Today was my first but definitely not my last visit. I made a last minute decision after visiting an awesome local breakfast place up the street and am so glad I did. The two ladies that were there today were awesome. I just got a pedicure and am very pleased with the flawless look and care. The vibe of the place,especially the two ladies that were working is super chill. They were laughing together and joking and I felt like I was at a friends place getting all dolled up. Would def recommend but MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, its obvious why they stay booked up.

Desi did an outstanding job on my Mani and Pedi. She was meticulous, friendly, and a real professional. Ask for Destiny the next time you need your nails done. You wont be disappointed. Their wine is good too.

The manager (which is Hot🔥🔥) and staff were very friendly...Franki is the manager I believe I was shy at first to get my feet done 🥴 and kind of embarrassed cause I’ve never had anyone touch or seen my feet but she made me Feel really comfortable amazing vibes and energy all around in that place !!! Reviews of a nail company is a tell all. I was a little skeptical of the location and surrounding businesses. Was met by Gina and she was very accommodating. Once she began my pedicure she was wonderful to talk to. I rarely engage in conversation with a tech due to the fact that some dont understand English. I told Gina what I wanted and she did an amazing job. I will be coming back even if takes a few miles to get here.

Im from out of state and my sister recommended this place so I went today....... the service was great and Gina did an amazing job!!! She gave me a whole new set and recreated my nails from a picture..... I didnt mind one bit with her taking her time because the outcome was AMAZING!!!! I will definitely be back when Im back in town.... you wont be disappointed.

Went here today for the first time and was not disappointed at all. The ladies working were very nice and extremely entertaining. I have found my new nail place and their artwork is out of this world.. I did not get it but they were doing a set while I was there and put baby yoda on a ladies nail.

I did not get services from performed here. The place looks run down. Chairs are missing their fabric, the 3 techs available when the place was empty had no greeting for us now seemed to care to help. I had to go ask and was given the face of attitude for asking for services for me and my party. When quoted $40 for facial wax I left the sorry place that’s ridiculous. This place is a joke. Definitely wld not recommend

Definitely a hidden gem! There was no rush to getting your nails done and it was a very relaxing experience. All the tools used were packaged from being sterilized. I was looking for tips that were clear with a design and there were so many to choose from! I highly recommend Artesian Nails if you are looking for great looking nails and excellent customer service.

First time coming here and I absolutely loved it. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Very clean and relaxing environment. Prices were very reasonable. They have a amazing assortment of polish colors and even have acrylic and solar power to match the polish color.

Nikki gave me the best advice because i had damaged my own nails when i removed the acrylics i had on. My own nails look good with just shellac. My pedicure was wonderful as well. Im coming back!

I really wanted to make this place my nail to go salon but after making a mani and pedi app and then they tell me they dnt have time for a pedi, im not a person that do my nails in regular basis i dnt know the difference between regular polish and shelac after reaching for my stuff this happen, and ladys tips is earn when you make your client happy

This was my first time ever getting my nails done. I had a tech named Gina who was clearly having a bad day. My suggestion - if youre not feeling well, go home!! This was pretty disappointing, as I never get to spend money on myself, let alone for something like nails. I didnt know what I wanted, all I know is that my man likes french tips. I tried to research what I wanted. I showed Gina three pictures of the shape and length I wanted. Instead of a shorter rounded look, she made them slightly longer and square. I sent pictures to a few friends and everyone said the same thing - ehh, Ive seen worse..I tried to ask Gina questions about options and she seemed very bothered to answer anything. I was supposed to get a pedicure too, but after the nail experience I didnt want to spend anymore time or money there. I think she was dealing with back pain or something. Gina was just irritable and not very friendly or forthcoming. If there werent a nail lady on nearly every corner of San Antonio, I would never get my nails done again. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat and it was super stressful just getting thru it. This is definitely not a place that seems to be beginner friendly.

This place is so great my aunt and me came here for her birthday. Theyre very gentle and offer complimentary drinks alcohol and non alcoholic beverages as well. Also, ask for Mayra she works wonders! bilingual as well

Gina did a great job! I asked for a picture that I found on Pinterest and she did it exactly like that, but even better. I don’t get my nails done regularly, but this place is definitely changing that for me. Friendly staff and extremely clean. She took her time and they ended up looking really beautiful ! I paid $65 for a full set (gel). Very satisfied :)

I have been here a few time for pedicures. I always have a wonderful experience. I enjoy the wine they offer and I always have a nice time with my friends. They use this wonderful lavender lotion to massage my feet. I work on my feet for long hours so its nice to have a friendly calm environment to relax in and indulge. Would definitely recommend!!

