Tee is the BEST nail tech I’ve ever had!! After a bad experience with the last nail tech I found on Instagram, I gave Tee a try and she DIDN’T disappoint! Never a bad encounter with her. She is so friendly and takes her time when it comes to nail designs! The Salon in general is wonderful! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they try to engage in conversation with you! All of them are so easy to talk to and it’s a nice environment in general!

I only trust her with my nails for almost 2 years now .T brings your vision to life with her own little touch .❤️ My nails last to for 2-3 weeks without breaking or coming off which is incredible compared to a lot of salons. Terrible experience. Had inspo pics told him I wanted coffin shape, obviously did not get it. Paid 112 dollars for myself and my daughter to get matching nails and this is what I got, square tip. To top it all off the lady filing my nails cut my thumb with the file, laughed about it, and still charged full price. I was so ready to leave so I paid. Would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!

We walked in for two pedicures around 10am. We were immediately greeted and seated. They offered us drinks and snacks. Our technicians were Tim and Tina. They did an amazing job! They took their time, great attention to details and professional. They ensured we were comfortable and satisfied with our services before we checked out. The foot massage was A+. Next time Im in San Antonio I will be at infinity nails to take care of my hands and feet 💅🏾

I ♥️ this nail salon as the owner and the other nail artists are very nice and accommodating. I’m always receiving compliments on my nails regarding perfect shape and design💅🏾. They can do long or short and the pedis👣 are so relaxing🙆🏾‍♀️! I highly encourage to try!

I literally got those done yesterday & they already look bad :/. I don’t know if it was just the nail tech that did my nails but, she rushed through my full set, didn’t take the time to file down the nail so my nails turned out super thick. Also as you can see she didn’t file the bottom of the nail that also makes them look bulky. Just did not have a good experience as my first time there and won’t be going back.

Tee is a master nail tech and provides a very professional environment with the best nail art in SA!! She is so talented and does amazing art designs!! The rest of her staff are friendly and they treat their customers like family. I absolutely love my time there every appointment.

I got my nails done by T and she was rude! For no reason! And I guess won’t let me go back to her. She asked me how my nails looked before they were finished. I gave an honest response, that I thought they would be clear and she rudely put clear polish on one of the nails and said “see? Clear” so rude for no reason. Sometimes people are not going to like their nails and that’s okay! But she asked me before it was done! I still paid and tipped her and wish I didn’t tip her at all. It was so unnecessary and I would have still booked her if she wasn’t rude. I’m taking my business elsewhere and advising everyone to not go to her or this place.

The first experience here was great. That’s why today’s experience threw me for a loop. I’ve been here a total of 3 times. The first and second experience here was fine. On my second time here while Lam provided friendly service he messed my nails up. My nails were cricket, breaking and cracking within 2 days. T was on vacation at the time, but stated when she came back she would be willing to fix my nails. I went in today(08-24-2021), so that T could fix my nails. When I stepped in the door I could tell T had a slight attitude. She didn’t greet me, and was very dry. She was friendly, and accommodating with everyone else but me. I overlooked it and allowed her to work on my nails, big mistake. During the short time that she worked on my nails, she was yanking, and twisting my hand, and doing my nails very aggressively then played innocent when I confronted her. The final straw was when she snatched the hand rest cushion from underneath my hand. That’s when I stopped her from doing my nails and asked her what is the issue? She played like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I proceed to let her know she was out of line, that her actions toward me were unacceptable and unprofessional and that I would not tolerate that treatment. With my unfinished nails I grabbed my things and walked out. I was shocked because T was so sweet and friendly at first. T showed her true colors, she was very rude and cold. I would NEVER recommend anybody to come here, they hate CORRECTION.Response to owner- I told the truth and nothing but the truth, what would I gain from lying? I said T was willing to fix them, never denied that. T was on vacation when my nails were done and when they started breaking, so I had to wait. I paid $65 for a fill with Lam, and they started breaking within 2 days. I texted T immediately (within 2 days from my fill) and sent T pics of my messed up nails, you want me to post our text thread? Within 5 days majority of them had either popped off, or broke. So T had no choice but to do a new set. Her stating that she would fix them wasn’t the issue, the issue is that T was very unprofessional today and was doing my nails aggressively and with an attitude. So I spoke up and corrected her unprofessional behavior. T did not finish my nails today. The shaping, and filing was not complete, nor the top coat because I walked Out, and left. This place is very unprofessional, look at the response. I stand by my statement you all don’t like correction. For the record, After I left a post about my negative experience yesterday(08/24/2021), T started sending people to do forced fake reviews. T asked me to do the same before, when someone else left her a bad review. T would rather do that than be held accountable.

