This being my first house, I didn’t know much about the market or what intel’s with selling a house. I went with a big realtor company at first. Long story short it was awful. The communication, negotiations with realtor cost, when I wanted the house on the market, price point,etc. All they cared about was making the most commission they could. Enough about them…My girlfriend recommended Mario Hesles. From day one I knew I could trust him. He inspected the house we talked about the what, when, and how. A couple of hours after he left. Mario helped us with our new home purchase in San Antonio.
