We were looking for a new place for our nails and pedi. The place is super nice. My daughter and I got our nails done for the first time here and we loved it! They have color powders for your nails. I was surprised, because my nail tech asked me for the color I had chosen, and grabbed the powder for that color and voila! My nails were done.They have drinks. We asked for Mimosas but they didnt have orange juice. If you want a drink, you will need to ask for it. They did not offer it to us.The place is beautiful, and peaceful with TVs and great music playing in the background. The floor is a lite slippery, so be careful walking in and walking around.I highly recommend it though. The quality of our nails is great!

I went for a full set of stiletto nails and I got it done by Tony, which he said the style is“pointy “ btw😄 He did a great job! Good communication is key😀 last time I got my set done by Elly she’s amazing too! I’ve been to about six different places and I finally hit the spot for my nails! If you want a great set go see them!!

Had to go back 2 times after nails done because shellac polish peeled off. No apologies and i had to argue to get the polish changed to something different the 3rd time. Very unsatisfied customer. I wont be back

Today was second time going to this location, and lets just say I was not disappointed. I loved my nails both times Ive visited.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I walked in asking for shellac with a manicure. The nail technician asks, ‘shellac color’ and says to wait. Doesn’t give an estimate on how long. After a 35 minute wait, I’m called. The male technician asks what color I want even though it’s obvious no one offered me a color selection to browse through while I waited. He’s about to put color and I ask him if he’s going to trim cuticles. I repeat that I wanted shellac with a manicure. He says, in a rude and unprofessional manner, that he thought I was just getting a color change and if I wanted a manicure he would have got someone else to do it. At this point, I don’t even want him working on my nails. I paid 5 bucks and left. I will NEVER visit this place again.

Went in for a fill. Jennifer really took her time on my nails. Their a little more square than I like. Usually get them rounded on the corners but its okay. Overall I like that she didnt hurt me lol I have been looking for a nail tech that takes their time and doesnt burn me for filing in same spot to long.

All employees are very talented & do fabulous work. Only nail salon I will attend. I do not mind waiting for these amazing results. 😊 highly recommend.

I dont like putting bad reviews but I will never use this place again. I shouldve listened to the reviews about them being understaffed. I waited 45 minutes. Then, I asked for the one on the left and ended up with the one on the right. They look horrible. And I didnt even get the finish I wanted. The top coat has bubbles all over it. I expected the quality of work to be better for $60. Bleh

Had my nails done with Jenny, this is my 2nd time here and excellent service. Had so many compliments on my nails after the first time. Mind you I came here after a bad experience at another nail salon, she is excellent. Highly recommend. I came back and am very satisfied.

The Guy Tony is such a rude rude man. Please go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

I checked the prices online for the nail salon and was expecting to pay about $28-$30 for a pedicure. To my surprise, it was $45 for a basic pedicure. Will not be coming back here.

This was my first time using this salon. The nice lady that did my nails name was Elly she was patient, friendly, and professional. I love my nails & I found my new nail tech.

Everyone was very professional. Very beautiful and clean environment. Kayla did me and my husbands pedicure. She did a wonderful job and was just such a wonderful person. Will definitely be returning!

Staff is very rude, and the quality isn’t great can definitely find better service in the area.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been here, it’s my 4th time and this is the 2nd time the lady cut me and she still filed over my deep cut, I told her to just stop doing that nail and she still did it .

Was not happy with my nails and the manager made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t tell him that they didn’t match. Well that’s why I’m telling you the manager; and then stated well I would have told him. Well I’m telling you ! After all that I still left him a tip because I’m sure he has a family to feed. I felt like they could have done more for there customer and not made make me feel like it was my fault.

We walked in and we weren’t even greeted or asked what we needed. We were there for about an hour and never acknowledged at all but yet when we got up to leave one of the techs told us bye.... we could t even get an approximate wait time just how many people were in front of us. Wont be going back here again

Had to tell the tech several times to fix things he missed. All the nails on my left hand are longer than the right. Place is nice but pricey and not worth it. Wont be back.

Most of my nails are crooked and not just a little bit where you might not notice. They are extremely crooked and look horrible with bubbles in the top coats. Not at all what I asked for but was so frustrated with the tech I just wanted to leave. It’s a shame because I’ve seen beautiful nails done here from others but I left extremely disappointed and will not be back.

The first time I went I had an excellent experience, however the location had recently opened. The second time I went was at 11 am, they had three employees, but stated I would still need to wait about 30 minutes, I simply didn’t have time, I thought it was a fluke, so I decided to give another chance today, again, this time only 2 workers, so another 30 minute wait. I think I will just go to the original location on marbach, it just seems that this location is understaffed.

Very rude staff wanted my eyebrows waxed and the lady to busy texting on the phone. When 5 mins before she helped someone right away. Never coming here again WOULDNT recommend

My second experience here and i’m absolutely IN LOVE with my nails, a few knicks but i was the last customer of the day and i knew for a saturday it had to have been very busy and they had to have been exhausted. i showed the gentleman a reference photo and he absolutely nailed the design!!! will definitely return for all my next fills and new sets. the lady who had done my first set of nails two and a half weeks prior also absolutely nailed it, no knicks at all! both seem to be very experienced, i will definitely recommend.

I had seen all the pics on FB and loved the big variety of colors and designs they had . Everyone was really nice . I went this last time and was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails . I called and spoke with Tylee and she asked me to come back and made it right . She did an AMAZING job ! I’m so happy they cared enough to not loose a customer .I will definitely be coming back .

Came out okay .... they did not have the colors that i really wanted....which suxed....so i had to settle...my thumb nail has alot of flaws....for my pedicure it wad worth what i made...very mediocre...over all the experience was okay...most likely will not return...
