Just got done getting my nails done here. The lady that did them was in such a rush and was so rude she acted as if I was inconveniencing her to do her job. And my nails look horrible I will never come back to this place again its a waste of money! Like they are so bad that Im sitting in their parking lot writing this review. I literally have never had such a bad nail experience ever. I do not recommend this place for anybody very unprofessional. I would rate it zero Stars if I could.

Went here 9/3 and 3 nails have broken off. I’ve been here multiple times but these last 3 times have been horrible. Poor quality and keep breaking. These last times the man on the left hand side has done them. This last time I told him I wanted a new set and he continued to proceed with a full I had broken nails and he said they were still good. He didn’t even ask for length he proceeded / his shaping is bad he never does a good shape. Now look at me with 3 broken nails! That broke off with minor activity. Waste of money. Will be going else where. Invest your money elsewhere. He does what he wants or what’s easier for him.

I’ve been to this salon twice for a pedicure. I get the deluxe spa pedicure ($38 + $15 shellac) & there are many scents to chose from. I’ve gotten the lavender & tangerine. Bella did an awesome job, she made sure that there was no polish left on my skin so that the gel would not lift. The price is very reasonable for how long the service was (about 55 minutes) & how good of a job she did! I will go out of my way every time to get a pedicure done here.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had! They are always in a rush and do a horrible job! Last picture is what I asked for. I was to scared to even ask for the rhinestones. The man who did my nails was in such a rush he didn’t ask how long I wanted them or anything. I did correct him on a crooked nail and he got very upset n he ripped it off. I understand they have a lot of clients and not so much time but come on. I paid just like everybody else. Worse 65$ I’ve ever spent!Update: they did fix my nails.. a sweet lady redid them and did them perfect! I am very satisfied with the job she did.

I visit this location every month and get a fill or full set. Mong does the best acrylic nails here. This is my latest set. She does them thin and smooth and cleans them underneath. Takes her time and does them right. They come out perfect everytime. They feel like they are my natural nails and last a good while. I definitely get my moneys worth.

I went in yesterday 4/28/2021 with two of my friends, we were all disappointed with how our nails came out. I asked for a fill and new design paid $53. In my opinion it was definitely not worth it. My nails have bubbles on them, one nail is smeared, the clear coating isn’t over the entire nail. My friend asked for white tip painted with nail polish but instead they put just a white tip nail with clear coating. When she asked to have it fixed, she was told that she would have to pay extra because the work was already done. All these issues were brought up prior to leaving and all they had to say was it would cost extra to fix. I would strongly advise anyone not to come here.In response to the owners reply: I appreciate your concern but your technician was not concerned while we were there so we will be taking our business elsewhere. There are plenty of different locations that will get the job done the first time.

I’ve gotten pedicures here before and they are great, usually i come and get them done on Sunday’s. I came on a Wednesday, literally just wanted a mani with white color. Now I have white blobs on my hand. The guy just kept putting a lot of of the product on my nails and they look huge. He also was pausing during my mani to text. So disappointed because it literally wasn’t anything hard or out of the ordinary to do and he messed it up.

Just had a pedicure date with my husband and was the best Ive had in a long time we are new to SA and found this great spot. Guy you wanna see is named D and you will walk out feeling so relaxed.

I would say it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had.

Pedicure was wonderful. Manicure was horrible! I left with globs all over my nails, parts of the paint are see through, still have acrylic stuck on my FINGERS not my nails, my FINGERS. I have 3 crooked nails. Should have went to Javier’s.

There was no wait as a walk in, the gentleman that did my full set was friendly but very rough. I had made hints ( like saying ouch and pulled my hand away), but he didnt catch on. I asked him to be a bit more gentle. That still didnt work. He did my pedicure as well and that was a huge mistake, hurt worse than my nails. Overall it was an ok place. I wont be back though. Too rough for me!