Great service but I felt over charged ..

Havent had my eyebrows done since June since we are new from Chicago, but I looked up places in my area and found nothing, but great reviews. Frankie was amazing. She talked to me and when I first got there, she introduced herself very professionally. She was nice, sweet, funny and cool. Will now be a customer for good. Thank you girl. The whole staff is nice. They are always polite and friendly. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding in Colorado a week prior. (I was so worried it wouldnt last the road trip!) But come the big day, my nails still looks flawless, came out well in the pictures too! I have absolutely no complaints about these ladies or their business.

I personally have been getting my nails done here for about a year. I drive 30 miles round-trip, because its outstanding customer service. Ive read a few of the reviews on here. And I can tell you that over the year of, getting my nails done I have had to wait even when I had an appointment. But each time the end result was the same outstanding customer service. And never disappointed in the product at the end. I dont drive that 30 miles round-trip for nothing I walk in that door and Im greeted something you rarely see these days. Yeah sure the ladies in the shop are busy some days and overwhelmed. But theyre human we all have bad days some days. But Id also like to point out to the people who were impatient even when they had an appointment and then left a negative review on here. That if you were the lady in the chair getting your nails done rather than the lady waiting for the appointment that she scheduled. Would you still ask the technician to rush through the job? I think not!!! Because at the end of the day we all want beautiful nails when I walk out of a place like this. And to one of the other ladies that was late for her appointment. Its a domino effect for those of us that are on time for our appointment. The way to resolve these issues that I saw with a negative reviews. Are to be courteous to your nail technician and book in advance and show up at least 10 minutes before your appointment. And be prepared to wait because quality doesnt come in a in a fast form. So rather than blame the owner and a nail technicians at this place. Blame that previous customers who ran late. Because at the end of the day they did their job they accommodated everybody thats why they were behind. Once again ladies always outstanding customer service.

I believe Frankie is the one who did my nails, she was absolutely great! She took her time and my nails look JUST like the picture I showed her. I was greeted instantly, but a tip would be to call ahead to make sure they’re accepting walk-ins at that time. Monday-Wednesday(?) they do 20% off all Nail services so that’s a GREAT plus. This is my new fav place to treat myself. (:

Ive been getting my manicures and pedicures at this location since they opened about a year now. Never had a bad experience. I had my nails done from different nail techs and I love that each one can create beautiful designs. Everyone is very sincere and I consider them family. Its sad to see that someone had a bad experience. Unfortunately, I never met the girl that worked on the person a week ago and never will. I heard she is no longer employed there. Hopefully this business is not affected by one bad review.

This place is great ! I live near by so it’s my go to nail salon. Everyone for the most part is super friendly & welcoming. I just would not recommend Gina, I believe Thats her name. I’ve only ever went to her once to fix a nail & was booked with her today for a full set. I got all white & felt confident in getting a glitter signature nail on my pinky’s but when I did not like the way it looked & asked if she could remove it she said no there’s no way because she’d have to remove the polish and re do it. I did regular polish & did not feel it was too out of the way. I asked again, really there’s no possible way of removing the polish from my pinky’s & re doing the simple white polish ?? I could tell she was bothered so she immediately got an attitude & told me she had another woman waiting. I understand they go by appointments here but we as customers pay & tip to leave satisfied. Yes, she ended up fixing it but why waste time to get rude with me just to end up fixing it in the end. & it was a quick fix took no more than 5 mins. We as customers shouldn’t have to feel like a bother if we are unsatisfied. This is the only time I’ve ever had an issue here I just would not go to Gina for her services again.

We drive from Odessa, Texas to come see these ladies because not only do they give fantastic customer service, they treat you like family, they do your nails as if it was their own nails, and the quality is awesome! They remember you even after your first time & they have a smile on their face at all times too!!! Its worth us driving 4/5 hours to come see these beautiful ladies!!! I have never been to the same nail salon, but artesian nails & spa will be my first choice from here on out. I was kindly greeted, offered water wine or soda. They are also very sanitary. Tools come in sanitized bags and pedicure bowls have sanitary bags. You can tell when people are passionate about their job. Enjoy your visit.

