I am very very disappointed! I have brought my family here a few times and never had this issue. The tech did not put the right size tip on my nail so part of my nail on multiple fingers are showing. My jewels are uneven on my toes and hands. My nails are uneven some are much longer than others. She was rushing when people started coming in and we made an appointment dew to it being my birthday and we wanted it to be a fun non rushed experience. None of the people working on us offered us drinks very silent and the tech working on my nails did not try to engage in conversation. Im not one to complain but I dont get to do this often i wanted to enjoy it. I just want them to know so they can fix the problem so future clients can have a better experience.

Extremely disappointed, not only I was rushed, but the lady didn’t even cut my toe nails and barely removed the cuticle and the slain around the toe nails. Some calluses particularly non my right heel was not removed. I have to do a home pedicure now after having paid these people $45.00Previous owners really took care of customers. Now, is all about making money with the least amount of effort and as fast as possible.

I started coming here for Nancy when she switched nail salons. She is one of the best and can always complete my requests on my Nails. Not sure of the other women’s names but they give a very good pedicure. A little pricey, but I rather pay for good quality.

Do NOT come here please!! Theyre super rude they do not acknowledge you at all. I actually came here a few years ago and yeah theyre still the same like I said I dont recommend coming here and the only reason why we came here was because our nail tech was out for vacation and this weekend is my sisters birthday and we decided to give them another try and yeah never coming back here again. My poor sister who is special needs was super nice to them and they ignored her.

You know, I continue to come here and bring business here but I can’t stand that not one of these ladies know me. They fight over when I need a new set but once I need a break and an actual manicure where you can clearly see my in grown and cuticles need to be cut out and they don’t want to help. And then complain in their language “ohhh big spender.” When I don’t want to leave a tip because she clearly knows she didn’t sit and do the job that she chose to do. I don’t mind spending a big tip but that’s only if they’re nice enough to do that job of cleaning up my nails and making them actually look nice EVEN IF A BASIC MANICURE.I’m not saying don’t go here, I just wish they would have a better attitude, even if it’s a one person slow day. I wouldn’t mind dropping $100 on a good pedi and mani if they actually worked for it.

Do not come here. They are all so rude to me everytime I come and they charge so much for everything! A simple set I was charged $75!!! My nails aren’t even long either. I didn’t like the butterfly the lady picked out for me and when I told her she gave me a death stare. I will NOT be coming back. Don’t waste your money here. Other places are better and nicer!

Convenient location. The service was good, but the hospitality is somewhat lacking. If I need a last minute spot, they’ll get the job done and do a decent job. But I wouldn’t go for regular pampering.

I would definitely recommend NOT going to Amour nails, the woman who did my nails was in an obvious rush. She scraped & cut all my cuticles to the point I started to bleed & then would pull my hands if I flinched in pain. So needless to say - lesson & experience learned I will NOT be returning. My nails had to be redone by professional @Kimmys nails! Thank goodness they were able to help me. Hope no one has to endure the same problem. 💅💅

Ive been to pretty much every salon in the surrounding area within the last two years and this is the only one that has made me want to come back. Ti (spelling?) is absolutely AMAZING. Shes the only nail tech Ive ever had who I can have a conversation with, which I love! She always remembers me when I go in and she knows exactly what I want. The first time I went to her I didnt know what color I wanted and she was very patient in helping me choose. Shes very obviously passionate about what she does and IT SHOWS in her work! I love love love how my nails turn out every time!

My nail tech was Tee I love going to her she is sweet,funny,and witty. She makes you feel comfortable and does beautiful nail art. Today she made me cow prints LOVED it. I highly recommend this place it is worth it plus they have the cleanest restroom I’ve ever been to.

I will never go back to this place again. Me and my two year old daughter was getting our nails done. The nail tech Mybi was extremely rude. She kept fussing at my daughter to be still. My daughter was not moving. Mybi got mad and grabbed my daughter arm and continued to yell. The manager did nothing to help. Very unprofessional and how they talk to customers.

