I am very happy for this service. After I changed the water filters myself, the pressure in the tap disappeared. I called this company and they accepted the order and said that the diagnostic is free. They sent me a plumber in 20 minutes. Plumber Mike was very friendly and absolutely professional. Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

Calvin was great and quickly repaired our leaky faucet to our washer and also shared some helpful tips with us regarding our water line and maintenance. Cost was a little more expensive than other quotes received but service was top notch.

Myplumber installed my new sink and garbage disposal. It started to leak one month after that. They came back and fixed the leak, under warranty. Then, it started leaking again. This time, they came and fixed it and made me pay for it. Their quality is sub-par and they are not an honest company.

I was very pleased at the courteous greeting that I got when I called into My Plumber. They were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and set an appointment straight away. I had My Plumber do extensive Plumbing work for me in the past and knew that they knew what they were doing and that their pricing was fair. However, this time I was calling about an air conditioning and heating issue. When the technician came out he knew exactly what I would need and how he would proceed. Once again my plumber demonstrated their expertise and my project is underway.

Today I have an appointment at 10 o’clock in the morning I Made the appointment before ONE DAY and nobody shows up,not a professional company to work with the driver or the inspector did not even call me or to notify me why he is late or what time he is coming it was no call no show, not professional work and I don’t recommend it to nobody for a camera inspection Or any type of plumber work.

Very happy with My Plumber! I had water coming from my refrigerator, and I wasnt able to pull out the unit on my own to turn off the water, due to the size and tight fit. I called My Plumber, and they sent a service tech out within an hour. Rudy pulled out the refrigerator and was able to diagnose the issue within seconds. Unfortunately it was not a plumbing issue, but a leak internally in the unit, so I was in need of a new one. I asked Rudy how much for the service call and he said nothing, you have enough on your plate. Rudy was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. Corey and Ron did a great job fixing my toilet. They were very thorough and professional. Corey laid out all my options and there was no sales pressure. Before they entered our condo, they put on shoe covers for their boots....very respectful. Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect. Well we waited from 9-12 but he didn’t show up. We got a call after 12 saying he was running late. Then we waited from 2-5 this afternoon and he didn’t show up. No phone call no nothing. Very poor customer service.

The drain for my washer was backing up. Garret Joyner came out in a timely manner as a courteous and friendly professional. He was very intent on doing a neat, effective, and professional job. He was methodical in his approach and showed that he had both knowledge and experience. In managerial matters, he listened to the customer and readily consulted his boss. Because Garret was an outstanding in hid work we asked for him on a subsequent job. Because of Garrett, My Plumber will be first in our minds to do work for us and friends.

Couldnt find Xavier or Carey on the list. Xavier was the service pro that came out to take care of my plumbing issues. He was professional, friendly and did excellent work, a very nice guy (he even cleaned the work area better than what it looked like before he started). The service call was dispatched by Carey, who was also friendly and efficient. If you have plumbing needs these two will make sure you get your problem resolved and they will leave you with a smiling face 😃

Water Heater failed overnight and had flood in morning. Call My Plumber and they sent Garrett Joyner out and he was on site before 7 AM. He is an outstanding young man, smart and capable and he did the job. By 2 PM we had a new tank, all new fittings, pressure tank, everything needed t pass the latest stringent plumbing codes. I would recommend him and My Plumber to anyone. Thanks Garrett!

Most Expensive Plumber in the world, in my opinion!! My recommendation - Call somebody else.Called My Plumber in emergency situation; didnt have time to shop around. They charged 200% - 300% over other validated plumbers in the area. $6,000 to replace water heater!! When questioned about billing, the owner Franco was very evasive and couldnt clearly define the charges his tech Mike charged. Filed dispute with VISA customer protection - we were credited back over $3,600. Plumber then filed with collection agency and court. Nightmare from beginning to end!! In my opinion, you should stay away from these guys.The good reviews on this site seem very fishy. Read the other bad ones.

Michael Spear plumber with My Plumber CA came out and did excellent repairs on plumbing in our home. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and set about dong it. My wife and I were very pleased and thus gave Mr. Spear and his company a five stare rating.

