DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!They wanted to charge me $499 just to unlock my front door which took him less than 5 minutes. I got them down to $200 and I went ahead and used them since I needed in my house. The guy said he was on his way but didnt mention he was coming from Seguin! If I knew it would be an hour and a half I would have called someone else! Wasnt straight or honest about anything!!
Nothing good came out of ordering for this company. It was such a bad experience that I had to pay more than I shouldve. The site quoted $35 for fixing my doorknob cause it wasnt locking as it should be after one loud smash of the door. Their locksmith quickly came, but it was only for a mere moment that we had a discussion. The thing is we waited almost 2 hours for this to get fixed, only to see that after the locksmith had not done his job properly. Our doorknob just came back the way it was. I called their company, only to get hold off the phone. I tried calling them a lot of times, but they never answered back to me. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS ALREADY, and I have never heard from them ever again. I demand a refund on this, or I will file a complaint.
Terrible experience...I was quoted $65 and ended up with a $410 bill. When I tried to dispute it they said it would go up to $2000. DO NOT USE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I lost my keys to my car a few days ago and I needed to go to Home Depot to look for some furniture. I tried looking for it everywhere around the house, but it was nowhere to be found. I thought of contacting a locksmith to unlock my car while availing for a new key for my Mazda. I thought at first that their price was really affordable, so I availed them. They came in to my address, but was astounded by the hidden charges they asked me. I agreed since my errand was really urgent, so they went ahead and tried to unlock my car. The guy who came in was not very professional and was not answering all of my questions and inquiries. It was already more than 2 hours ever since I first called a locksmith from them, only to find out that they couldnt unlock my car.
Beware! When you call to get a quote to unlock a house door, you are told $45 and up. The truth is the $45 is for service shop fee, then you pay $35 for trip charge, then you are charged $195 to unlock the door, for a total of $275!! When you call and ask for the cost of unlocking the door, they quote you the $45 service fee, instead of being upfront about the $195. I will never use this business again.
Do not recommend. Refused to give a quote over the phone and then surprise! Its 30 dollars just to come and look at the issue. Quoted us $145 for a VERY simple job. We did not use the service.
Paid $300 for keys to my van and the keys dont even unlock the doors! I cannot believe a locksmith company will cut keys that dont even open doors! I want my keys remade. I dont even want my money back. I will be contacting every single department in this company. Joy was supposed to call my husband and I back but no luck and that was almost a week ago. Take veterans hard earned money and then turn your back on them. Horrible business practices.Edit: It is now months later and still no help from the company. I cant even lock my vehicle and they dont care. I am sad I supported a local business and got completely screwed.
Bad address and got hung up on by who ever answered the phone
**DO NOT USE** FRAUDULENT OWNER **STAY AWAY**Quoted me $120 for replacement key, ended up charging over double once he finished.I told him exactly what i wanted, a standard Ford f-150 truck key, and he gave me a Smart key and charged extra for it.Then gave me a cheap non-Ford key (knockoff), and then proceeded to add $100+ in “Fees”, office fees, travel fees, and other ridiculous fees that he never mentioned before.STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE. SCAMMER.
Owner took care of an issue we had. He was open to understanding my young daughter’s situation and offered to help her out. As for unlocking her car, that was professionally done. Thank you sir!!
