I really truly appreciate the two maintenance team that work around the clock. I wasnt sure what their names are but the guy has been here forever and hes amazing! Also the girl that smiles literally all the time puts a smile on everyones faces, which is priceless! I love her personality, theyre very professional and competent at what they do. And I feel welcome and safe whenever theyre around.Both of them not only deserves more than a 5 star but a hefty raise during this pandemic.

Somehow I ended up on the Emergency phone number because at 2:30 PM Saturday, they dont answer the phones.The phone system they use is horrible, distorted and not able to hear properly what the lady said ( On this emergency number / maintenance number ).When I said to please hold on so I can adjust volume .. SHE hung up on me.I called back and they purposely did not say hello, then hung up the call again.I called back again and the new lady didnt seem to care at all that her employee hung up on me and the comment about their phone system.I was very kind.If this is how this is going to be to even inquire on price and available... I would hate to know what it would be like living there and trying to deal with the staff.PASS! there are plenty of other places.

The only problem that we have not enough parking space for residenc to park and junk cars took the spaces with expire tags.

Melena worst customer service. She needs more training. She is a waste of time.