Mike came out this morning to inspect and possibly replace our hot water heater. It turned into a much bigger job - an 8-hour job! Mike was very courteous and friendly especially when he had a close encounter with the brother-in-law (he handled that with poise and patience). He explained all our options right at the start. He kept us up to date throughout the process. He did the work with extreme competence and great attention to detail.I WOULD NOT HESITATE to ask him back for more work. We have awarded him the title My Plumber.

Corey was so professional and courteous & real gem. Unfortunately, he was unable to remedy the problem so the next day( so much for same day service) we got Franco...another story indeed. He called me when he was finished to rudely up sell me on some high priced remedies ( I know they are overpriced because I had jetting done before for 1/3 of the price he quoted) then he left the bathroom a mess telling my tenants that he told me what to do and I would take care of it. Then my tenants called to tell me he walked out the door and said Im leaving and they asked is the bathroom usable?, he said not until its cleaned and then only until it clogs again. When I called the company they said regulations prohibit their techs to clean raw sewage. When I arrived to access the situation, there was no more than a cup full of substance, equivalent to a babys dirty diaper (raw sewage, right?) so with a few paper towels and some bleach...all is fine. No thanks to My Plumber. Since when do Plumbers NOT deal with this? Is that NOT the job description? Not MY Plumber anymore!!

First Garrett came out to help solve the problem, he was gracious, polite, and helpful. He fixed one problem, but the other persisted. Chris just came out to see what he could do. After only a few minutes, and a trust snake, the drain runs beautifully. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Another plumber failed to properly diagnosis the problem of why there was water leaking at the bottom of the toilet and after changing out the turn off valve and supply line, the toilet continued to leak. I called My Plumber on Friday afternoon, the day before Christmas Eve and they were able to come late that afternoon! He lifted the toilet and changed the wax ring and that fixed the problem. The price was a bit of a shock at $415 but at least its fixed and Im grateful.

Had a gas dryer installed by Chris P. He was very professional and did a superb job! Thanks for a job well done! And do keep up the good work!

As far as speed goes these guys get 5 stars. They were the first out of ten to respond and they immediately said they could send someone out that day. The REASON they can I guess is because most people go into cardiac arrest when they see the estimate. I had installed a new sink. I had the drain pipes in place but they were leaking. I also had to have the disposal hooked up and the hose from the dishwasher hooked into the air gap. I was correct in thinking it was about 2 hours worth of work. The first estimate was for $1,550. When he first said it I thought wow, great price, $157! Nope, $1,557. I had the appropriate response after that, WHAT? We got it down to $760 by agreeing that we could use the plastic pipes I had in place. He was done in 2 hours, used one of their parts.If you have a dire emergency, then call these guys. If youre worried in the LEAST about the price, then dont even consider them. The guy that came was very polite, quick, courteous .. . but $760 for 2 hours of work and ONE 4 inch pipe? How can it be justified? They know if you called them then you MUST be desperate and theyre going to take advantage of it.

Franco communicated the problem and his proposed solution well, documented the issue & solution with pictures & was pleasant to work with. He gave us a time & cost estimate for the work and met both.