DO NOT USE this scam of a business!I was quoted $120.00 over the phone for them to make a key for my vehicle. The employee arrived 30 minutes later than agreed. I told him that I only needed a standard regular dumb key and not a smart key. After he was finished, he gave me a smart key and a bill totalling $484.00! There were various fees (office fee $29, trip fee $75, key fob fee $195, program fee $120, key code fee $65) that he did not inform me of during our phone call or in any conversation since he arrived at my house and began working. When questioned about the various fees, he gave illogical and/or incomprehensible answers, such as its only $29, thats how much it costs, etc. After he left, I realized then that the key did not function as he had told me that it would, and that he gave me a cheap aftermarket key, not an oem Ford key which is what I paid for. I also realized that he had changed the code to the doors without informing me, so now my original key fobs do not work.**A couple of other things to know - when trying to negotiate with him, he pretends to be the technician and that he has to talk to his supervisor and/or the boss, but he is all three.**I have talked to the owner/supervisor/technician several times trying to get either a partial refund or full refund. And when I called him out on his dishonest practices, he made inappropriate and rude comments about my family members. This is something that you would expect from a 15 year immature boy.**If this scam business has wronged you, there are numerous actions that you can take:1)file a complaint with the BBB.org, the Texas Attorney General, the Texas Dept of Public Safety (file a complaint against his license), 2)post your comments on Google and Yelp, 3)dispute the charge with your credit card company, 4)Texas has a state law that legally allows you to request a refund from a business within 3 days if you meet certain requirements, 5)tell as many family and friends as possible, 6)contact TV stations news departments that cover businesses scamming people (KENS Investigates, KSAT Defenders, KMOL Troubleshooters, KABB Problem Solver), 7)consider taking him to either small claims court or file a lawsuit against the business. Please, use anyone but this scam of a business!
*****DO NOT USE*****this company. Ripped off and overcharged. Wish I would have read other reviews before calling. Was quoted $45 and up for vehicle lockout and was actually charged $224 !!! Not my first time be locked out my vehicle but sure is my first time paying that outrageous amount for a 2008 vehicle. Shame on this company for overcharged services!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DAMAGED OUR PROPERTY! The service technician that helped with unlocking our Jeep (locked keys in car) cracked the hardtop and caused damage to our vehicle. After requesting to speak to a manager we were provided with the 800 number where the dispatcher asked us to leave a messages. No manager or owner available to speak with or returning our calls. After our last phone call the dispatcher hung up. We are now in the process of filing a formal complaint and will continue pursuing recovering damages incurred from using their service. DONT TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS COMPANY! IT WILL COST YOU DAMAGES TO YOUR PROPERTY!
Your call center misled me on pricing. She quoted a $19 service call and $19 per rekeyed lock. Turns out its $35 per lock! OUTRAGEOUS!! The fact that the manager wouldnt do anything to straighten this out was especially insulting. Go ANYWHERE else!
I locked my keys inside my house and was stuck outside in the Texas heat with my 3 year old. I called Teamwork and they arrived SUPER fast, but I didnt know how long it would take them to get into the house. The door was opened within minutes! Now I have their number saved in my phone in case this ever happens again. They sure saved me and my little one that day!!
David was the best!!! I locked my keys in the trunk of a newer Camry and he did worked until he was able to get my trunk unlocked. He was quick to show up as well. Very impressed and would definitely use again if needed.
If I could rate ZERO stars and be able to write a review I would!!! I needed to get into my home, it was after midnight and I had just got into town. If I had been charged the amount I was quoted, $45, it would have been fine. Also, there was NO mention of overnight charges. After it was said and done I was charged $383.00 for 10 minutes of work!!! I even mentioned the charge quoted over the phone by the dispatcher, David Joseph and the guy proceeded to unlock my door, THEN said it will be $383.00!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HONEST!! I could have rented a NICE room for WAY less than this.
