Jorge (in San Antonio) was super professional & courteous and went out of his way to provide great service in a less than ideal situation. I couldnt be happier with the service and the price was significantly better than many other places that I have used in the past. Now I wont use anyone else in the future. Would have given a 5 star rating but they were 5 hrs late (no updates for ETA) & I had a scheduled tow for an auto maintenance appt. that had to be rescheduled; but very professional, very careful with vehicle, and exceptional customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I can’t thank this company enough!! I hit a deer at 3am on the way back from playing a show in Dallas, and got stranded about 2 hours out from San Antonio. We called 23 towing companies who couldn’t help us. We finally called Pantusa and the driver drove all the way out to us before his shift was even supposed to start. So incredibly grateful, everyone was very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Pant Tow provided AAA with a rollback tow for our 2013 Audi A8 on Sunday afternoon 6/27. The equipment was top notch, and the driver was extremely professional and took great care in delivering the un-drivable car to Audi of West Chester. Had my car towed. During the tow my roof basket fairing was busted. Pantusa would not admit guilt and or so would not fix the fairing.Pantusa offered my money back for the cost of the tow but not replace the fairing (I have pictures, they have picture of an intact fairing). The Cost of the tow ended up being more than the fairing I found by 20 dollars, I just wanted the fairing replaced but will take the extra money.

It was difficult to find a tow from San Antonio to Phlugerville, but Pantusa came through! Shadeed was on time, friendly, and professional. He even texted me a picture of my car after he dropped it off!

After having a terrible night with another towing company where the guy refused to change my tire stating that it was “too dangerous” even though the car was parked next to a sidewalk in a residential area and was rude and left me stranded saying he’d only tow it in order to upcharge, my insurance then sent out Ed from this towing company. Ed was so patient, understanding, and he changed my stubborn tire without a single complaint. He was so friendly and and kind and made sure my tire was changed and that I’d be able to make it back safe! He also gave me recommendations on where to get a new tire. He was truly a bright light in a really terrible day and refused to leave me stranded like the other guy. 5/5 would recommend Ed and this company any day and I will definitely be using them for all of my car troubles!! His kindness really went a long way!!

I called my Roadside Assistance company for a tow. First company called flaked on me...this was the second company my RA company called. They were there in less than the stated time (by 30 mins). The driver was friendly and sympathetic to the situation. Friendly conversation on the ride to drop off my vehicle. I will actually ask for this tow company IF/when I call my RA company.

I had purchased a very large used 60 KW Generac Generator that was mounted on a 200 gallon diesel tank! Though the load on was standard with a sky track fork lift…the placement on a remote Ranch concrete pad was a work of art, skill and a team of two really understanding their equipment. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Kody and Dillan. First they were on time to pick it up! They updated me when the Generator was loaded, and gave an approximate time of arrival… and were right on time! The unload went smoothly as the auto hauler was gently tilted and the generator was moved slowly into position! They even went the extra mile and helped me remove it off the wooden crate pallet! This Company is a JOKE and have horrible, i mean horrible customer services not to mention they were 55min late and quoted me a price that that ended up being double. and i had to call to see what the status was. and heard a few guys in the back ground laughing and giggling which was so unprofessional. So RUDE! My overall experience with pantusa towing was very poor! I asked for a quote and they gave me a set price of $145 to tow 6 miles and ended up charging me $325.00. and after mentioning that i will not pay the $325 because i was told and quoted $145 they would not release my car with out payment. I argued about it and ended up paying the $325. but i cant express how this company is highway robbery. I DO not recommend using this TOW company to any of my family or friends.Ron Perez

The part I deleted is below.I own subaru so I need a tow oftenI set up a tow and was told hour and a half, no biggie, busy time. Happens.Hour and a half I called and asked if truck was on the way, told there are insurance calls and I am number TEN in line, must have been number 30 earlier, some more about insurance calls and me paying cash (i always pay cash and tip), and I should go with someone else since I am paying cash.Made it sound like since I was paying cash I can wait because insurance and credit card folk are going to fess up tow money.I have always paid.Oh yea another hour and a half, told I should really try for another tow and let them know if I do.I do believe I will pay more and go with someone else.I will also let the flat 4 folks know of my experience, not to use another just what I went through, all couple of thousand of them, subaru driversget the insurance folk they are prepaidmade to feel paying cash made me second class

If you value your life and safety, do not use this Towing service. Our 80 year old Mom was referred this towing company by AARP and it took them over 3 1/2 hours to supposedly have sent a Tow truck at 10pm. By 10:30 pm we called and they stated that they went to the location but no one was there. That was inaccurate because there was a total of 3 cars on the the Interstate with emergency lights on as we waited with her. They also put us on lenghty holds numerous times and told us twice they were on their way. When we finally called another Towing company it took them 20 minutes to arrive. So glad we got her home safe by 11:45pm

Wonderful experience with PantUsa Towing service. They went beyond my expectations. I informed them about towing due to car not starting. I informed them that it was needing a maintenance. These guys checked my car battery power and started my car. It was a routine tow but they started my car to help me! They helped me potentially rule out some major cost...starter, alternator. We waited an hour before I called AAA back to find the time tow tuck would be there. Then as if by coincidence they are just calling us with an update. Telling us the truck will there in 90 minutes. That was an other hour and a half we had to wait. That is crazy poop if you ask me.We called then back to repeat the same information . We were going to have to wait in very precarious situation for a tow . I was not happy or comfortable knowing we had to wait until 9:15 PM to get help. The tow truck finally got there and he was at least a few minutes early and I could finally get my grand baby, my daughter, and I could finally get out of harms a way.AAA told us that the tow truck company would call us in a few minutes to give as an estimated tow time. Like I said earlier we didnt receive that call from the tow truck company till an hour later to be told we would have to wait another hour in a half. Im sorry but that is way too long for a person to have to wait for a tow truck.

