Loved it!! Professional, quick, extremely courteous and polite and the girl May on the phone was an Angel! I got stranded in a city I dont know, but they came to my rescue in a flash!! 100% AWSOME!!!!

I called them and told them I needed a tow, and they quoted me 45 minutes. Thats not too bad, so I agreed. 5 minutes later, I get a text saying 15 minutes away. This was a joy as I was stuck waiting with the car. Just 10 minutes after the text, they arrived! Driver was careful but efficient in loading up the car (and happened to also be a fan of mustangs!). And the price was very good for the service (even after I changed the destination AS THEY LOADED THE CAR UP lol) All around a great experience, will definitely use Flash Towing again!

Excellent towing service and price was great, I got stranded at a Valero Gas Station @ UTSA BLVD and I-10. Tow truck driver was an expert at towing my BMW. I was very pleased with the service and price. Thank You so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Provider never showed up after and hour and a half wait in the heat. Had to cancel and rerequest service from another provider. When contacted about service they said “I’ll find out where he is and call you back” Never called back and refused to answer subsequent phone calls from myself and my roadside assistance. DO NOT USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION!!

The drivers are courteous and take their time getting the vehicle on the truck properly to ensure your vehicle is not damaged. Their prices are reasonable and they remain in constant contact to keep you informed on the drivers location and estimated time of arrival. Check them out if you need inexpensive quality service.

Horrible! Waited all day, just for them to tell me they couldnt tow it, poor guy didnt seem to know what he was doing. Just told me he couldnt do it and left. Called another tow service and they quickly came and helped me out.

Driver the dispatch was great from being outstate it was excellent

Worst experience ever, was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Driver arrived over 2 hours later after I called twice to check on the ETA and was told 15 minutes each time. Driver was very inexperienced, having issues loading the vehicle. Finally arriving at the shop 10 minutes before they closed, not being able to be assisted. Driver was constantly using his phone while driving with me and my daughter in the vehicle, only had one seatbelt that worked.