David is the person I appreciate. He went out of his way to accommodate what I needed. They took great care ensuring that my 2012 Nissan Rogue key was correctly programmed and that it started my vehicle with no hesitation. David arrived quickly after I called Teamwork Locksmith San Antonio for a quote. There were a few glitches in a couple of the programming steps because of the complexity of the key. They worked until it was right and made me new keys and gave me best deal they could. He also said if you have any problems just call and we will make it right! It was a complicated job for the men yet they had tremendous patience and expertise toward the computer programming process, they aligned everything correctly and I am extremely pleased with the overall service. David gave us an honest estimated quote, and had awesome communication and was utmost courteous in all aspects. They did excellent job throughout the entire Service. Hard to find this kind of service anywhere nowadays. Will give my highest recommendation to everyone. Thank you Teamwork Locksmith San Antonio
I don’t understand how this business has good reviews. I got locked out of my house and I was quoted that depending on the difficulty of the lock and how many locks the technician had to work on, the service started at $65. Given that this is not a normal day situation, he left it at that and I thought it was a good starting price. Little did I know that after waiting an hour for the technician to come over and only unlocking ONE SIMPLE DOORKNOB, I was being charged $540 dollars?!?! I called the original phone number and the person on the line responded to my outrage that that the starting price was only for the MILEAGE of the technician. It did not include service fees, and all kinds of costs THAT HE DID NOT SPECIFY WHEN I CALLED ORIGINALLY. AS A COMPANY, it is moral and ethical to let the customer know what they are getting into, ESPECIALLY if the price might spike to $500+.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. IT IS A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with locksmiths.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEcalled my nearest locksmith and this lady said there was a 46 dollar service fee. Lady got here and said it would cost 235 for my car after asking me questions?!?!. I have an old Lexus that is payed in full due to a car accident.(my mom helps me on my car insurance) I guess this lady assumed I had money but currently I havent been working so there was no way I would of been able to pay that. I told her there was no way and she lowered the price to 110. I felt like I didnt have much of a choice so I agreed. She opened my car with a wire for $110!!!!! I feel so ripped off!!!! She tried to make it seem like since I have a Lexus they are harder to open but I dont believe that. She just opened the door from the inside. Whats so special about that! Anyways. I wouldnt go with them.
Would have been 5 stars if it was the price I was quoted. $45.00... not 3x that! The excuse was that it’s a newer car... last time I checked we all drive newer cars. It’s 2019 people. I am grateful to have been helped out. But businesses should not be taking advantage of people in distress..
Was locked out of a house I’m housesitting for and gave these guys a call. I really should’ve read the reviews more thoroughly. Called for a quick estimate beforehand and was quoted high $60-low $100 range. Guy shows up, I explain the situation, tells me it’s going to run around $200. For a residential lockout just to get in?? Seriously??? Had to get in for some pets and after a 15-20 minute service and an unlocked deadbolt, charged $245. No lock replaced or anything. Just to get in. Give someone else a call cause this has gotta be overpriced.Gave an additional star just cause he got the job done.
Great job — was on time!
WARNING BAD COMPANY. Read all reviews.I called Teamwork Locksmith when realize I lost key had just arrived from a flight with my family. On the phone, the operator assured me that the service was affordable and started at $25.00 for service call. The operator would not quote a specific price for the service. When the locksmith showed up, he told me it would cost me $650 to get into my car key. I felt hopeless and l had my sister, disable mother and 4 year old baby waiting at the airport while attending to get my car from airport garage. SURPRISE at this price, as I have never heard of anyone paying more than $100 for a REPLACEMENT KEY. I told him i DID NOT HAVE THE money and ...omg...the action started. He then ask me if I could pay $600, then $475, and so on UNTIL I AGREED.THREE weeks after the key was replaced just doesnt work and called dispatch which conducted our interactions in the most unprofessional matter even denying the technician and to top it they said their service was not guarantee. I am writing this review because I want to help others prevent this companys over pricing, no guarantee service and over pricing services.AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I needed another key for a car that I only had one to. I was afraid of losing this ONE key and being stranded. I had planned on going to the dealer but decided to try a local automotive locksmith. I called these guys ( mistake) and they were at my house very quickly ( I was grateful fo this).. He told me that he would see if they could make the key that I needed but that prices started at 90.00 and he would see what key he could make me and let me know. The next thing I know, he has the key made and is handing to me with a 350.00 charge.. no my price will be this for this type of key or that type of key... like he said. The key was NOT even a key that I could remotely lock or unlock..just a copy of the one that I gave him that will start the engine. I could have gone to Home depot and gotten one for 60, had I known what I was getting into. To me he was clearly using a bait and switch... which is illegal as far as I am aware. I paid it bc I needed the key but clearly was being taken advantage of. My only recourse is this review...please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... go to the dealer, go to Home Depot, go to Angies List ( my next stop) and choose a company that cares about doing an honest job at a fair price.