Went here the day before Easter. Love love love this place. Every where Ive went is horrible compared to this place. You walk in and they acknowledge you right way. Sally did my nails and I fell in love with my Matt nails!!! She took her time as if she was doing her own nails. Just word of advise make sure to call before walk in, some clients make appointments.All employees are very friendly and love what they so! And if your looking for cool crazy beautiful designs? Yuki, the owner does all designs you can think of. You can either ask her for her work in pictures or simply just bring a pic of whatever it is you want done to your nails !!!

Super clean, very nice techs, not to rush but did excellent on time, reasonable pricing, comfortable environment... And thats just the office experience. Frankie (my nail tech) is the absolute best!! Shes a MUST!! She entertained conversation and was very respectful and made sure to ask my personal input while chosing a design and helped with her professional opinion on what would be appropriate for me and my daily activities. I’ve never had a more rude nail tech. I believe her name was Gina and let me tell you, she’s extremely unpleasant. Even worse, she’s not good at what she does. I got my nails done two days ago and it’s already starting to lift. She stopped doing my nails to answer text messages multiple times and at one point stopped to watch some of the Netflix. Everyone else was pleasant, but I’d strongly recommend you not to go to Gina.

Got my nails done here. And asked for one thing, had a nail tech in this establishment tell me she had everything for it, and when I went to get them done, not only did she not do my nails right, but I have uneven nails, they chipped the first day! And they look like Amateur nail work. The fact that I paid $60 for this pisses me off even more! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Bad area, bad nail salon. Save yourself the time and money. Don’t go here

Haven’t been in a while because it got too busy. They have since opened a new location which helped open availability. J has done my nails & pedí for the past month and a half. The atmosphere is relaxed and the conversation is great with J. She is very personable. I like to change my nail color often and love to try new subtle but girly accent nails and J has done a great job. I tell her a color or show her a pic and she does it with a hint of J added to it of course. I’m excited for the holidays to see what she comes up with. Make sure you download the app Clover when you check in you accumulate points for a free pedi!

The staff is extremely friendly and interactive with the clients, however, as I went for a full set, this is one of the worst jobs done I have had. The person doing my nails did acknowledge that there were several mistakes and offered to put a design on them for a discount. Also, the pricing did not line up. She said it started at $25 and told me she would let me know as we went along what would be extra. She mentioned something for $5 I said that was OK. I asked if multiple colors would be extra and she said no, unless there was a design. I left with French tip nails, keeping it rather basic. She wound up charging me an extra $15. I asked why and she said that was just the price. Other than that. Extremely friendly. Very talkative and interesting. Just poor work and very little ownership of it.

I was in San Antonio for a kidney donation and feeling like a pedicure after my surgery. I found this salon close to the hospital and Im so glad! The salon is clean and very cheerful and laid back. I got a wonderful pedi and great conversation too!

I can’t believe the experience i had considering the reviews. I went in on a saturday afternoon and there were only two girls there, one with her (very loud) son.I did not feel greeted warmly at all, the nail tech working on the only other customer was the one who asked what i wanted. I got a gel shellac manicure, and from their website description was hoping for maybe ANY type of softening or oils or nice treatment for my hands but she went straight to trimming (WAY too short...even is not as short as possible..)it felt like she was very much rushing and i’ve never treated myself to nails like i did that day so it was very disappointing. It was very much not worth the $42 I spent (because of course i still tipped bc i did get the nails i wanted...)But that was until NOT EVEN TWO DAYS later one of my nails’ polish is ALREADY. CHIPPING. if i wanted nails that chipped two days later i would’ve done them myself. i just really can’t believe how dissatisfied i am by this. I had really such high hopes and positivity until i WOKE UP with a chipin the polish. i hate that i’m gonna have to go somewhere else and get them redone so soon :// I do not recommend going here. I can’t believe how many positive reviews there are.

My girlfriend always raves about this salon. For our anniversary, she took me to get my first pedicure EVER. As a guy, this isn’t part of my typical routine, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We made an appointment and were both seated in massage chairs upon arrival. We were both offered drinks of our choice, whether it would’ve been soda, water, or wine. All technicians were wearing gloves and masks, and the tools used on my feet were opened from a new sanitary pack. Kiko was very friendly and did both of our pedicures simultaneously. The luxury spa pedicure included a scent of your choice, a scrub, hot towels, and massage boots. I could get used to this!