This visit wasn’t the best. I got my nails coffin tip and they are EXTREMELY cooked. Very bumpy. 8 of my nails are already lifting and I’ve only had them a week. I wouldn’t recommend at all! A waste of $60

The salon was clean and the did a 4/5 job on my pedicure. Not the best but not the worst is how I would sum it up. The staff was friendly and gave a pretty good foot rub. Prices were more than I was used to paying but not the worst.

Two times I’ve got a pedicure here I got horrible ingrown toe nails on my big toes after.

For some reason billy one of the nails techs was super nice and the lady who did my waxing was very rude.

My mom and I came in like 20 minutes before closing they didnt turn us away even though we came with such a small time frame. My mom got her shellac redone and I got a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice the atmosphere was relaxing. The service was great also I will come back here. 😊

They do the job too fast and some of the people that are working there are not even experienced the nails come out of crooked and wrong so Ive been there once or twice but I will not go back

This place was perfect in every way for me! The staff was very kind and attentive, and I didnt need to wait long before getting a seat. My technician was very good at her job and was quite funny. The cost is extremely reasonable and my gel manicure looked great. I will be going back!

This is definitely my favorite place. The prices are affordable and the staff is great!I normally come every 3-4 weeks for the past year for fills and a pedicure, I have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is always patient with me, typically I take long to pick a color because of all the options they have.Billy Bob is personally my favorite, his work is always consistent and he knows exactly how I like my nails. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

I went to do my nails here a few days ago, I paid almost $100 for my pedicure and acrylics shellac for both. The lady was really nice but she was having trouble getting the nails to glue. The next day my nail polish was already chipped a little bit and today one of my nails came off and it’s only been like 4 days. I am so frustrated because I hadn’t done my nails in so long waiting for Christmas time to have nails done and now my nails are ruined.

My first time here and it just blew me away! This salon is very clean and the techs working here are very friend. Throughout the process of my manicure, the nail tech was very focus on cutting my nails and removing the cuticles. Afterwards, I just absolutely love how my nails look! I highly recommend this place! You wont regret it. The services is just amazing!

I love my nails, but it took almost 3 hours. Definitely put a good amount of time aside if you plan on getting your nails done. Very friendly and great price ($40 for acylic set and design) slower but better attitude and design.

One of my nails was not straight, he did not coat the entire nail with the matte, polish messed up as soon as I left the place, glue all over my fingers. I also had a pedicure done no lotion was applied to my feet. To be charged $3 more for matte than for it not to be right is ridiculous,$61 dollars down the drain!!!😡

Amazing and HONEST service.... Went on a week day it wasnt so busy. They over charged me then went looking for me at the dollar tree next door to gibe me back what they owed me. So far 2 weeks later and still havnt broke a nail.

I’ve been a regular here for a very long time and was very disappointed with my last 2 visits. $10 to take off acrylics and was cut on two fingers to take them off and I started bleeding? What happened to soaking the nails so they can come off nice and easy!!!! I usually would come and spend a lot of money here but I will no longer be doing that. I just wanted to get my nails off but because I wasn’t getting shellac this visit they could careless. I’ll take my business else where. And if I get a infection due to the cuts I’ll be reporting! Never coming back again

Worst nail place I’ve been too. 2 out of 3 of the nail artists I went to did not do my nails well. Didn’t have a nude color? Like??? Then changed their prices around multiple times. This was very annoying! I was patient at the time, but now it’s the second time they’ve done this to me.

Had my nails for a week in a half and one nail came off!!! Smh I told her when she was struggling to glue my nails on if they would come off she nodded her head no again smh!!! First time and last time!!!