I worked for this company for a few months in 2017 and I just want to clarify some things. They are intentionally dishonest, they specifically advertise low rates online Starting at $15, or maybe calling it a trip charge....but then will jack the price up significantly on the spot. The owner has it set up to receive jobs through a call center that has shell companies set up all over the place, so you might think youre calling a company 10 minutes away but youre really not. I was directed to lie about how close I was, then blame traffic once I arrived. I was also instructed never to give prices over the phone. Additionally during my training I was literally told Never leave the customer with money in their hand as the head tech at the time proceeded to charge a man living in a hotel room with his 2 daughters over $500 to replace a key on a dodge journey. The man said he didnt have that much money and was original quoted $140 (and up) for the key. The tech ended up settling for all the cash the guy had on him, which was on the high end of 400. The techs they hire are 1099 and are not experienced locksmiths, they have ads on craigslist and hire anyone who applies and can qualify for a license, literally the only requirements. The techs are paid on commission and are essentially forced to charge exorbitant amounts because they only get 15%, so they need it to even survive themselves. It did not take me long to get out of here and once I did they attempted to deny me my final check. They said I had damaged a vehicle but details were sparse on that. I wrote a review previously and the owner bombarded me with phone calls and threatening to sue me if I didnt take it down. However I can see from recent reviews hes still pulling the same scams so I figured I should put up a new one. He might reply denying I ever worked there or some other excuse but everything I wrote here is true. These are bad people preying on people in a bad situation, DO NOT USE THEMAlso Im pretty sure he buys positive reviews
Best service good price 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Getting a replacement key from the dealership was over $150 but I was able to get it here for less than 1/3 of that. The employees were very kind and quick. I only wish I would have known about this business earlier. I got my car washed and an extra car key, very convenient. 👍
My daughter locked her keys in her car and had to get to work. We called Teamwork Locksmith and they responded quickly to open my daughters car. The service was prompt and price was fair. Thanks for helping.
Quick service and everything was amazing! I would most definitely recommend!
Thank you!! David and Tracy. You really saved the day for me. You all were very professional. Price was great. And you took your time and made sure my key worked. I can not thank you enough. Great customer service.
I want to take the time to really pay a compliment to Sam. He came out to help make a key for my car. He couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. Took the time to answer questions besides the task at hand. I highly recommend him and this company. Thank you Sam.
Work was good for a re-keying job but they were NOT clear at all about the price. The job was quoted for $50 minimum with no maximum range. Once the guy arrives and does his job, he said it would be $80 which is fine. Then he adds the mileage it took to get to here, which was from another job out 27 miles! He charged almost $90 for just driving here! THEN there is a 10% fee for not using cash. Their practices are not clear and come off as offensive. The actual work itself was good though...so theres that
UNPROFESSIONAL!! A guy who said his name was Daniel showed up in a T-shirt and jeans with his headphones on. He initially quoted me $45 over the phone to open my door. Only the doorknob was jammed and broken. When he got there he looked me up and down and told me it would be $150 to open my door. At the end of the job, he said $180. There was no lock involved, just the doorknob was jammed. He took my credit card and ran his pencil over it to get the numbers!!! I told him it was illegal to do that! These are gypsies. Beware!!
Teamwork Locksmith is the very best! They were quick and low priced! They really helped me out in a jam. I would recommend them to anyone not looking to pay an arm and a leg for a smart car key!
After a 2 week vacation we realized we locked ourselves out with no garage door opener. David came out after 15 minutes of initial call, a Sunday afternoon, no questions only results!!! Seriously so fast, and easy, professional! Cannot recommend enough!
Wonderful experience. Came in and Tracy was very friendly and accommodating. She had the keys I needed but couldnt cut them due to the machine being broke. Gave me a discount for the inconvenience to come back the next day. Wonderful experience here. Would gladly come back for any of my key needs.