Corey K (Tech) did excellent emergency plumbing repairs on one of our small commercial buildings. During repairs he discover the service valve from the city was seriously leaking and need to be replaced. It would have been weeks before we would have discovered it on our own. I purchased the AC tune up voucher via Angies List. I was having AC problems of my unit not cooling at my current residence. I have another property but clearly stated in my written request, and then when booking my appointment with the customer service woman. On my scheduled date, the technician never came. When I called the office to see where he was, they said they sent him to my San Marcos home. I live Downtown. They ended up sending Billy hours after my scheduled window. He diagnoses of the malfunction was that I have a very old unit, they no longer make parts for and would have to replace the entire unit. Without that kind of money, I sent Billy on his way and turned on a fan.About a month later, my tenants in my San Marcos home called with an AC problem. I needed a quick turn around, and without seeking another company, I still had My Plumber in my call history so quickly called them. They assured me fast service and would coordinate a service time with my tenants while keeping me informed. They sent me the confirmation email so I was aware of when they would show up. So you can imagine my disappointment when my tenants called me to tell me that they never showed! They took time off work as this was scheduled 72 hours prior to service appointment. I was pissed! I immediately called the office and questioned the business and their customer service integrity! She said it was a scheduling error and they would send someone first thing the next day. Around 1pm Billy showed up. He diagnosed the AC malfunction to a dirty filter and when the tenants told him they thought it was leaking, he said it was a clogged condenser pipe that he flushed. He also found mold. Related to the leaking AC, but not due to My Plumber due to lack of knowledge of the leak ( separate issue). The only good coming out of my experience is that I was made aware of Mold.Needless to say a lot of follow up has been necessary due to the mold issue. Including myself going to see the issue along with the insurance company. The condenser pipe is still leaking. Still causing moisture. And because we thought is was fixed, still contributing to the mold issue.My Plumber not only failed TWICE at scheduling a technician to come out, but they couldnt even fix the problem when there. I would highly recommend not using My Plumber and finding a different company. I have!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.We needed to reline a 25 foot, 4 main section (steel/cast iron), from the property line to the city main. We do all the excavation and back-fill, making it very easy for plumbers.My Plumber came out and wanted to run the camera (even though I specified I did not need it since the piping was visible), and when he was unable to get his camera past the bend he stated he would come back out tomorrow after we had excavated further.Fast forward to next day (and mind you I have had multiple plumbers who were very quick, professional and courteous come through by now) and Franco with My Plumber shows up again. He demands $250 for running the camera the day before (EXCUSE ME?? NO WORK WAS COMPLETED OR DONE) and when my guys refuse he BLOWS UP AND IS YELLING AND CUSSING AND THREATENING TO FILE A LIEN.ABSOLUTELY IMMATURE, BAD BUSINESS, AND COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.No work was ever completed, yet this crook scoundrel wants to demand money??? This is a joke for a business.I then followed up with Lani (apparently office manager or owner??)and informed her we would not be paying anything unless actual work was done. She said Franco would be back out that day to do the camera in the line and give us the DVD.FRANCO THEN NO SHOWS AT THE APPOINTMENT HE MADE HIMSELF.AND THEN NO SHOWS AGAIN THE NEXT DAY FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT THEY MADE THEMSELVES.I email and tell them I do not WANT OR NEED their services (AS NO ON IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO SHOULD EVER WANT OR NEED THIS HORRIBLE COMPANYS SERVICE) and yet they show up the next morning and camera the line and demand money.Good thing I know how to deal with petty immature men and had them sign an unconditional waiver so they lose all rights to a lien and I recommend anyone who stupidly uses this company to do the same!!! After reading other reviews it looks like they like to threaten their customers a lot. Great company if you like to be treated like crap and get horrible service LOL!!!!!

Had a great experience today with My Plumber CA. Corey came by to replace a leaking cutoff valve for our irrigation system. While here he noted that the pressure regulator to the house was basically non-functional. He gave us a prompt quote for the required work which we double-checked with another 4+ star company. The work he did was above and beyond what we expected. High quality materials, excellent workmanship, and the scope of work was even more than I expected as he replaced an adjacent cutout valve all the intervening piping and a faucet all under the same quoted price. Honestly, the price seemed quite high to us initially and we thought to reduce our rating because of it, but it seems to be the going rate based on our second quote and Coreys workmanship and customer service was well deserving of a 5+ star rating. Were very pleased.

I had a pipe that broke due to chlorine & other substances in our water. Mike Spear from My Plumber did an outstanding job checking our water quality and explaining how to prevent a recurrence by installing a water purification system. He carefully examined all our sinks for deteriorating valves and found several that needed replacement. He also looked at our 3 showers that had other problems.Mike had a great conversational style, carefully explaining everything in great detail and patiently answering all questions. He was very efficient, installing our purification system and doing multiple plumbing repairs---all on the first visit. His work quality was excellent.

