The key that was made worked well & I liked the different color options. The machine though seemed to be having a challenge working properly because I asked for a quantity of 2 and then also tried to make a second key using a second transaction but it didn’t work. That is the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars. Overall though I was happy to be able to get at least one key copied in a matter of 6 minutes while I was already at the store.

Disappoint! Got locked out of my vehicle. I called this company because it was close to were I was stuck. Overall it took them about an hour to get to me. They charged me 200$ just to open the door. $100 labor + $30 trip fee + $65 dispatcher fee. It would of been cheaper if I just had broke the window myself.

They outrageously overcharged to break open a lock. Extremely unprofessional calling services. The partner didnt give any information while I asked how much I was going to be charged. When the maintenance person came in, he told me that he will let me know of the charges after finishing all the work. Taking undue advantage, he charged me thrice the amount which he should have charged me. They delivered wrong service as he could have easily made a new key, instead he break open my lock.Absolutely not recommended, beware!

He was aggressive and unprofessional. He also made me feel uncomfortable by looking at me up and down.I got locked out of my own car. I called this company and put me in contact with the locksmith, I told him my year and model. He told me it starts at $45 and not more than $80. He then got to my location and told me it would be $110 then moved it up to $121 because of a card fee? By then, I just wanted to look over my payment before I agreed and he started to raise his voice at me and my roommate. My roommate and I are both small females and I was taken back by his behavior because he was speaking very aggressive to us. I only wanted to review my payment. I truly felt he was being aggressive because we were small females and he just left.I would not recommend, first and last time.