I called TeamWork because I locked the keys in my car one morning. They arrived within 15 minutes of the call and had me on my way within 10 minutes. Tracy, who took my call was so helpful and pleasant. They guys that came were very kind and professional. Pricing was as quoted. Thank you so much!
Excellent service, very fast and courteous. If you need a locksmith, ask for David. He is the best .
Very unreliable, their eta was 20 min out. They showed up and hour past arrival time and couldn’t get my car open. I called a different lock smith. They showed up in 15 and unlocked my car within 15 sec. DONT USE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
They dealt with me very professional... Gave me an extra key free of charge for the wait and took care of me. The roving was cheap and the lady there and I became fast friends... I would recommend and would come again, very good service
I can’t believe how a company would just blatantly lie to you without any remorse. I called today and asked how much they charge for the service of unlocking my house door, the person on the phone said it starts at 45 dlls. Well, the technician gets here with his tools, and quickly opens my door. He proceeds to write my bill and oh my God! The 45 dlls above mentioned was an actual office fee, then also added a trip fee and lastly added 120 dlls for unlocking my door, which didn’t have a deadbolt and wasn’t a big deal or difficult door to open. The total was 204 dlls! I was in disbelief when I saw my bill. The tech ended up taking the trip charge off my bill, which I was appreciative of, but the lies... the lies can’t be taken off!I will never ever consider this company for the future nor will I recommend to friends and family. This company lies and has no respect towards their customers who are already dealing with the stress of being in a not ideal situation. In other words, they take advantage of desperate customers!!
Wow! Fast response and expert service. Thank you so much for the fast fix. Ive found my San Antonio locksmith now. Thanks so much!!
Zero stars. It sure what kind of locks they deal with. Wouldn’t give me an estimate. 45 dollars for an inexperienced young man to come out and say that he would need to drill the door in order to get in. 20 dollars to break the window or 400 for a new door? 65 dollars for two bad experiences but at least I didn’t buy a new door.Call someone else.
He was very sweet and very prompt! I had to be at work and was here in less then 20 mins! He has to be one of the best locksmiths around! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to have their car unlocked or lost their keys like my self! The service was incredible!!!
Teamwork Locksmith @ 1604 & Stone Oak is AWESOME...!!!So convenient and SUPER FAST...!!!!I wanted an extra key made for my Tahoe that had a chip in it and I was SHOCKED at the affordable price.....!The key was made and David personally programed it for me.GREAT SERVICE..!
I was quoted $45 to for a locksmith when the website stated $35 for a car lockout. The locksmith charged me $179!!!! I said “then why was I quoted $45 on the phone?!” His only explanation was “well it’s the weekend and it’s 6pm”. TERRIBLE customer service and pricing. That employee took advantage of a woman stranded on the side of the road.
Pretty ridiculous the price you pay for a 5 minute service. They said it was going to be between $60 and $150 at the most and I got charged $175. Already had the door wedged open as well. I would have rather broke the lock on my vehicle if I knew the price was going to be that high. We also had to hold flashlights and guide the tech as well. Save yourself some money and stay away
They are really good. Our key got stuck in our vehicle and they had us in and out in no time. No long waits what so ever! Awesome work! The guy name is David: very professional.
Teamwork locksmiths saved me a bundle! I had an issue with a Lowe’s quickset passage lock and no one at Lowe’s could help but these guys save the day. Thanks teamwork.
David was very polite, and very expedient with a 20 minute response time. I will continue to use Teamwork for our locksmith needs and happily refer them.Thank you Teamwork!
I locked my keys and phone in my car at a pool that was 90 minutes from my house. I was given their number by one of the lifeguards. After being told the locksmith would be there shortly, the guy showed up over an hour later. He told me it was going to be $180 to unlock my car .When I balked at the price, he said he would check for a coupon on their website. He walked to his car for 2 seconds and then said he could take $20 off. After already waiting for over an hour and needing to get home, I paid it. I was shocked when I checked their website to find that car lockouts start at $35. Im not sure how you go from $35 to $160 but I knew I was getting ripped off when I paid him. These people are crooks. I dont recommend them. My experience with them was terrible.
