When my wife and I started looking we found a home that looked perfect. We asked our realtor to go to the property and he told us it was gone already. We were disappointed but moved on. I kept looking it up waiting for the property to be removed from the web even after making an offer on another house. The property was never removed, In fact its still for sale even now that Ive closed on another house down the road. I have a bitter taste in my mouth every time I drive by the house that should have been ours. That is still for sale even now.

I confirmed with BBB that what youre doing IS ILLEGAL, let alone trying to bribe someone for a good review!!! Plus, how are you going to improve if you dont identify your problem areas? VIP Realty is always my first choice when it comes to real estate. The Realtors understand the clients needs and concerns. As well as the real estate market in the San Antonio area.

I cannot speak to VIP Realty as a whole since obviously we only dealt with our realtor Brandon Essick.Brandon was absolutely hands OFF when dealing with the sale of our house. In order to get any information or have him do anything for us we always had to initiate the contact. There were more than ample lies that he would tell when it came to why he did not get back to us in a timely manner. As the seller I have never had to do so much work not just to sell my house, but to make sure that the realtor was doing his job. My experience with VIP realty was you might as well sell your house yourself because Brandon will not lift a finger for you and has no clue what customer service is. I even went as far to call his manager a few times because of the lack of information that we were being given to no avail. We also just found out that before we set up our closing he went on vacation without providing us ANY of the closing timeline knowing that my wife and I were going to be relocated before the time of closing.I WOULD AVOID VIP REALTY!
