If i could give this place 0 stars i would !!! very unprofessional, unorganized, Carolyn calls u to confirm an appt, yet when you arrive the agents have no idea about the appt, she called me 2x to confirm if i was still viewing a property, and upon arriving, the agent sam, didnt even have the code to unlock the door for the property !!! I came back a second time to view another property, no one was there to assist at my scheduled time, and the one woman that was there AND ABLE TO HELP pushed me off to another rep who couldnt be there for another 30min, because she was too busy stuffing her face with food to help !!! POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY, ID SUGGEST USING THEIR WEBSITE TO FIND WHAT U WANT, AND SENDING IT TO YOUR OWN REALTOR !!!

I found Rent1sale1 realty because my friend told me they can make what seems to be impossible possible. He was right. I lost alot of money applying for apartment communities and a private owner I could not get approved by the home owners association or apartment community because of my credit score is in the low 540. I was facing serious hardship about to be without a place to live. My current apartment rent was going to exceed my comfort zone of affordability. They raised my rent by $250 a month. I went to this place and Miss Keri Hahn understood my concerns. Did not make me feel bad that my income was not great enough. Seems like every place wants 3x the rent and a good credit score. If you’re looking for an agent and you come across this business ask for Sasha-Gay Owens Millwood... she’s incredible! My husband and I spent over a year looking for a house. Had 2 agents previous to working with her. After a lack of professionalism and responsiveness we were referred to Sasha from a family member and we couldn’t have been happier.We spent months looking for a home and found one that was unfortunately a short sale. Some advice..NEVER DO A SHORT SALE. It was the worst experience ever. Dealing with the seller, lenders, lawyers...it was a nightmare. Took us another year before we were ever able to close. Our closing date kept being pushed back by the lawyer and lender...never again. But Sasha got us through it. She stayed in contact with all parties and informed us of any changes that was made promptly. Overall I would never do a short sale again, but I would definitely use Sasha as our agent. Give her a call. You won’t be disappointed. 😁

I contacted this office off of a recommendation from a friend. The receptionist took my information and said a realtor would call me back. The realtor called and I gave her my price range, date of move, and said I wasnt picky on an area as long as it was pet friendly. I let her know that I had great credit, no evictions, and I was willing to pay first, last, and security if necessary. She said she would look and then call me back. She never called me back. I waited a week and called again and the receptionist apologized and said that shed assign me to another realtor. Well, that person never even called me. Its been 2 additional weeks now and they havent even attempted to contact me. If they couldnt find anything, they should have just let me know so that I could immediately look elsewhere.