David showed up within 15 minutes of the initial phone call. Extremely polite, professional, and efficient. Had a new key made and finished the entire service call within 45 minutes. Extremely pleased and will absolutely use again if needed. 5/5 stars.
Locksmith only took a total of 45 min. between time of call and him arriving to do the service. Service was VERY fast and I was able to get into my house within a total of 7 min. He was very respectful and courteous.
He did an amazing job- unlocked a practically impossible to get into lock. Came out super fast within 20 minutes on a Sunday and unlocked within another 20 min. Fantastic!
Tracy manager Terrible terrible.. the guy who fixed our door was great but called to speak to the manager about an issue and she made it clear she had better things to do than listen and fix the issue I was having after my door was fixed. If you call and Tracy answers dont expect her to care about any problem you are having or questions. Shes very rude and aggressive.
My name is Linda, and I just had a wonderful experience with Teamwork Locksmith. The technician, Dave Kfier, did a wonderful job! When you think of the term customer service, Teamwork and Dave come to mind. If I ever need a locksmith again, Teamwork is the only company Ill call.
David was my locksmith. He called 10 minutes after i placed the order. He arrived in about 20 minutes, and throughout he was completely professional, and did a wonderful job. I had my key made in 30 minutes, and i would recommend teamwork locksmith to anyone!
Was quoted $15 and labor beginning at $35 to open my vehicle. They also said they were 15 minutes away, after waiting over an hour the technician finally showed up (in an unmarked car), took 2 minutes to open my car using tools you can buy anywhere, and then charged almost $150 because it had an alarm. He also refused to even show his license, I suspect he didnt have one. He put me on the phone with the very argumentative office clerk. It took a bit of research to even find the name of the company, which they do their best not to tell you, and if I had to guess, I would say most of these positive reviews are bought. I also found out Kens 5 did a story on SCAMMER locksmiths featuring this very company...look up the article, you can hear the very same office lady I spoke with quote then $15 and $35 and up. Do yourself a favor, call literally anybody else
I lost my car keys at work and called Teamwork Locksmith Inc. to use there surveys. As i was talking to them over the phone i was told it would be $110.00 and the tech would be there in about 15-30 minutes. At the time i just needed the key to get home. so 1.5 hours later a called them back to see what going on there the locksmith tech and i was told to sit tight and a technician will be there shortly. 2 hour after the first call i hear something from the technician that he will be there in half hour. so total wait time about 3 hour to get a non program car key from my 2006 jeep was $280.00. also as he was making a key for the car he was talking to me about how bad his day was going. im sorry but i dont care. I ask the technician to see an invoice or anything to see the cost brake down. he had nothing for me. if your website says $99.00 for a program key Fab Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. what was the other $181.00 pay for? (and a got a just a key)
$$$$120 to open partially open car door$$$$ CROOKS!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!Day before yesterday I had an almost identical incident as Ms Lori Wischnewsky so apparently things havent changed from 4 months ago! I also unintentionally locked my keys AND phone in the car but at a gas station so I had an attendant there get me a number to the NEAREST locksmith. After waiting almost an HOUR, I called the office back for an ETA which was another 20 minutes! I asked how much they were going to charge me... starting $45 he said(WORD OF ADVICE: ASK FOR THE MOST THEY CHARGE).I never intended to close my door shut so it was still cracked open. The gap was big enough to stick my fingers through so when a tech finally arrived (7pm), opening the car door only required them to hold open the door with a manual blood pressure cuff looking thing and a long stick to push the handle open from the inside. It took about a minute.ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS PEOPLE!!!They seem to base the charge not on the work they do but on how desperate the customer is... Im a single mother of 2 who had no phone to call someone for help to pick up my little one from the afterschool program so clearly I was desperate!! Would never recommend this company instead I say STAY AWAY!!! THEY PREY ON THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!! SO SHAMEFUL
Good service and good price fest !!!!call only this cumpeny DONT lost your time
Teamwork was great! Friendly and knowledgeable; they were able to open a safe I had lost thd keys to. They even replaced the lock. I will definitely be calling them again!
