They added significant value during the design process of the kitchen and end-to-end build including electrical wiring/re-wiring, plumbing reconfiguration, wall demo/relocation, door demo/relocation, new roof insulation and new ventilation routing. They were very professional, considerate, very keen on cleanliness and efficiency during the month-long construction project, which was greatly appreciated since we lived, with a toddler, through the construction process.I will definitely hire them for the next project.

Edison Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel, which was a major adventure. We took down walls, added a wall, popcorn ceiling scraped and re-texturized, floors refinished, and gorgeous cabinets and counter tops were installed. Our main floor was completely transformed. The end result was exactly what we wanted and the project came in on budget even though we had a number of change requests, and more importantly, ON TIME!Tom did a fantastic job managing our project and ensured that we were overjoyed with the end product. He made several key suggestions, we took his advice on every one, and to say we are grateful for those suggestions would be an understatement. Edison definitely made a huge difference between a mediocre kitchen and an amazing kitchen. Communication was great and we always felt like the project was under control. We hired Edison Home Improvement for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Dotan, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic within our budget and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Dotan always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and the other contractors completely. Edison took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Dotan also had suggestions for where to buy tile and fixtures with a discount. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Edison for other improvement projects in the future.

Edison did an AMAZING job remodeling my kitchen. The work was done in a very timely fashion. You know, when your kitchen is out of order, you notice every day. After getting several estimates from different companies, I was fortunate to find Edison Home Improvement. I had no idea what I wanted to do but Edison came in, took a look at my kitchen, created a 3D Design that was mind-boggling to say the least. The reality of it is, they came in, completely demo’d my boring, old kitchen and gave me the kitchen of my dreams! And the hood itself is just a work of art. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. Literally impeccable workmanship! My kitchen turned out so amazing, we begin demo on my master-bath, master bedroom & closets in 10 days. I can only imagine what they will do there!

A couple months ago I finally decided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I read positive reviews about Edison, so I took a flyer and called them. They sent over Ben, who would be the project manager. i knew needed upgrades were needed but wasn’t sure what specific design I wanted. Ben walked me through the process and helped to create my vision. Communication with him and the Edison staff was five stars from start to finish. Next year I am getting more work done and will definitely use Edison again.

Didnt use them this time, however would in a heart beat, in the future if need arises, very honest experience, I shared another bid I received for the work I needed to the guy who was bidding my job for comparison and the Edison person told me it was a good bid that he couldnt beat 😀 if they were shysters they would not have done that, they have my respect and future business!

Initially I was hesitant to hire a contractor to do work on my house. I had done dozens of smaller projects over the years by myself (laying tile, installing light fixtures, etc.), so I assumed I could handle a kitchen remodel alone as well. In a very short period of time, and several thousands dollars of sunk costs, I realized I was in over my head....I found Edison through a colleague of mine who had his bathroom redone last year.Within days we had a project manager at the house to go over things. Since I made made a wondrous mess of the kitchen, it was inoperable and needed to be worked on immediately. The following week Edison sent their guys over to begin the remodel. On top of being professional and flexible (my wife and I both work from home), our project manager was available for any questions or concerns we had.In the spring we are doing the back patio and we have already committed to Edison. I advise anyone looking for work done on their house to do the same.

