Came on to private property late at night. Driver squeezed his truck through the gate and fence, bending a sign at the fence. He drove up and down all parking aisles scanning license plates. When confronted he said he was given the gate code(untrue) and was there to pick up a car( but had no information on the car he was looking for. . Police were called, he kept saying the owner knows why he is there but the phone number on his truck nor the number he gave me and the officers were neither working or answered. He couldnt provide the officers the documentation they asked for and was banned from the private property or he will get a trespassing ticket next time. Repo companies are given a vehicle type, address and license plate number, he had none of this. This company is very shady. If you see them call the police immediately.

If you get your car repossessed I recommend you get your items ASAP. Unfortunately I waited a few weeks before I picked mine up just to find out that I was still missing MANY things missing from the car but the car was no longer in their possession. Sadly I lost valuable(sentimental/$$) items. I don’t normally write reviews but one of the items that was missing was something with a lot of sentimental value, that just couldn’t be missed and was, which was extremely upsetting. I didn’t have any issues with the staff but I do know people who work in repossession and know how easy it is for people in the industry to steal items and get away with it.

The people were very nice, Inspite of a bad situation, Toyota financial reposed my sons car, the people at Collateral helped him get all his belongings out of the car, very understanding, in such a bad time. I pray for all the others in such financial constraints

Was told on Friday to go online Sunday that you have to schedule appointment 24hours in advance for pick up. I kept telling them the website only lets me see Tuesday times. Lady on the phone says no there is an opening at 930a . Sunday you can book it. I tried several times after midnight and I can not book nothing for Monday even tried on Saturday. Now I have to wait til Tuesday to get my vehicle. Horrible customer service. Vehicle is paid since Friday morning 7/10 and I cannot get my vehicle.

This place is terrible when it comes to paying employees. They made me work a whole day and refuse to pay up. I already reporting them to the bbb and workforce.

I didnt even want to give one star. This company is made up of theieves and is backed by people who cover for them. My car was towed in the early morning . I believe they purposely tow cars at this time because it gives them time to steal things out of your car. I had over $600 in my car and I was about to make a payment so I wouldnt loose my car. No one knew anything and theyre concerned was non existent. I lost my car and my money. And I need up homeless asca result. Im a disabled veteran and I dont believe that people are that heartless. But this towing company is evil. If your company used them, you are asking for their reputation to become yours.

Not only was the lady who answered aggressively rude she misquoted the amount to recover a picked up vehicle by $870!

Rude. Hours are not convenient. Dont expect to get your own belongings out. They do it and you have to accept their word. Thrown in bags. Broken items.

I give them 2 stars because you have to book online, and the appointment is 2 days out.

Repossession company that will always have bad complaints from angry debtors. Been working for this company for a while now and no real complaints on my end.We dont do normal towing like other companies. We are strictly for repossessions due to non-payment for title loans and financial companies. :)

Painless experience. And a great job fixing the car

I see a lot of negative reviews about this company, however, as a whole the staff is professional and helpful. The battery on my car was dead when they repossessed it, when i went to recover it they went above and beyond to get my car up and running. Mind you, it was 102* degrees outside. Very friendly the whole time.

Very rude customer service. Doesnt take a debit card so take cash. I paid with a check once here and now they telling me they never took it. They took all of me belongings out of the vehicle had it sent to the auction for storage and charged me to redeem my property that was inside the vehicle at there location.

Just had a tow truck driver (UNIT 11) try and repossess a vehicle when he was stopped and told he could not he decided to get belligerent and cuss the staff out and tried calling the cops on us. We asked him to drop the vehicle which he eventually did after he realized I was not going to allow him to take it, and in his way off campus he made it clear to me he wanted to cause me physical harm stating to me, YOU BETTER HOPE I DONT CATCH YOU OFF CAMPUS!This event happened on private state property September 13, 2016 around 11 AM.Pictures were taken and a police report will be filed for his weak pathetic ignorant threats against me.Thanks for the Laugh knucklehead

NEVER answers phone or returns calls. For safety reasons they do not disclose location. Hold your property longer than needed.

Be weary of this tow company they will take your car with your kids in it.....

These guys will try to charge you a 75 dollar fee to recover your personal items. DO NOT PAY IT! ITS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO CHARGE IT PER TX PROPERTY CODE 70.004 AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (LOOK UP VEHICLE REPO). I called SAPD vehicle crimes and spoke to Det mullhaulik he got them to wave the fee. Educate yourselves so you can win one battle against these bottom feeders.

People need to watch out with this company. My friends car got towed for no reason and charged 500 dollars on top of that they stole money, credit cards, and a cell phone. Attorney has been called already and pictures of the people who have turned on the phone. Yall are sorry making business out of stealing stuff from cars.

These companies are crooks. They cash in on peoples misfortune. They charged me 50 dollars for them to go in MY car to get my wallet. I hope this joke of a company goes out of business soon.

Had my car here and i had accidently left my wallet in the car. Went to recover my belongings and i looked through everything and they took money from my wallet. I find it sad they have to steal from someone that did nothing to them. Guess they needed it more than i did lol

They go through your car like a thief AND NO THEY DONT RECORD IT! I delt with them and they basically called me a liar. Filed a complaint with BBB and it was never resolved by this cheap as company

For one there website says they close at 6 I called and there closed on the weekends lets see what type of condition my car is on when I am able to go get it..

They drug my car out of my driveway backwards with the front wheels sqeeling leaving tire marks all the way out and to top it off continued to drag it once they left the driveway now my tires and transmission are bad and the car vibrates this company is a joke