I went in for just a shellac toe painting and I picked the color from the example nails that they have there so you can see what the colors will look like. The color put on my toe looked nothing like the color I picked but the man insisted it was, it looked terrible I was to embarrassed to complain because as soon as I got there he was talking about me in Chinese, I know he was because he said why u no cut your toe nail they long I said because I work alot sir that is why I come to a saloon, he starts talking Chinese to the other two men next to him they look at me and laugh and this continued the entire time, I literally walked out crying because of how terrible the service was and I paid 25$ for it too look like I had no color, there was shellac paint all over my toes. I will never ever give a penny to this place. I never been humiliated in my life I went across the street to south Park Mall and paid for a regular color and they came out gorgeous for only 8$ this was by far the worse service I have ever received in my entire life I will never step foot in there establishment again.

Very unsatisfied with my nails. To start it off as the man was glueing my nails he got glue all over my fingers and his even began to stick to mine. It was pretty painful to pull them apart. The shaping was also pretty horrible and not all my nails looked the same. I know feel very insecure about my nails because a girl at work laughed at them I regret spending my time and money on something that wasn’t even worth it.

Caution: I really wish I wouldve read the last review before I stopped here. Came in for a pedicure and the 25 year old named Tram first cut my nails down to the skin then kept pinching my skin during the pedicure. After warning her several times I had to stop services. The manager did not ask me about my concerns and the next guy did a rush job. Ugh I rarely write reviews but they earned it for poor customer service.

It’s ur job ur getting paid for it so what’s the problem 🙄🙄 i paid 110 for both of us to have our nail polish be off by the next day & to have a cut n be infected !!! I usually dont write negative reviews on businesses pages, but inam so infuriated right now that i had to do something!My mom has gone somewhat regularly to this salon for a few weeks to get her nails done,She has has a few off experiences but nothing major.On Saturday 8/12/17 she went to get her full set redone, she showed a young man a picture of what she wanted ans he unable to really communicate nodded and said ok as he understood.He then did the set and when he was done charged $43 and she gave him a $5 tip.They were closing and it seemed as if they rushed her out.She went home and inspected her nails and realized he did a HORRIBLE job, a job a nail student might have done better.They had bubbles and jagged edges, they were super thick and not neat. She figured it was a rushed job or just an inexperienced employee. She mentioned it to me and i suggested she call and request a redo, as they remember her as a client.She did, she spoke with the owners daughter Chi, she explained the issue nicely and told her she wanted to go in to show her the job done and get it fixed. Chi was super friendly on phone and said yes of course, come in and we will fix them. Who did your nails etcMy mom gave her the information and set a time to go in Monday at 4pm 8/14/17 because she wasnt able to go in sameday.My mom went in as planned and was greeted with a very rude and unwilling to resolve Chi, she gave her a hard time about redoing the nails even after seeing the work done, argued with the man who did them and got frustrated the my mom insisted she be the one to fix them, to avoid any more issues.because not only were they not a good set, they werent what she originally wanted in the picture.When my mom showed her the picture again, she said oh he didnt do them like that because we dont do that hereSo my mom responded, then why not say that from beginning instead of not disclosing it to me and then doing a bad job?Chi then told my mom i can just put clear acrylic over it, otherwise Ill charge you to redo them.My mom said, no i rather you just buff them down, thin them out and put color polish to hide all the bubbles.Chi then escorted her to her station and began the fixing the set but not without being rude, pulling aggressively on her hands, and squeezing them hard.To top it off, she was being rough and careless she CUT my moms finger with the nail drill and it started bleeding alot!She wouldnt apologize or stop being mean and aggressive to her.My mom is a very nice, classy woman to have to go through this nonsense!When she, as a business owner herself, genuinely gave this place chances and and then even an opportunity to fix their errors.She didnt deserve this, and i am furious that a salon owner would act like this.On top of that, the violation of health code is despicable! Who knows what infection or germ my mom could get from a drill used on many people, just because she was being neglectful and careless. Or if they used that bloody tool on the next person?Then to add another insult she told my mom to not return to their Salon!This place is far from a business who values clients!!My mom was so upset when she left she didnt think to take pictures of the before and after job they did, or the blood on the stationBut ill post a picture of the nail style thier salon doesnt doWhich is BS because theMost classic style in the nail industry.
