I was is a bad way on a Sunday night after 9pm so I called, got quoted 30-45 minute wait, which I was very happy with given that insurance was going to take 2.5+ hours. Less than 20 minutes later the gentleman that helped me was there and ready to pick up my car. Not only was he fast to respond but incredibly kind and helpful! Great communication, great attitude, great service! Very happy with this company!

I have to say that when God wants something to work out he sends people like Ronnie to rescue an 89 year old blind and hard of hearing elderly woman. I am her great niece and Ronnie was patient and accommodating to us. Furthermore I have to say I havent seen customer service like this and over 30 decades, Ronnie was interactive, pleasant, conversational, and again, patient. There was no one who could help because we were so far from family and it was so late at night. My wife and i called two towing companies both wouldnt help us. The second we contacted On The Road Towing they were on it! Telling us it was very possible and they could definitely come help us. Turns out I didnt have the proper paperwork when he showed up at impound but he wasnt rude about it and came back later when I got my stuff together. Ronnie Cardenas was very helpful even before he came to pick up my car. He was trying to assist me and understand the issue that I had with my car even before coming out. He came to pick up my car and showed me what happened when he was lifting my vehicle onto his truck. He even went above and beyond to turn around the vehicle to be parted correctly on the road so I wouldnt get a ticket. He was also cheaper than some other companies I called, very reasonable. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who needs a tow.

Needed my sons car towed and spoke to a guy named Ronnie this guy was so helpful, he couldnt schedule me in that same day because he was booked, but he said to call him early the next day and he would take care of it. And sure enough I called and he answered right away, now as far as punctuality goes I couldnt say because I told him to take his time, but I didnt wait that long at all and the price was lower than other towing services.
