The staff person was able to assist me in finding the right battery for home phone. They shared with me that it was not the right fit, I can return the battery without issue.

I know absolutely nothing about cars but found the right battery for my husbands car on their website, checked all the specifications were correct, but somehow managed to add the wrong battery to my cart without realizing. My husbands number and email were the ones receiving the updates and he never realized the error. It took two weeks for the battery to be ready for pickup. Picked it up, traded in our old battery for $16, brought the new battery home, and realized it was the wrong one. I called and explained that Id accidentally ordered the wrong one, asked if they had the same one but for our car in stock, and if we could just do a swap. They said that was fine. My husband got there and they didnt have the same battery but for our car in stock. My husband asked to just return the incorrect one then, and they didnt want to take it back. They charged us $20 to return it, we didnt get our old battery back, and now I have to hear about how I cost us time and money because I insisted we buy from this place since it seemed like the best deal. They got their untouched battery back to resell within two hours of us picking it up, AND got an additional profit on it, and we had to get a battery from elsewhere and spend an additional $40 more than we had here. I made a mistake in not reviewing my order, but their returns policy says absolutely nothing about charging a $20 fee for returns on a completely unused product (and one that was picked up just a couple of hours earlier and that didnt fit our vehicle so obviously wouldnt have been installed and used).

People are okay. My biggest issue is they wont sell light bulbs without full name and number. Ridiculous!!They claim its for the warranty, all I should need is the receipt.I did not buy from them. Ill shop at Home Depot, Walmart, H.E.B., etc. I have options and these fools need to realize that.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is conveniently close and they had my 12v battery ready for pick up right away. The alternative would have been to order online from other establishments, but it would have taken a week for delivery. I am so glad to have a Batteries Plus Bulbs in my neighborhood----service was great!

So I bought a battery from them and it did not last long and I I have the receipt and I still have 5 more days to bring it back and they told me it was under warranty so because the battery was low when I brought it back they told me that they have to see if the charger it to come back to give me my money back or give me a new battery so theres really no point of the warranty if the battery does not recharge back so it does not make sense I am not happy with this place I do not recommend them but hopefully Ill give my money back.

I had a hard time finding this place and its because the directions look weird on the map. It shows it by painting with a twist, but its around the other side.Was really easy, and it was nice to find a place to recycle things like lithium ion batteries etc. Looked like a nice shop, friendly staff. Just a FYI despite being listed on 1800RECYCLE as a place that accepts dead alkaline batteries, they are not.

Its May 2020 and bought two group 24 Duracell Deep Cycle trolling motor batteries, no contact curbside pickup. We get them home and Ive got two 7 month old batteries dated October 2019. Thats not even close to current, definitely wont bother buying from you again.

I recently took my galaxy S5 here to replace a faulty charge port, upon return i noticed the screen glitching to where it would select and open aps at random without being touched. I immediately returned my phone and reported the problem to an employee I was told the part replaced was faulty and i would have to drive to another store location where they could fix the problem. The issue was fixed at the second location however after further inspection of my phone i notice my headphone jack would not work (everything on the phone was working prior to my visit except the charge port) . I returned to this location yet again to only be told that they did not touch the head phone jack and nothing else could be done to help me i was referred to a third party company in order to get the repair done on the headphone jack keep in mind i spent $80 on the current repair. I would suggest going to a more competent phone repair shop and save yourself some gas and time.