One of the best nail places Ive ever been to. I took my oldest daughter in for her first mani and I got a full set. The girls there were awesome, they take their time and make sure youre happy before you leave. I highly recommend them, I dont think Ill be going anywhere else anytime soon.

HORRIBLE! Made an appointment and walked in with them only saying three words to me! Waited for over half an hour before just leaving. Went to message the “owner” on Facebook and they blocked me so I couldn’t complain about the lack of service! Waisted my time and the shop is run down and smells awful! Glad I left before I got staff infection. AVOID!!!

Best Pedicure Ever. This nail salon really knows how to take care of their customers. I saw them being attentive with everyone, whether it was a walk-in or an appointment.I was a first time walk in on a Saturday morning, and they figured out how to fit me in. I got a pedicure with Gia. She was so meticulous and took so much care with my feet and nails..... She did some steps that high end pricey salons never did. My pedicure was one of the best Ive ever had.GIA had a delicate touch and did a thorough job. I am completely impressed, being a first-time walk-in customer, to receive such attentive care.I will be returning to patronize such a great place, knowing it is a good value. Thanks Gia!

Walked in, Yuki (Im guessing) tells me in a rude way its only by appointment. So I asked her if I could make an appointment since I was already there. I didnt get an answer, she didnt even move, so I ask her if I needed to call to make an appointment or what did I needed to do and a gentleman comes from the back to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, I called to let them know Id be a few minutes late, get here about 6 minutes after my appointment, waited 40 minutes and was never helped because she wasnt done with her previous client. When I got here it seemed like she was barely starting with the other customer. And it seemed like the AC was off.

So I finally decided to come in and get a facial. I was greeted by Franki. She was amazing!!! Best customer service ever. Her facial was amazing. Completely rejuvenated my face and made me feel 10 Years younger. It was such a relaxing experience. Everyone was curtious and friendly. I was especially impressed by Franki. I am going to be a repeat customer. If she were to leave I would follow her wherever she went.

This is by far the best place I have ever been to and I have been to MANY. For the first time ever the owner, Yuki was so incredibly friendly. She is willing to talk to absolutely anyone. Franki, the nail tech did my nails and I havent ever seen better. She immediately asked me if I wanted something to drink and if I was comfortable. Franki made me feel relaxed and allowed me to enjoy my time. Franki did not cut my time short nor did she take too long. I LOVE this place and I love Franki and the owner Yuki even more!

I took my fiancée here, as newcomers to town. We recently moved to be restationed because our family is in the airforce. Upon entering the establishment we were open to the experience and high rating displayed on google. I believe we sat down with a Caucasian woman possibly named Frankie. I cannot begin to explain the displeasure we both experienced. This worker did not know how to, nor did she use any drills when we ordered SNS nails. The entire process for just (ONE) hand took the worker an hour and a half.Now here is why I am rating one star, as I usually don’t do so often as it is a very serious rating. During this hour and a half she injured three of my fiancées fingers with non electric tools which are easy to use (I can do the first steps for my fiancée from our home bathroom, and I have no cosmetology training). After this she incorrectly performed the SNS dipping process and had to be stopped by her manager twice during the process and was publicly chastised in front of us. She could not clip the nails, file the nails, apply the coats, or focus on one thing correctly. After she had cut my fiancées finger cuticles she attempted to claim that her soft skin was to blame. Can you even imagine being blamed for your hair, skin, or nails at a beautician?Now excuses aside, she would mumble under her breath claiming her manager was wrong and that she knew best. She also had to leave to her car to get a “toolbox” to attempt to finish the first hand. So after blaming us, her manager, and taking now two hours almost, she applied caustic liquids to the fingers burning my fiancée and causing her discomfort. We stopped her midway completing the hand as she had exceeded our budgeted two hours and made me miss an important appointment I had. Now this is not our first time getting SNS, in fact it’s most likely the 50th or 100th time since the process went mainstream. So I assure I am not exaggerating when I say she is The Absolute Worst worker I have met in a nails salon. I had to ask the manager to have her stop hurting my fiancée so we could leave.We then drove 45 minutes to a wonderful location named Miracle Nails where they had to FIX her entire right hand. The whole process there (done correctly and carefully) took 50 minutes for both hands and drying. I highly recommend you NEVER get nails done by this woman as you will hurt someone you care about or yourself.

Not much needs to be said about this place, the shear fact that you almost cant get a walk in anymore, is a testament to how great of a job they do.
