Allen is Great. He did a fantastic job re-modeling our kitchen 2 years ago and took care of lots of small details along the way. The project turned out exactly as planned and ahead of schedule. Allens crew are clean, respectful, fast, and professional. They were professional, detailed and caring, and for us first-timers who were so new to the process, were communicative, helpful, and took the time and effort to do it right.

Allen was awesome! We werent able to use his services but Allen was very helpful in telling us what we could and could not do with our small home. He took time to explain the pros and cons and he did not try to up sell us. They were always in constant communications and finished the job within the quoted time frame. All three bathrooms look phenomenal! The workers are very skilled, friendly, and efficient. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend for any custom remodel.

Allen came to my home to evaluate some extensive damage caused by a tree root growing under the homes foundation as well as for our new construction placing a second story on the house. Fter a dishwasher leak, our entire kitchen basically needed to be torn down and rebuilt. We interviewed several contractors referred by friends or the insurance company as well as a couple we just found online. Freedom Renovation was one of those and though I had no connection to them they had great reviews with happy customers and beautiful photos of the work theyd done. After meeting with Allen I immediately got the impression that he was efficient, honest, and straightforward, and he didnt try to upsell us on anything or try to get us to buy into his vision of what our kitchen would be. He promised us fast work for a fair price (not the highest and not the lowest) and absolutely delivered- we are so happy with our beautiful new kitchen! His team was fast, professional, and hardworking and the entire job, which included the whole kitchen, new floors for most of our first level, new light installations, and ceiling crack repairs and painting, was completed in 2 WEEKS from starting! There were a few small things that I wanted to be changed and Allen and his team were immediately responsive and helpful. Also, the countertop slabs we picked out did not end up matching, unfortunately (which was on us) at the corner seam and Allens team was able to take a matching piece from the island and reinstall it at no cost even though it was our fault. As he said, he wanted us to be 100% happy with the job. We are also very happy with the quality of the cabinets (which we bought through them) and especially with the backsplash which was done perfectly. Regarding the cabinets, Allen spoke with our insurance company claims rep to make sure we were getting the amount of money we deserved for the replacement. This was such a stressful situation for us but we were extremely happy with our decision to go with Freedom- I am already thinking about hiring them to update our bathroom. Expensive, but well worth it! Every step was completed by a set timeline, and each specialist was outstanding in completing a truly perfect job. Their workers and sight foreman were easy to work with, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They essentially finished my apartments kitchen cabinets and countertops in one day and you would think they were custom built the way they fit everything so perfectly together. I hired this company based on positive reviews, so I thought I should write one and pay it forward.We hired Freedom Renovation to do some remodeling around the house (e.g., painting, fixtures, new toilets, flooring) around the house. We have worked with many contractors in the past, and this was the best experience weve ever had. Normally with contractors, the estimate visit goes well, then things go downhill quickly from there. With Freedom, things only got better the deeper we got into the job. The estimator and design coordinator were both great (and the job was fairly priced), but the real surprise here was the crew. Freedom has managed to find guys that are fantastic at what they do, and who are very conscientious. Not only was this the best quality of work weve ever seen, but the guys went above and beyond in how respectful they were of our home. They did thorough prep work and clean up everyday, they worked their tails off the whole time they were here, and they were just all around good guys. Im not sure how many crews they have running, but if you are lucky enough to get the guys we had, you will not be disappointed. After seeing the work we had done, two of our neighbors have already asked for Freedom’s contact info for their remodeling work. We couldnt be happier with the entire experience!

Freedom Renovation did one heck of a job! My family loves the new kitchen, and it’s all thanks to Allen and Alex and their team! I am so glad I found their website, I had planned on doing something completely different with the kitchen, but after a consultation with Allen and Alex, they made me aware of the flaws in materials and such, so we went with a whole new idea and it is beautiful! They helped us pick out non-stain material, we have a big family with a bunch of kids and messes are a commonality in our home, so I will be forever grateful to this company!!! Might even ask them to do my floors now…The whole thing was really cost-efficient, (my husband and I did our research for months prior) and the company was amazing, and super friendly the entire time. They worked with us with our budget and also were very honest about quotes. In fact they adjusted the quote once the discovered they did not need to charge us for rerouting waterlines. My husband and I recently renovated our home in La Jolla, and I must say it is a dream come true. We found Freedom Renovation through Yelp and after looking through their reviews, we decided to call. We spoke with Alex, our soon to be project manager, and he invited us to come see their showroom in Mira Mesa, which was nice because we were able to feel the materials and compare them right then and there. They have so many options, though, and even though it took us some time to choose materials, Alex and his associate Allen walked us through the entire process, explaining which materials are more durable in this environment and so on, and they weren’t pushy like the other companies we had looked into. Finally, we set up a time for an estimate and it didn’t take a full 24 hours to get back to us on it! The estimate they sent us was reasonable (and much better than the other quotes we had received,) and their customer service was amazing, so we decided to go with them. They sent one of their crews out to work with us, inviting us to see every step along the way to make sure everything came out just as we had wanted it to. They did everything themselves, the demolition process, reframing, all of the electrical and plumbing work, and finally the installation. It was not an easy job. We had our kitchen, all three bathrooms (one half bath,) and our fireplace done in time for the in laws visit! Gorgeous tile work, countertops and backsplashes, even the vinyl wood flooring is impeccable. Freedom Renovation helped my family complete our dream house, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into a company that cares about the work they do and the people they assist. 5 stars, all the way!!!
