We lived at Creekview for around a year in a half. Loved the community, amenities, and great family environment. Tim and the team constantly working to always improve the community and keep the great environment! Strongly recommended!

If you are looking for a place to truly call home, I highly recommend Creekview Apartments. After several disappointing experiences in other luxury condos/apartment complexes, my partner and I found Creekview, almost by accident, while apartment hunting in the area. I am so thankful that we did. We tired of complexes that promised so many great amenities but were fraught with issues. We were fed up and wanted a small, private and tight knit community. Thankfully we found it.We were immediately impressed with the excellent location, amazing school district, convenient access to the 15, beautiful gated community and spacious condos. After moving in we fell in love with the quiet but family/pet friendly environment. Our service dog loved going for long walks in the neighborhood and interacting with all of the other friendly dogs that were there! We enjoyed the fun community events like holiday parties, food trucks and yoga nights just to name a few. Every neighbor I met was so warm and kind. Needless to say this truly is an amazing community!Out of all of the perks that Creekview provides the best is truly the staff! Tim and Zoey are amazing and always bent over backwards to make sure that every resident felt appreciated and valued. Gustavo and JC on the maintenance team were equally as awesome! They always took time out of their day to ask how I was and provided quick and efficient service any time that we need something like light bulb change or smoke detector batteries changed! I loved stopping to chat with them each day! Another star that deserves to be mentioned is Anselmo (Joe) who maintained the beautifully manicured community. Like the others he would always pause what he was doing to offer a smile and ask how my day was. He was so nice and always made my day brighter. They truly became like extended family and we will miss each one of them!If you want a place that is beautiful, private but friendly and safe then Creekview is it! If it wasnt for relocating out of town for work, I have no doubt that we would still be there! If you are considering moving in to Creekview, let me be the first to say welcome home!

We lived in the Creekview Condominiums community for two and a half years, and it was a pleasure. Extremely clean, quiet and well-landscaped it is an oasis of relaxation in San Diego. The environment and staff create and maintain a nice, calm community from Joe (Anselmo), the head of landscaping who always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation to Tim and Zoey in the office who were extremely attentive and caring in every interaction. Gustavo, the head of maintenance, and his colleague JC, were fast, efficient and friendly, and any work orders were always solved quickly. All the neighbors I encountered were friendly, and the ones I didnt were so quiet, I didnt even know they were there. The community always felt very safe and peaceful to me, and it is by far my favorite one in my 18 years living in the greater San Diego area. If we didnt move out of San Diego, we would have remained at Creekview for a long time because living their was a wonderful experience.

Edit: The AC is being repaired today, so that was taken care of immediately. They also want to take care of the problem of the loud dog. Still docking one star for the problems on first move in, but adding several in because they are quick to take care of the issues that did happen. I am very hot at the moment, but its being fixed very soon. They called the vendor in, likely to replace the fan.Not the best first impression. The AC barely works, a close neighbor has a very loud and very annoying dog that barks furiously at us when just coming inside, and another person was complaining at the movers even though they were doing everything right and werent in the way at all. May change the review if this is taken care of, but right now, its pretty low because I need AC for my health and if it gets too hot, I will get sick and they shouldnt have faulty equipment.