They were quick to attend to us. Clean and effective. Beautiful results that last! Definitely recommend

I got dip for the first time ever here and it was such a bad job! Its only been 10 days and I have 3 nails that have been chipped! Its suppose to last 3 weeks! I will never come here again & I dont recommend this place at all! Plus the station I was at was very dirty 😡

If I had a choice I would rate them a ZERO this is not a clean please, guest eating on work area, not washing their hands and rude people. If your unhappy with your job they should look a different career. I will not be back

I called prior to arrival the receptionist and sign said no wait. I waited 25 mins for services just for a new set. I was next and no one was in front of me. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable from the whole time. Mybai did not offer a drink like menu says.Mind you it’s Super Bowl Sunday! Hospitality no way. I really needed my nails done. I spent $35 and Mybai tried to upsell services no thank you. Right in the middle of applying my nails she said I have to make the choice of gel or regular polish. The acrylic was still wet lol. Just an overall horrible experience. So my bf was sitting in the waiting area and another nail tech told a lady sit here were it’s comfortable. Keep in mind a lady didn’t have a problem and just walked in. My nails are embarrassing just know never again! I’m so sad my nails are ugly, thick and big just shapeless. Remember money is power. This is my story.Mybai you did my nails horrible and treated me and my bf very bad. Through the whole service I never once complain. It’s a never ending battle if you understand. I will continue to pray for you and I even left you a tip. You are beautiful and singing voice is beautiful but inside I’m not sure but not here to judge. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done after a long work week. I hope others will never experience this day. Stay beautiful ladies!

Absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for over a year now. They always do an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. This was the first time I had an issue with my polish and they fixed it for me without any hassle. Wonderful customer service and definitely make me feel welcomed every time!

I LOVE B... I lived up the street but I’ve since moved and I still drive the 15min and wait for her!!! I recommend making an appointment ahead of time because she is always busy!!! She does amazing FAST WORK!!!! I’ve finally found my nail shop and I’ve been looking for about five years!!! :) her nail shaping is perfect and her nail creations are beautiful!!!

They do really good nails here my only complaint is it is always SO HOT there!!! Especially w customers having to wear a mask please turn on the AC

I absolutely love this place! The woman with bangs (I keep forgetting to get her name) is by far my favorite. I’ve never gone back to the same salon twice until I went here! The only thing is, make sure you have some extra time. They are well worth the wait, as each person takes their time to make sure they’re doing a great job.

HIDDEN GEM!!!!! This was my first visit and I was blown away! This salon has the best massage chairs. I loved the decor because it truly felt like a spa. The prices were decent too. I appreciated the sterile tools, the extra hot towel to cover my toes during the pedicure, and the overall atmosphere of the place. The ladies were kind and very attentive. $35 for a deluxe pedicure. This is my new favorite spot!

This is by far my favorite nail salon to go to. After a visit to this place, I havent been anywhere else. My daughter and I are always treated like family here. My and the other girls are always so welcoming and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and a beverage of our choice. Everything here is always sterilized and comes out of a fresh package. Even the pedicure tubs are lined with a disposable plastic lining after each pedicure and Im really picky about my feet. Our nails always get compliments. Really happy for the owners as they have just renovated and moved to the suite next door. Everything is new, beautiful, and always clean. Well never go anywhere else. These are not our nail techs, they have become family.

This place deserves 0 stars. The owner here gips peoples money. They may have a lot of positive reviews but my experience was the worst nail salon experience ever. And Ive never had a bad nail experience any where, EVER. I came to this place and asked for a simple French Manicure, no fake nails, no shellac. It was my fault that I didnt ask how much that would be upfront but because Im so used to French Manicures being no more than $17-$25. The owner did my nails and charged me $35. I paid simply thinking that that was their regular price for French Manicures. So I called their store the next day and asked them How much is it for a simple French Manicure and she said $18. I was like, nope, Im totally getting my money back. So I go back to the salon to tell them that they charged me $35 dollars for an $18 French Manicure and the owner lied and said I asked for Shellac. I told her I didnt and that I had just wanted a regular. We continued to dispute until I got the message that she wasnt going to give me my money back. I walked out and here I am now. Be careful coming to this place because the owner is greedy and if you dont like what they do to your nails, they probably wont be giving you your money back and not to mention they trick people into being overcharged (like me). I dont do bad reviews but this place deserves a giant thumbs down.

