They were open on a rainy day, cleaned the trunk, vacuumed took out the trash and were friendly to me. Customer service to me was amazing.

I just got my car cleaned here and they did such a wonderful job! For only $40 (the executive package) they cleaned everything inside and out and my car looks and smells amazing 😁There are a lot of options though if you’re looking more for a wax or detailing. I am so glad I found this place. The workers were all so kind and took such great care of me and my car. Next time I need a car cleaning I will definitely be coming back here!

Went back today to try to retrieve my passenger side floor mat which they removed and never replaced. They washed the car about 2 weeks ago and I just noticed the mat was gone. Spoke to the manager and got an attitude from him. He said he had no mats there. So I asked do you throw them out? He said no we dont, but you waited 2 weeks. If they dont throw them out, what difference does it make if it was 2 weeks ago? I asked to speak to the owner. At first the manager told me he wasnt there, but then miraculously he was in his office. I explained the problem to the owner and he was a bit more professional but basically even though I assured him, they were the only ones to remove the mats he said well youre assuming we did it. At that point I ended the waste of time. Not good for a dying business...A apology and perhaps an offer of a coupon would have gone a long way for them to keep a customer and take responsibility. Frankly, I can replace the mat. They werent that expensive but the attitude and the run around made it so that they lost a customer.

My daughter and I tried this place out for the first time. They did a fantastic job cleaning our super dirty car. I would definitely send anyone here. Our car was super, super dirty from the beach and a road trip. They got it sparkly clean. It only took 40 minutes because they had three guys working on it. The guys working on it were wonderful. I am very thankful.

The best car wash and detailer in San Diego. Been coming here for over a decade and have tried others around town, but always return because of their attention to detail and quality work. Great people too.

Absolutely top notch! Their prices are some of the cheapest in town. Couple that with their professional service and better than average waiting area, and you know you are getting a fantastic deal. Not to mention that you can sense the passion of the employees working here. I am now a faithful customer!

I have gone to the Americana Car Wash for years. They will make your car spotless and not scratch the paint in the process. Better to go on Thursday or Saturday when they are less busy. Speak with Bob(Owner) or Victor if you are not satisfied. They always make it right.

If you like paying alot more, for non top tier / non brand name gas.... come here!bonus = no public restrooms! hooray!

Just left here. The attendant literally would not allow me to get anything other than their most expensive service. All I needed was a basic wash. Heck my car just got painted and detailed a month a go.

Paid 60.00 dollars for a 10.00 car wash! this place is the worse! if you want a quick fix then go for it, But if you want QUALITY and some people who care about your car, do not go here. I bought the express detail and the guy upsold me from a reg car wash (15.95 to a 60.00 DETAIL) Got my car back and the wheels were terrible, the inside was not vacuumed well. I went back and they offered me a basic car wash as a redo. I said No THANK YOU! not today, they gave me a voucher. But I will not be using it at all. Anyways DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible place to get your car washed! Dont ever go here! Took them two and half hours to wash my boyfriends car when they said 40 minutes tops. Plus they didnt even do that good of a job. Its still dirty. We are never going here again!!! Would give no stars but it wont let you post if you do that.

Took my car here and paid 40 bucks for the detail wash. I opened my trunk and (1)water dripped, (2) i still saw some debree on the carpet, and (3) the inside was not detailed! i asked them why it wasnt detailed and they said because it was a new car??? They told me if i wanted a full detail that it would be like $200? Never going here again! i do not recommend this place.

Great job with full detail car wash! It worth the money, car looks like new and they have managed to remove some really bad stains inside! Fully satisfied!

Recently ever time we went there they increasing the prices, Today they asked me for extra $2 because they called my small GLA a SUV, I washed the same car for over a year and they never charged me for extra $2 and always told me that this is a small car. Anyway $16 + tips for a not good job is a lot, go to other places for a better result.

Not a good value. Very slow even though they dont have much business. If you want your car washed at the end of the day...you better arrive 30 minutes before closing...because the manager might send everyone home and close early.

This place is kinda pricey, but they do a very good job here. My car usually comes out spotless and well dried, and when it doesnt, the staff is quick to correct anything they miss.

Paid for some higher end services and was oversold and they under delivered. Promised some cleanup work on scratches, they didnt change a thing. Every time Im here, its about an hour wait. This last time about an hour and Half.

Service a little slow, but everyone is very nice and the car always comes out shine & clean :)

One of the most expensive gas stations in San Diego COUNTY! Its 50-60 cents per gallon cheaper at a competitor 1-2 mile away.

Ran out of gas by this place. They sold me a $16 gas can that didnt even work with their pumps.

They offered more wash for the money, the car had dirt drops with a wax. Unacceptable to come back wait for the photos to reveal poor workmanship.

Went to fill up gas today and Javier the attendant was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a business. He was surly (possibly intoxicated) and raised his voice giving me rude comments as I tried to make my transaction. Will never return here as a customer for anything

They do an okay job, but the price is more than youd expect when compared to just about anywhere else.

Watch out for greasy rags when they wipe your car off.

I spent $50 to detail my car and when I came home I still needed to clean up spills, etc on that inside doors and dashboards.