They were 35 minutes late picking us up and did not tell me they had to pick another vehicle up and when I got to where my car was suppose to be it was not there. Waited at garage for another hour before my car showed up and then it was to late for the mechanic to fix because it was closing. However, the driver was very nice.

I actually didn’t need their full service but when I put in a request for assistance the responds was immediate. I didn’t have to wait long for the guy to arrive and my issue of my car starting fixed itself when he arrived. I actually didn’t receive a tow but great customer service.

The gentleman that came and assisted me with my towing was extremely nice and understanding about the fact that I was a woman on the side of the road alone at night, so he did his best to get to me quickly! He was extremely professional and had a friendly personality.

Driver was very polite and concerned about not damaging the vehicle. A professional who made me feel comfortable and took his time to make sure everything went smoothly.

With a flat and no spare way out in the country I was stuck after calling a few places I stumbled upon Pantusa... they answered and said they would have someone there in an hour and a half. An hour later I was loaded on a flatbed and got into town quick enough to to get my flat repaired before the tire shop closed for the night. The price was fare and I highly recommend Pantusa.

The tow truck driver was awesome knew what he was doing and arrived at our home from Break down point same time we did.However dispatch received information at 2PM after waiting 11/2 hour nothing called dispatch and truck had not been dispatched we were 23 miles away dispatch said be there 30-45 minutes waited over an hour called again dispatch said driver a little behind waited another 50 minutes and driver arrived. Almost three hours This is not good service especially since AAA said they would be there at 3:05. I would not recommend this company for AAA. Though mistakes happen I hope this was just a bad day did them.

They did a good job. Were courteous on time and knew what they were doing. 30ton wrecker was in great condition. I hope I would never need to have our 38 class A Motorhome towed again but if I did I would hope a company like theres would show up.

1st of all be proud of the company you work for by opening the call with the name of the company and thanking the customer who is calling your company, the [customer] who is helping pay your pay check and keep you company in business and at the end of the call you should also thank the customer for calling your company, shameful!Now my real issue, if you are told a specific time and get confirmation of that time that company should be there at that time ???? But I understand some jobs take longer than others, then theres traffic and other variable in the way - okay, okay I understand that, SO, if you come across one of those variables obstacle etc., the most professional and courteous thing to do is contact the customer and inform the customer of the delay, done everyone is one the same page but NO I GET THE RUN AROUND AND DELAYS AND NO CALLS, WAITING AROUND FOR 2 HRS PAST THE TIME THEY SHOULD HAVE SHOULD UP, HOW INCONSIDERATE of your customer time. If I ever need a tow this company will NOT BE ON MY LIST AND I WILL LET MY MEMBERSHIP SERVICE KNOW THAT!

I called roadside assistance and this is the company they called to my rescue. My driver was Adam. EXTREMELY Professional. He arrived quickly. Very polite and helpful. I thought is was my transmission however Adam quick discovered a part that busted saving me THOUSANDS of dollers. I will refer this company. My driver especially as soon as anyone mentions towing from now on.

Called at 10:30pm to roadside assistance, said they would set this up and will call me back. Pantusa arrived at 1:40 am. WHAT TOOK SO LONG TO GET A TOW, THREE HOURS!!!!! Call someone else. I got home at 3am. Two women at a dark busy street abandoned for hours???? This is so wrong on so many levels. This is my second nightmare with Safeco, first was late October flat tire their tracking said I was at 3030 Broadway when I was at 281 north and Basse overpass... A stranger stopped and changed it 1 and a half hours later... Again abandoned on the freeway late in the night. Thanks SAFECO.

Very satisfied with Pantusa. I had a little altercation with an ex and the driver took action to call the police for me. Stuck around to tow and helped me “reconnect the battery” to get the car going. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed!!! I can’t remember my drivers name but he was awesome!!

Waited 4 hrs first day for a tow after being stranded...never called or showed up. Allstate got someone named Jose from Pantusa and he hung up on me, then I spent the next 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone from Allstate to cancel the tow pick up since the garage I was towing it to was closed already. Unfortunately I didnt have a choice since this is a service I pay through Allstate. Scheduled a pick up for the next day for 9am. They called me and told me I was going to have to wait for 7 hours. Cancelled and paid out of my own pocket for a tow.Avoid this company if you can. Id give it zero stars if I could.Terrible experience.

Driver phoned to confirm my location. Stated when he would arrive and did so to the minute... Which was 30 minutes earlier than predicted by AAA. He had my vehicle loaded and secured within minutes. Polite & supportive.

Through roadside assistance with USAA, after dispatch, it took two hours for arrival (my tow was a non-emergency), the associate was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in his delivery of service. I would use this service again if Wilfred were to respond.... wilfred Being a die hard Cowboys fan, and I being a die hard Phila Eagles fan, we had lots to talk about on the ride home...