I go here all the time and today our appointment was 2:45 they didn’t get us back until 3:15 and they took my mom back and then sat me across the pedicure station and took another girl and i have to sit here and wait for the lady to finish a pedicure and the lady they took walked in way after us.Critical: Quality, Value. the lady did my pedicure didnt remove any dead skin around the nail bed and the painting was very poor. I’m very disappointed how they handled themselves.

I always go with Sarah and Mybi to get my nails done. Ive followed them from there former location to here because they do an amazing job. So professional! Even when I had a nail polish chip they would fix it for me as long as it was within the wk it happened. Even my daughter only lets her nails get done by them. If you were to come to this location I highly recommend seeing them. Make an appointment though because sometimes they are booked. But for sure your will not be sorry !!

Workers are very rude and snappy . I came in for a full set and they pushed me and my friend out before our nails had even dried. Set didn’t last even a week before nails started popping off and paint chipping. I came in to get my set fixed and the lady was unbelievably RUDE. I would NOT recommend this shop to anybody .

I moved to Texas recently and needed to find a new nail tech ASAP. A friend recommend I come check this place out and told me to specifically see Mybi. I listened, and I am so happy I did. Mybi is incredible at what she does. I have been back 4 times since my first visit and have left happy every single time. I show her a photo and she replicates it perfectly!! She shapes my nails SO beautifully and takes her time, every time.We always have so much fun and sometimes even start crying from how hard we laugh together, it always feels as if Im visiting an old friend :) The shop is clean, beautiful and has a very peaceful vibe to it. Im very happy I found them!

Clean facility and reasonably priced. Emily was my technician; she was very thorough, did a good job and was easy to talk to. I would recommend and will go back.

I have come a few times and received great service. I have only gotten Shellac so I cant comment on other services. I usually Shellac my nails and toes to match and they have done a wonderful job!

This was the *WORST* mani/pedi I ever had. French manicure, the White tips is very bumpy, overlay is not fully cover my nails. My pedi feels rough, he used a cheese grater on me. . I left with nails that had large gaps. And after less than 4 days there was lifting, and I’m not rough on my nails. Not worth the amount of money that I paid expecting them to last longer than a few days. Not happy at all!

My nail technician is AWESOME, Mybi does the most fabulous work on my daughter and my nails, I feel like I’m cheating on her if I have to go somewhere else if I’m not home and I break a nail, I love being able to make an appointment and not have to wait, time is very important to me and she never keeps me longer than needed(unless we’re gabbing LOL), she is the best🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I came on friday, my nail polish came off 2 days after my manicure and the lady who did was little afraid of doing her job. The technician clipped my cuticles so short they started bleeding and then whatever she put on them afterwards stung like hell.I am still in disbelief over my experience at this place.Not planning going back.

Worst experience Ive ever had!!!!! I specifically said not to cut my nails too short and she cut them to the quick. Im not sure they know how to speak English. I will never go back. I also dont think they sterilize their instruments with heat. I am in an industry where I know what a sterilized bag looks like because one of the arrows on the back is supposed to turn a dark color depending on what kind of heat sterilization they use. The arrows were still blue and pink....means not sterilized by heat. I worry about infection since she cut everything soooo short and into my skin.Beware!!!!!

I went to this place today to get my eyebrows done and the lady was incredibly rude. She was mad because I asked her to get a new towel so that I could lay on since the one that was there looked used and dirty. She kept asking if I wanted my nails done, over and over... no means no lady! not just that but she also kept saying I had a mustache and. needed to get it waxed...( I dont have a mustache) she kept telling me things, each trying to make a sale and rearing me down. horrible service by her, never will I go back.

Asked for a glass of wine and it smelled very foul! Like fish! They obviously didnt even noticed that it stunk. They probably kept the glasses in the fridge with frozen fish. Service was eh. They started my pedicure and then when they were half way done they asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. This place sucks for the price.

Horrible!!! Do not go here. I spent an hour and a half here to get a fill before I even had them paint my nails. They kept waiting on other customers in between. I eventually gave up and paid for my service without my nails getting painted. They also tried telling me I needed a new set every few fills. Do not go here!!!
