We had an awesome experience with Ziv and his team!! We were on a massive time crunch and they delivered with excellent results. Ziv gutted and remodeled our master bath in 4 weeks. Last year my husband and I bought our first home. We were very excited since it had a nice big yard for our daughters to play, for us to entertain, and for me to do some gardening. Sales rep (claimed to be owner and have all sorts of connections with his competitors) made himself a little too much at home when discussing what needed to be done, etc... That, along with a high price (out of 3 quotes) and a series of annoying follow-up calls sealed my decision to not use this business.Fast forward weeks (and now, almost a year) and I blocked their telephone number due to the 3-4 calls a week. Theyd call from one number, Id block it, then another call from another number. Even out of state cell phone numbers were used. (((THIS IS AFTER I TOLD THEM NO)))Here it is a year later and I was just called again (different number) and I asked to be removed from the list. The woman refused and tried to blame HomeAdvisor. Unfortunately for her, I have already discussed this very topic with them. They are abusing the system.Do yourselves a favor, get multiple quotes and really judge them on how they will treat you. Its like a marriage and when something goes wrong, youll have to live with them.
