I brought my car here on the suggestion of my insurance company and was not disappointed. I worked with Travis & Mev and they were both top notch on customer service and getting my car back to me as quickly as possible. The work has my car looking brand new and they went above & beyond when I asked about other items on my vehicle I was given great advice.

Excellent customer service, vehicle was ready when promised and I was informed of every step of the process! Both of the Travis’s provided impeccable service.

My overall experience was horrible. They damaged my car more and tried to lie then when they got caught up in their own lie due to previous pictures, they tried to cover it up with an ever bigger lie. They aren’t to be trusted. They have had my car for two months now and my insurance has paid them I still don’t have my car. I feel they did something to my car because they tried to cover up that they shattered my windshield and broke my rear view mirror. They tried to tell me I did it then when I proved them wrong they lied and said the sun did it when there hasn’t even been any sun in Atlanta for real. I towed my Mercedes Benz to caliber collision with a full tank of gas and the other way they returned it on E and the repairs were not done properly. The car wasn’t safe to drive. My car is now at the Mercedes-Benz dealership being prepared after caliber messed it up and kept it for two months. Think 3x before u go here.

Lyndsy was great! I’ve visited multiple auto repair shops in ATL. However, she was the only person to give me a thorough understanding of the damages & the potential cost for services. She helped me every step of the way & kept me updated throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. At the time of pick up she was sweet enough to wash the outside of my car before being returned to me. As well as noticing a stain on my trunk & immediately getting it cleaned off for me. In addition, she offered to assist me in transferring any of my belongings from my rental to my vehicle. Best customer service ever! They talk to you really nice and very informative.

They didn’t fix my car correctly. They lied about it and let me drive off with a car that could catch on fire. When I called about it, they said I should call my insurance. It is very dishonest and disappointing. Lying to people is not a good way to run a business. Putting peoples lives in danger way is bad for business.

Calliber repaired my Maserati after a small “fender bender.” They did an amazing job & kept me informed the entire process. Some of the parts were very difficult to find bc of the type of car but Lyndsy in the customer service dept was able to locate what was needed. I highly suggest using Caliber Collision. I towed my car here in the middle of the night not knowing where to go in Altnata. Even though they didnt specialize in my problem they took a look and got my car back on the road the following day. Im h sure they washed and cleaned my car for free as well! Great place!

Stephanie went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure all of my questions were answered regarding my vehicle accident. They did not repair my vehicle as it was claimed a total loss by insurance for the damage from the accident but my experience working with Caliber Collision is more than 5 stars. Stephanie called me immediately the morning after my car was dropped off at their shop to check in with me. Her FIRST question was about my physical health and well being after seeing the damage of the accident before she even proceeded to talk business. When she explained the next steps in the process, she was patient and professional while providing me with all the facts and options available to me. She was VERY knowledgeable from her many years of experience and I sincerely felt like she did an outstanding job representing the integrity of Caliber Collision. When I came in person to gather my belongings from the vehicle, she was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. She walked with me to my vehicle and even assisted me with removing my license plate and waiting with me to ensure I did not need any additional assistance. She was unlike any other auto shop I have dealt with before and HIGHLY recommend this location to all of my friends and family. I KNOW that when I get my new vehicle, Caliber Collision will be the ONLY place I take my car for servicing or repairs. I do not trust or recommend the Buckhead location. The repair looked fine, but the parking sensor came back dislodged and it wasnt that way when I dropped it. Also, it wasnt marked on the walk-around.Initially, my rep Travis, thought it was not an insurance claim and quoted me over $2200, after I told him it was an insurance claim, and he verified, it cost $1800, but the initial insurance estimate was $700. They need to provide pics of unseen parts that are allegedly broken prior to removal with enough detail that you can confirm the vehicle, as I do not believe the part claimed to be broken was actually broken. And, when I took it to Caliber in Texas and they looked at it, they did not mention this part. Travis also has memory issues and repeatedly gave me incorrect information during conversations.

I had an incredibly smooth experience working with Caliber Collision to fix a dent in the back door of my BMW X3! They proactively communicated updates to me about the status of my vehicle and worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make rental car and payment setup easy for me. I felt especially comfortable with how professionally they handled things while following social distancing guidelines - gloves, face masks, enough space between us while speaking, etc. They did an awesome job making my SUV look good as new, and even left it sparkling clean with a full detailed cleaning inside and out! In addition, they were done with the work FAST - it only took 2 business days instead of the original 5 days they had estimated. However its been over 5 months since my repair completion and several points of focus now draw serious thoughts of concern. Cant say enough about how great my experience with Caliber was. The online quote process was really simple (its not necessary, but it did help get the ball rolling with my insurance company right away).The office staff was very friendly and everything was so organized. I was so impressed by how smooth the operations were. Forms were pre-printed and everything felt very covid-safe.They work with Enterprise for the car rental, and that too, was easy. Enterprise drives the car over and you can leave it at Caliber when youre done.The repair work looked great, and they guarantee their work. The car came back cleaner than when we brought it in. And they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I felt very well taken care of - it was such a seamless experience.Also, a shoutout to John who handled our repairs and went through great lengths to source a part during a busy holiday season. Very honest folks. Had an issue with my bumper and thought I needed a whole new bumper cover. Turns out it really only needed a small screw that was easily fixed in a matter of minutes. They did the right thing by me and have earned our business in the future!

So far so slow. It’s been a week and all I’ve heard is a quote for a scratch that costs 500 to fix elsewhere. But typical of insurance recommended that only do pull and replace. I’m sure the accident part will look new and immaculate but I don’t think for something small I could recommend with a straight face.