If I could give this business ten stars I would. The mantra of my life has been, It seemed like a good idea at the time yet that hasnt stopped me from spontaneous ideas. Admittedly, sometimes my ideas arent the best because I may not fully know the scope of what Im venturing into and that can become costly. When its something related to money, thats a hit nobody wants to take. Back to my review... We were on the verge of making a substantial investment in a property, but because of Edisons very thorough expertise in his field, They steered us away from what would have been very costly mistakes and a lot of headaches. Let me tell you that at first I was not sure what I’m getting into and was A little spectacle and afraid of the construction process. I finally decided to remodel my kitchen. It’s been years of having outdated appliances, counter tops, and tile work. I told my wife I would “figure it out” which meant that I needed professionals to complete the job to make sure my wife would be happy. Our experience with Edison was great. My wife and I just bought our first home, and initially we purchased the services of other companies for after multiple improvements from the yard to the cabinets and floors. From these other companies we ran into multiple issues from quality to customer service. We recently decided to stucco one larger wall and have the eaves around our home redone. Through a search process here on yelp and google, and with some worry attached from our previous experiences, we contacted Edison and had one of their engineers visit and help us. I will say that I have not had as positive an impression of anyone from our experiences with our house as I had with this gentleman. His name is Eyal and I focus on him for a few reasons:1. Customer service: His customer service was better than anyone wed met.2. Professionalism: He was suggestive, attentive, kind, and genuine. At no time did we think he was out for money.3. Honesty: He responded to our requests and concerns and addressed them without question... and he was honest the entire time.We were also impressed with Angel and the quality of work he completed. Our eaves were well crafted and professionally done, and our stucco looks great.My wife and I are in the navy, and character and honesty, as well as quality of course, matter to us as we like people we can trust because I am not always home. Please consider them for your home improvements.

I called looking for help on a couple of small projects. Edison was booked up for that day. and he couldnt get to me ASAP but he gladly spent some time on the phone with me to understand what I had going on, and helped me out. We found Edison Home and their staff here on Google and couldnt have made a better decision. Edison Home and their crew came in after our washer flooded from our second to our 1st floor. We recommend Edison home improvement highly. They came out and gave us an estimate promptly and managed to fit our roofing job into their busy schedule. They were friendly professional and very fast. The demo and cleanup were amazing and the roof looks great. We would use them again for any remodel. Mike was great responsive and quick on his feet.

My wife and I made sure to do our research before selecting a general contractor. Fortunately, we went with Edison Home Improvement and they did an excellent job redoing our bathroom and kitchen. Amit was our project manager and he walked us through every step of the way. While construction can be stressful at times (ours was no exception!) we were always able to get in touch with him whenever we had questions and he provided updates to us via text, phone calls, pictures and videos which made things much easier and helped put us at ease. The final product is beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. Id definitely recommend Edison Home Improvement for any project big or small - I look forward to working with them in the future.

They did the job quick, and also with some missteps in the process, I felt like it was simple. They pull all permits so no fears concerning unpermitted work screwing you in the future. They took a totally 1990 posh residence with textured wall surfaces, yellow paint, brown wood, and white rug almost everywhere (bathroom consisted of) and transformed it into a modern masterpiece. The walls as well as ceilings were all re-textured, all new hardwood as well as ceramic tile placed in throughout, brand-new paint anywhere, complete bathroom reno with claw foot bathtub as well as expanded/redone stroll in shower, full kitchen reno, light fixtures mounted throughout the home, repainted cabinets, and lots of various other things. I will absolutely be back for the various other 2 bathrooms, front and back backyard, and also repaint of the whole house.

We called Edison home-improvement to do a bathroom renovation in a small condo we purchased in Point Loma. When we were speaking to the very friendly receptionist on the phone we learned that Edison could do more than a bathroom remodel in reality they could do everything including the painting! We made an appointment and met with Tomer who turned out to be so wonderful. Hes a soft-spoken and extremely knowledgeable project manager who far exceeded our expectations. Although he did not try to upsell us we decided to basically do a full renovation in this little condo.We live out of state clear across the country so we did not know how this was going to work being so far from the job. Tomer was literally our right hand! He kept us informed, sent photos, called with any information that was necessary either for or from us. Our son who lives nearby was our contact and even though Tomer met him and knew he was right here he did not lean on him at all.We have a good deal of experience with renovation being real estate brokers and prepared ourselves for the usual construction nightmares! We cannot stress enough how wonderful Edison home-improvement has been and how Tomer has made our life so much easier and has just been so incredible! The results are amazing and we could not be happier. We took a leap of faith not knowing who to deal with and we consider ourselves very lucky and would without hesitation recommend Edison and will definitely use them in the future as long as Tomer is involved!
