASH I have ever done. Terrible service and terrible car wash. Everyone was rude and/or and no idea what they were doing. The wash staff just flat out ignored me when I told them I paid for a super wash and not a basic wash. Even if they just gave me a basic wash my car still wasnt even clean there was still huge spots of dirt on my car. I were the manager there I would seriously fire everyone. I will never be coming back here they have lost my business forever.

Horrible place to wash your car. I just washed mine and it smells really bad. The guy who was drying it got his tip and walked away with out saying thank you. He didnt give me the key and I had to look everywhere inside my car for 5 min. I asked the other employee and she gave me the keys. It was on top of the rear tire. Do I supposed to grabb it from there?

While my carwash was superb, I was appalled at the fact that when I got back into my car, my USD student parking pass was gone. I thought for sure it had fallen into the doors or was put in the glove compartment. When I called to ask if someone there had taken it (which was not my first conclusion), the lady on the phone told me to continue looking in my car. I told her I had been, so they put me on hold to go ask really quick. They then picked up the phone and said, we have it. And hung up. I was shocked. No explanation as to why a $280 parking pass would be taken out of my car and not put in the glove compartment with no explanation. When I came to pick it up, they didnt even apologize or explain. Needless to say I wont be trusting them with my car again.

Good neighborhood car wash been around a long time...was disappointed to see low reviews, as I like this place. Good wash for the money, plus I use the grocery store receipt coupon to save $$. I like the job they do and yeah, its a long wait on saturday afternoon, cause theyre busy! Only drawback is my cars roof antenna got damaged over the years from going here, hence the four stars.

They use the same dirty rags to clean the inside and outside of your car. The inside of my car now looks shiny and clean but thats because of the oil from outside which ends up on your hands.

Damaged my vehicle. I always take before condition photos before handing my keys over, and noticed the damage before picking my keys back up. I showed them the time stamped photos with no damage and they would not even acknowledge my report. Shady operation, good luck with the police report I submitted against you!

Too expensive for the lack of quality. I paid for a bundle and have regretted it since, I paid for Royals car washes in which they mistakenly just give me the Basic wash. Very disappointing with the job they do. The car comes out with spots and the owner of the company is appallingly rude. cusses people out and threatens them. Very rude employees(not all of them are rude). But I recommend this company to get shut down by the BBB. The consumers have a right to have their vehicle done again. Friendly staff and they do a good job but they always try to sell you things you dont want and they can be aggressive about it.

The wash is ok, sometimes a long wait but they get it done. Theyre not very careful unfortunately--they tore my seat a little last time (its old so not a big deal). Also you can expect to get upsold or asked to buy headlight cleaning service or whatever.

After many years patronizing KK and subscribing exclusively to DELUXE service. The current manager took advantage of a situation by failing to provide the DELUXE service when my wife arranged for her vehicle cleaning.Instead, the vehicle was handed back with water marks throughout, carpets not vacuumed, smears on the glass. When the manager was confronted about the shoddy work, he became hysterical blaming the hot day!!!! This bully not only manages the business poorly but with aggression. Unfortunately, there are one or two excellent cleaners who follow up the work professionally. Zero QA/QC exists in this outfit.

Started off with the vacuum guy asking me if he could by my car and followed me around pressuring me. Made me uncomfortable. They broke off the Mercedes emblem as I watched and denied it and left a dirty rag inside. Workers are a little creepy

The last couple of times there were a lot of little things that were missed but then I am a fussbudget everything has to be Immaculate but you can always go to the manager and ask him to take care of a missed point and they will take care of it they generally take care of their customers and Ive been with them for over 10 years.

I bought a book of tickets for their regular car wash, and Im very satisfied every time I go there. They ALWAYS try to upsell SOMETHING: wax, detail, seat washing, something. I said yes once to the detail and wax, and I was disappointed. For their regular car wash, I couldnt be happier. But I dont recommend the upsell or details. After the vacuum and carwash, the team does a great job drying and wiping the interior and exterior of my car. I have a minivan and they do a great job climbing in the back seats to get all the junk from the kids and getting all the fingerprints off the windows. Is it the BEST carwash detail service Ive ever had? No. Is it a great carwash for a good value (remember I bought the book to save a few bucks)? Yes. I go here every month and will continue to go here for all my car washes.

This place sucks, half fast service. Glad that we didnt pay that much for the coupon, cause it was definitly not worth going here. The vacuuming job sucked, my two year old could have done a better job. And it seemed as if a blind man cleaned the windows, there was still streaks and finger prints all over the place, and when we complained to the guy, he tries to get us to pay for the crappy service. Nevet going here again.
