When I call back, my calls go straight to voicemail.Unless the owners are discriminatory and sexist (which is an entirely different issue), theres no reason that people should be having such a varied experience with a pretty straight forward service. You call, they unlock your stuff, you pay around the price of what you were quoted, and you go on with your day. If you have questions about the legitimacy of the service, you should be able to call and get answers. These guys just lie and evade. It is truly disgusting to take advantage of people this way and they should be ashamed of what theyre doing to unsuspecting people in already stressful situations. I called Immediate Response Locksmith at 6:30 this morning after I realized my keys were in my car. I was told it would be $25 for the trip and $25/hour and key. I asked for more clarification on other charges and nothing was given, so I turned down an $86 locksmith through Progressive.The tech showed up after 7:30 (despite claims on the website that they arrive in 30 minutes) in an unmarked van wearing regular clothes, also contrary to the websites stated policy (both of these things are notorious for locksmith fraud) After paperwork, the locksmith had my car open on the first try in literally thirty seconds. I was charged $139 ($74 for unlock car, $20 for the trip charge, and $45 for tools). They claim to be a professional service but there is no way to escalate complaints beyond the dispatcher because there is apparently no manager or possibly any other person in the company than Colby or Peter who I cannot say anything about because the dispatcher also doesnt know any of the names of any technicians they are in contact with. The dispatcher didnt even ask me for my information to pass on to the manager, even though he said he would escalate my issue. When my boyfriend called and asked the dispatcher to repeat his name to make sure they had our correct information, he was hung up on and his number was blocked. They have now blocked my phone number as well.I read the reviews for this company before I called and feel as though many of them are paid or fraudulent, or that the person who attended my situation this morning was not a part of this company at all. Ive reported them to the BBB as well as informed anyone on my social media platforms that this is an incredibly deceitful, dishonest, and irresponsible company to do business with. I am less concerned about paying $50-100 more than I expected than I am with the complete refusal to explain, escalate, or resolve the situation. Again, its completely insane to me that this company has blocked my calls after a polite inquiry about unanticipated charges -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

I called Immediate Response to reprogram a key an fob that I already had for my truck. The dispatch operator told me a technician would arrive in 20 minutes and new keys start at $120 plus a trip fee. She assured me our cost would be less because I already had a key and that the tech would confirm the price on his way. I called back an hour later because I had not heard back from the tech. Twenty minutes after that, he called me and said he would arrive in another 20 minutes and could not give me a price over the phone. When he arrived on site, he took my credit card prior to completing work and billed me $140 for less than 2 minutes of work, I asked if I could purchase an additional key at that time and he said it would be an additional $140. Slow, aggravating, poor communication, and expensive.

I had worked done before with them and was very satisfied. So reached out to them to install two smart locks, they were able to come earlier than the time scheduled which works out nice for us. They installation went smoothly and I am very happy from the results. Thank you!

Used this company after the high star rating and good reviews along with a better price than most places, but it was ridiculous waiting three hours to get someone out to assist when they quoted an hour. Than the person they did send wasn’t even for my vehicle even though over the phone they asked for my trucks details the person they sent was for housing door lock. I’ve called but three times now and each time they’ve said a technician will contact you shortly or we’ll get with our manager and I never heard back so that’s that.

Don’t EVER use this garbage company! This morning they quoted my gf $50 to unlock her car and then charged her $140 for a 2 second job. When both of us called the were dismissive at best. This place is a scam. Don’t use them.

After their inability to get a technician to me same day, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Almost an hour after the appointment window, I still hadnt heard from them, or seen the tech. When I tried to call them, the person on the phone said he was going to speak to a manager, and call me back. Yeah, that never happened either. Do not bother with these guys. Customer service is not in their wheelhouse.

I had called to get a quote, was just quoted around $50, locksmith lady came and quoted me for $100. Definitely not expecting that much. Speedy service for sure though, appreciate the speed of service but not the charge when I was told lower than a hundred.

I was qouted 45.00 for a vehicle lock out service over the phone. Upon locksmith arrival she stated that due to how time consuming f350s are to unlock the price would increase to 100.00. After about 3 minutes the door was opened. This falls into the Deceptive Practices Act. Just provide a honest service.

Peter was able to hand pick the rear trunk lock on my 2012 Chevy Corvette to gain access to my weak battery key fob inside. My wife locked house keys in the house and no way to access. Called Immediate Response Locksmith on a Sunday afternoon. I needed assistance installing a LOCKLY entryway lock/device. When I contacted this company and explained my situation I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. This was a relief considering another company I contacted refused to install the type of lock I had. A technician, Peter contacted me to schedule an appointment the same day. The service technician was on time as planned and although we had some initial set up issues with the equipment they were able to come by the next day and fix the the problem. Also, the cost of installation was much more reasonable than I expected. Will highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place!Called many places to see if they could make a motorcycle key cause I had lost mine and did not have a spare that was accessible. I called maybe 6-7 places and NONE OF THEM made motorcycle keys EXCEPT this one! The price went from $150 to “how much are you willing to pay” to $60, would not recommend and the job was fairly easy considering it only takes a split second to stick a tool in the side and pull.

I called to schedule a time to get some locks re-keyed a few days in advance. On the scheduled day, I got a call about 30 minutes before the locksmith arrived. The locksmith, Pete, showed up on time and promptly went to work. He was able to provide additional keys as well, which saved me a trip to the hardware store. I too was quoted $10 for Tech to come out and Labor at $45 for unlock service. Tech got there with slim Jim and quoted $100. He asked about Cash or Credit. Turned him away. Called number back and was told STARTING LABOR. We refused service felt there was a play on words and felt scammed. Shame people taking advantage of how desperate people are. Still trying to figure out what $45 in labor gets you. Not trustworthy!