I heard so many good reviews on this nail salon so I thought I’d go here since my usual nail tech is sick at the moment. I came to get my nails done for my vacation in 3 days. The woman who did my nails seemed like she couldn’t do anything I wanted. The shape she did was terrible, looked nothing like the picture I asked for. My nails are different lengths & the shape was crooked & she had the audacity to blame it on my fingers being crooked, when in actuality she just can’t shape nails right. I’ve gotten my nails done in the “coffin” style multiple times and they’ve never been crooked. Then they knew I wasn’t satisfied and I still had to pay $70 for nails that look awful. If I could give no stars I would. I’m getting these taken off asap!

I don’t know what products the nail tech used but the nails and the color started to chip after only a week of getting them done.. it was a set of acrylic ombré and I’m not sure if the stuff he used was the correct thing or if it was just a bad day for him but I don’t think they should look the way they do.. one of my nails has almost the entire top coat off and the color also chipped off.. I haven’t been doing outside work with my hands for something like this to happen. Kinda disappointed… :(

They did a great job with the pedicures... But they seem to be overbooked every time we go in, sitting around for more than an hour before anyone even got to us was frustrating when we actually called ahead and booked a slot!

Unfortunately, take your business else where. I got my nails done this morning and called 10 minutes after leaving (I couldn’t stay any longer after 1.5 hours for dip due to another commitment) to tell them I needed to please come back to switch out the color. One of the power top coats made my nails look like pepto... they told me to come in and they would fix it. I arrived and waited for 25 minutes before asking how long fixing my nails would take due to another commitment I had to get to. I suppose she didn’t understand what I had asked to have fixed and she said I would have to pay the full $50 again if I wanted to change the color... I left and drove quickly to other salons I had heard about but they were all closing. Both salons I visited looked at my nails and were shocked that Infinity let me walk out of the salon with dip glue around my skin and extra polish on my skin- not to mention the color looked horrible. They were also shocked to find out that I was asked to pay full price again. I’ve been to this salon at least 5 times prior to this and each other time was okay. Nice color selection but that’s about it. Since I first visited the ratings were around 4.5.... you can obviously see that something has changed based on the reviews alone. I will not be going back and telling my friends, who I recommended going there, to go somewhere else.

Anything but relaxing. As Im sitting here witnessing how the ladies giving my husband and I pedicures are far more interested in their conversation than rendering paid services. In addition, there seems to be remodeling/painting getting done during business hours and it too seems its okay for the painting crew to disrupt what is supposed to be a relaxing time for paying customers by loudly chilling out in the pedicure area- seems like it doubles as the staff lounge since Ive witnessed eating and sleeping going on. Unprofessional is an understatement. We definitely will not be returning to this pathetic excuse of a spa. We did address the issues with one of the workers who spoke English and she said she understood, but really? Did she? Im thinking if she did understand good customer service she would have said something to those non-paying customers lounging around. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been going here for years and they never disappoint me! For the past two months, I have been out of state so I had to get my nails done with strangers. Im back home now so I rushed to Infinity nails today before they close because nobody provides quality service like they do! Oh how I missed getting my nails done at Infinity! Will be back next week for a pedicure!