Garrett was right on time, and also explained everything to me so I knew exactly what the charges were going to be. When it came time to pay, there was not a penny more in charges, which I think is a great thing...so many companies tell you the basic charge, but theres always something else to make it more expensive. Not with My Plumber and Garrett. Ill definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Corey K did a professional and speedy diagnosis of my water pressure problem on Feb 16, 2015. The company he works for, My Plumber San Diego, has done previous jobs with utmost professionalism and consideration. Sometimes I wonder if Mr. Testa, the owner, has all his people go to professional charm school (LOL); they are all so thoughtful including putting paper booties over their shoes before they enter the house.

I will not use any other company other then My Plumber for plumbing work. They did work for me personally on my house in 2012. They were a life saver after another plumbing company quoted me some insane amount of money to change the WHOLE plumbing system because it root trees were growing into the sewer pipe. I called My Plumber from simple google search and Frankel (the owner of the company) came over with a camera and told me that there was no need to change the whole plumbing system, dig up trenches etc. They can do it for much less by just changing the part of the pipe that had roots in it. It saved me a lot of time, money and stress and they did an excellent job. Since that time they have been taken care of all plumbing needs for my clients and myself and every single time it was a great experience and everyone was happy with the results. I am glad I have a company like My Plumber that I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone and trust.

Called this company for a tiny leak on a pipe from the water heater.What a NIGHTMARE!Two guys came, Franco and other guy who did NOT speak english. They were only speaking in their language the entire time they were here.A $407.00 became a$1,220.00!Why? Franco kept looking for other things supposedly bad things to be replace.He asked if the water heaters have had service? I said, honestly, NO, Franco, WITH OUT MY PERMISSION pulled the TP valves knowingly these will not stop leaking! So, now he has to replace them. $400.00 each!I can go on and on with everythng else he wanted to do in my home!PLEASE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS!

Great service for corporate lawyer rate ($450/hour).MyPlumber was prompt, fixed my leak and Mike the plumber was very polite.I had a leak in my living room ceiling, worked for several hours with the plumber to save my floor and furniture. We saved my floor. 4 hours were spent (9:30 to 1:30, normal weekday this is not a Christmas morning!) water to my building had to be turned off and back on, the sheetrock was cut, 3 pipes were replaced, the bill was $1,936. The insurance paid for $800.I feel that this is unfair.

Garrett was very helpful, explained what was the cause of the problem and took care of everything. I highly recommend the company.

Beware!! Do not do business with these guys. They will rip you off, over charge, and once you sign theres nothing you can do.I just needed a garbage disposal replaced. What shouldve only cost about $250, ended up costing me $1200+. At first they said it would cost $500 with a 10% off if i did it now, since i wanted it done right there I said ok without getting any other quotes. 20 minutes into the fix, they said I had more problems, which was never a problem before. So they put pressure on me to continue the service and add on the other fix.The final bill came and it was $900 for parts and labor. They told me they installed the best disposal on the market. I googled it and it was the cheapest. A $100 king. I asked the guy why he put the cheapest disposal in and that it only cost $100 online. He went up in flames, demaded a check and forced me to sign the contract before he left. I signed, gave him a check and they left.After they were finished, i saw that my brand new floors were scratched. I was so upset a put a stop on the check. They then put a lein on my house. I didnt want to deal with the stress of taking them to court so I paid the $900, plus another $300 to release the lein.Do not do business with these guys. They will price guage you and cause you more problems

Ok so this is a good and bad review in one.The job: changing flange height so we could install a new toilet after tiling- floor is open so no cutting out any tile or anythingThe good: the plumber was very nice, showed up on time, came out for a free estimate, and even told me a way to do it if they were too expensive and had to do it on my own.The bad: 1. estimate for a 1 hour job was over $700 and the parts are cheap.2. I called a master plumber friend who is out of state and he let me know that the method he suggested for DIY would have crumbled and left me in a very .... Stinky situation.3. I went to a plumbing supply house to get parts to do the right job myself and while there got recommendations for local plumbers. I called them, the job was $150-2004. Even at the $700 rate the way that he talked about fixing it was pretty different from others it was a little strange.Summary: they were VERY nice and courteous, but when it comes to home repairs most people need someone who is reasonably priced (not cheap because we want to make sure the plumber is getting paid well for his/her time effort and knowledge) and seems to fall into similar guidelines as other plumbers
