I went there for my 1st time because my nail tech was unavailable and she made her husband do my nails and omg I don’t know why but it seem like he didn’t know what he was doing. He painted my nails weird.. So they she took over but ended up the same way I WILL NEVER COME BACK.. I figured they were good because I checked the reviews but not for me..After a few days I started to noticed a couple of my news are getting infected I’m gonna have to take off my nails because I’m in a lot of pain.

Terrible. Asked her to remove them completely and she was mad and kept asking why. Will never come back here.

Tried this place for the first time and was a little scared because I’ve never been there and also the language barrier, I had an older woman do a full set and she was so awesome!! Showed her a pic of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted and we had great conversation!! I will definitely go back to her!!

Needed a fill with shellac and my daughter needed a full set with shellac- 3/27/2021Place was empty when we walked in. The young lady that sits in the first station behind the register was very nice. She said she would work on my daughters new set while an older gentleman would do my fill.The older gentleman did a decent job on the fill. But omg when it came time to apply the shellac... that was a total disaster. I noticed when he applied the clear base, after it was cured, he had not coated the entire nail. I thought, he’s the professional and maybe this is how he does it. Then came the shellac.. I chose #58 a Barbie pink. Lord have mercy. He applied the shellac as though he had zero experience painting nails. It was ridiculously streaky. I thought, well maybe it’s just the first coat. It should look better after the second. NOPE. After the second coat and curing, it was bubbly, streaky and he didn’t even coat the entire nail. I couldn’t believe it. It’s as if he was rationing the nail polish. After mentioning this to him a few times, he finally just kinda gave up, placed his uv machine aside and spoke in a different language to the young lady doing my daughters nails and literally walked away and called another customer back for a pedicure. I showed my nails to the younger lady working on my daughter and I also showed them to another female customer. The customer agreed with me that it was a terrible paint job. She even told the gentleman that it needed more shellac! The young lady said she would work on mine after she was done w my daughter. After abt 30 minutes, the young lady completely redid my shellac and it finally looked decent. My total was 75 for me and my daughter. The young lady is nice, and knows what she’s doing. I think it’s time the older gentleman sticks to the front desk/ register, NO MORE PAINTING. We will not be going back.

Ive been going to Tinas for a couple years now & they havent disappointed me yet! I now live in Bulverde & drive into town to come here!! Its always so clean, they are so nice & new massage chairs💺 that feel amazing while youre receiving your pedicure! Very reasonable prices, only $25 for the pedi & then your tip, of course! Due to Covid19, you need to call & make an appointment & wear your mask but you have the place pretty much to yourself! Treat yourself & go help local businesses!

Probably the best acrylics I’ve ever gotten she was extremely gentle and made sure there was no clumps of gel left under the nails which I greatly appreciate,if your looking for a good set of acrylics and amazing service this is the place to go

AMAZINGGGGG AND WORTH THE REVIEWWW! This was my first time here and I WILL be coming back. The service was thorough and I enjoyed every minute of my pedi! I’m so impressed I stay off 1604 and will definitely be making the drive back! Six stars!

Cheap products very fragile so dont go for a long or semi-long acrylic set if you want them to last long mine started at 35$ but I ended up paying 65$ for matte coffin nails that didnt even last 24 hours

Affordable & NO PRESSURE! Older building, a little messy, but if youre getting your nails done for utilititarian reasons this might be your spot. Im a chronic nail biter, so I have to keep my nails done in order to look professional. I dont enjoy the process and find the constant aggressive upselling and insistent attempts at conversation Ive found at other places to be almost unbearable. The older man who did my nails (it appeared he was the only one there) didnt try to press me for conversation and didnt try to sell me five more treatments, or the must expensive polish. The shaping was a little off, but his acrylic overlay & polish technique is fantastic- Ive paid over double what i paid here for nails that werent as nice. I probably wouldnt get a pedicure or any other pampering treatments done here, but Ill definitely be back for a nice *peaceful* acrylic fill.

Went for a pedicure with less than an hour till closing. The gentleman was very thorough, kind, and gave me breaks in my laughter (Im very ticklish). I loved how my nails came out and my feet feel very soft without the pain I sometimes experience after dead skin is removed. The decor is lacking, very minimalist, but was easy for me to really relax. Highly recommend:)

We went here very last minute and Ill just say, they really took their own time to make sure everything was perfect and the quality was excellent and they were extremely nice. They kept conversation with us instead of just doing the nails fast to get it over with, and we live nearby sowe had similar experiences and common ground. My mom, dad, and I had overall a nice time here and would definitely come again 😁👍