I have been getting my nails done at Infinity Nail & Spa for nearly 5 years and it is the only salon I will go to! I usually get a dip powder manicure and a regular polish pedicure. My nails are flawless every time, no matter which nail technician does them. They are always the perfect shape I request and I never have any complaints. My manicures typically last 4 weeks. I appreciate everyones attention to detail and how quickly they work. Kelly is the best! She will treat you like family!

I always am completely satisfied with the services here. Kelly is amazing and I have always left happy with the variety of services they offer. Even when busy or I have to come in last minute they are always very accommodating and work with what I need. Once I found this place, Ive made it a point to not go anywhere else.

I have been going to the salon since they opened. Kelly has expanded her salon services over the years and I continue to be amazed! The anti-aging facial treatments have now made this 40yr old, looking 25!!!

I went in at 6pm on a Saturday when they close at 8:30. Nobody else was there and Holly seemed very annoyed that I was there. She rushed my manicure while I was getting a pedicure, asked me to turn off the massage chair, did not do any of the manicure part other than paint my nails and was very rude. I love this place but will not have Holly do my nails again.

I went in for a solar pink and white fill with a slight curve on my nails. Well... my nails are flat and not smooth. :( I was also charged $5 extra because my nails are pointy. If they wouldve told me beforehand that they couldnt do a curve, I couldve gone elsewhere and been satisfied. The tech also worked the drill much faster than what Im used to and it was painful.

Nice facility, no wait, good pedicure, nice chairs. Only thing that took away a star is the nail salon smell. They are probably used to it but the chemical smell is strong and needs more ventilation

This has been my go-to salon since the week they opened. Kelly and Hong and crew have been wonderful and accomodating. The salon is always spotless and serene, and Ive always been satisfied with the services provided!

They did excellent work on my daughters and mine pedicures! The atmosphere was so relaxing! I plan to try more of their services!

Worst nails Ive ever gotten! I wanted matte black dip, but got a dull smokey grey that started peeling the second I washed my hands. To top it off, the lady up front was rude! I went back and they just put on another coat of the same crappy matte polish and made it lumpy and nasty, and again the lady was rude and said, I told you matte peels. Uhh if you dont have the right color and dont know how to do matte right then say that! As I sat there waiting another girl came in saying her nail chipped. I was so excited for my Halloween nails, but this was so disappointing! I wont be going back!

Great place to get spa pedicure and manicures and fills. I use Kelly for fills and Nikki for my spa pedicure. Very clean place - they seem to use all of the safety precautions for nail studios. Each month, they have a special on one type of spa treatment - this past week was using NuSkin products. 3 weeks ago - it was a cappacino foot rub with salt scrub, hot rock treatment and wax. I was there for over an hour and enjoyed it better than a massage. The staff is friendly; the store is clean.

First time I went and it was Horrible! “Andy” cut off a piece of my skin from my index finger with a pair of scissors, and also scratched off the skin to my thumb! My nails are all uneven but they were acting like they were the best nails he’s done. Never ever going back

Not Satisfied at all! Lumps all over my nails. Shaped horribly and the lady also made me bleed ! Whoever did my nails does not know how use the dipping powder correctly ! I got them pink and I have white patches all over them as well !

I went here recently to get my nails done for my wedding day. The lady who attended me rushed everything pedicure and my acrylic powder nails.They came out bubbly and the tips were sooo uneven if I wanted them fixed I would have had to remove them and start over. It was expensive which is fine when they do a good job. It was rushed my nails are sore and they didn’t fix my issueThe only person I reccomend at this place is Katy. She was able to smooth out my nails but didn’t understand the other issue I wanted fixed.I’m sorry to give a bad review but I’m highly disappointed in the nails I had to wear on my wedding day. Not to mentioned 3 people walked in asking to get their nails fixed because they broke within a day or two.

The renovations are nice but the quality in nails went way down hill! The color I picked for my shilac pedicure wasnt even close to what I had chosen. When I said commented on it the guy who was giving me a pedi got mad and started scraping the polish off and sliced my cutical! My toe started bleeding then he apologized and still charged me full price. $65 pedicure was so not worth it. Never going back.
