*Longer review is on their FB page*After 6 month of living in our house, we’re giving them 2 stars and here’s why. We are 1st time home buyers and knew only the basics. We figured if we had a good agent/company that we would be walked through the process step by step. We understand this is a crazy time in the market and we were ready to give leeway when necessary. 1st off, Micah is very knowledgable about the SA market and was great to work with. Elijah was our main realtor, she was new and was able to give us basic knowledge about houses. When she couldn’t confidently answer our questions, she would always refer back to Micah, nothing wrong with that. She made herself available most of the week. That was a positive aspect to EP.We would see 3-5 houses each time we went out. Micah came with us a few times and pointed out items of concern for houses we liked. When it came to the first few houses, Elijah kept in good contact with us, kept us up to date on all our bids, the houses we were interested in, and showing us new house suggestions that she might have seen before we did.The Negatives: We come to our house. We knew this was an old house and it needed work. We were told the roof was a year old which was great. In fact, it was a main selling point from the sellers. I think I remember it being on the listing page.We have our inspection. Our inspector let us know that our roof was way older than 1 year. We tell Elijah this and ask her to talk to the sellers. The sellers then say they “missed a number” and said that the roof was actually 11 years old. We should’ve turned away then.The sellers are not getting back to us regarding our questions about repairs recommended by the inspector. The sellers kept stalling, causing our option period time to run out. Elijah gave us the option to extend our option period. In doing this, we lost the option of taking our money with us if we decided to back out of the house. So loving the house, we extended the option period. From this point on, it just felt like we weren’t listened to. The more I look back, the more I realize Elijah may have been in cahoots with the sellers agent in order to just get her share of the sale. Our inspector let us know of evidence of previous rodents in the attic. There were also holes in the roof that we told the sellers to repair. They did so by using expanding spray foam. This will be important later in the story.So it’s a week before were about to close on the house. We’re excited and ready to go. But we know before we close, the house needs to be appraised by the lender. I was able to call our lender and the conversation went something like this:Me: Hey do you guys know when we should expect our appraisal?Lender: You secured a house, congratulations! When is the closing date?Me: We started the process with this house at the end of December. We close next week, do you know when our appraisal should get done?Lender: Nothing has been set in motion, we haven’t received anything from your realtor!Turns out, Elijah never set the closing in motion, meaning we were not going to close at the end of January like we were supposed to. We kept asking Elijah when the appraisal would be and she kept saying Oh your lender will order it and we said Ok!. I think the worst part was that Elijah had admitted to us that her email to the lender never sent, and so it was her fault. BUT when we were at closing, she told Micah that there was “miscommunication” between her and the lender. I wish I would’ve spoken up.We just got done with an attic inspection today because we’ve been hearing scratching up there. Turns out rodents and/or squirrels have eaten through the spray foam. The inspector said this was not new activity. He also said in his expert opinion that the roof is older than 11 years old.We’re looking at 14k to fix this issue that was not disclosed to us in the beginning.I hope Micah reads this and address it with Elijah. Its sad because Micah was great, and I think we wouldve had a better experience if he was solely our realtor.

We worked with Bianca to purchase our house in Boerne. Unfortunately, we were living in California at the time and almost all of our correspondance was via phone or internet. She did an excellent job during the whole process of sending listings, and some pictures for review until we found the home we were most interested in as it was being built. She started to work with the company building the home to help us purchase the home. She gave us regular updates many of them with pictures or video as the house was being built. She was our eyes and ears on what was happening with the house all the way up to a few days before the final closure, when we arrived in the area. Although we havent been very happy with the builder of the home, and their services, Bianca was great, and I would, and have recommended her to others.