Great customer service and super fast. I had to ask twice when she told me the price, great deal for my imported car! More than I expected. :)
Awesome company..... Really nice service and awesome service... Best price in town especially for the vehicle that I have.....
Got charged 232 just to have a truck lock picked.. Was told price starts at 69.. When guy shows up he then said it was going to be between 115 to 200.. He never introduced himself or even shook my hand.. Took guy only 5 minutes to unlock.. then he tells me its going to be 215 plus tax.. insanely over priced.. Will never use if i make this mistake again.. Truck wasnt even a 18 wheeler, it was a small straight truck..
Very professional, friendly, and reasonable. They went out of their way to help me with my hard-to-find key replacement, and they even swapped out my cars keyfob battery for free. Nice folks.
Very quick and helpful, would recommend to everyone. Open 24/7 which makes it very convenient. Will be my go to locksmith for now on.
Make me new car key for ford f150 quickly and good price 😃😃😃😃
David was fast and super sweet! He got me back on the road in no time. I couldnt find my keys and he just made my day and saved the day! Ask for David
These folks are great. You have the option to go to the location or service. Device is very fast, the tech showed up at the time he said he would. DAVID THANK YOU BRPTHWR AND GOD BLESS
Met this man in a parking lot. He cut my keys quickly, professionally and treated me fairly and friendly! Highly recommend him! Hes got all my business.
Charged me over $600 to open one office door. Didnt even tell me cost till job was finished. Contacted BBB for complaint. USE THIS LOCKSMITH AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I was quoted $50 to unlock a door and was charged $115. The guy who showed up to my house was also in a unmarked vehicle and seemed to be eyeing everything in my garage. In that wasnt enough, the guy was playing around with my weights in my garage after I came back out to pay him. A little professionalism goes a long way.
Couldnt find anyone to cut the specific key I needed until I went to Teamwork Locksmith. Tracy was extremely helpful and courteous and gave me a key for next to nothing. Thanks Teamwork Locksmith!
If I could give negative stars I would. I called Teamwork Locksmith when my key fob was locked in my trunk of my car. On the phone, the operator assured me that the service was affordable and started at $35 for opening a car. The operator would not quote a specific price for the service. When the locksmith showed up, he told me it would cost me $145 to get into my car. I was appalled at this price, as I have never heard of anyone paying more than $75 for a locksmith to unlock a car at a any specific location. I verbally stated that that price seemed outrageous and extremely high for the service to be provided. The locksmith told me it was because my car was a high security vehicle. My car in fact is a 2017 Nissan Maxima. To unlock my car the locksmith used the old fashioned blow up pillows you insert between the door and the frame of the car--the same method a locksmith used on my moms Ford Explorer in 2001. I am writing this review because I am appalled at this companys bait and switch pricing as well as their inclination to massively overcharge and TAKE ADVANTAGE of a customer in a time of need. In addition, a blatant lie to my face about my high security vehicle is just insulting. Beware of this company. I highly recommend using someone else if at all possible.
I had a great experience. Was in a hurry. Showed up within 15 minutes. Had called the dealership for a 2015 nissian Altima smart key, priced me at $350. Teamwork was able to work with me and get me a great deal. I did not have to tow my vehicle and waste my whole day at the dealership, was able to get in my car and leave within minutes! Would recommend to anyone!
I just called to get an estimate to rekey a house we are buying. The guy quoted me $45 and up per lock. I asked why that price was different than what they have posted online, which is $19 and up for a rekey. I then asked is that not the same thing? He replied that it is $45 and up to change the lock, and yes, $19 and up to rekey. Which could be an honest mistake, but the price on their website states $35 and up to change a lock. Given the other reviews that I glanced at regarding pricing....Beware!
Have had nothing but problems with both the tech that was sent out as well as the completely unprofessional office manager that I have had to deal with. Firstly, when I called to schedule the service call I specified the year and make of my vehicle as well as the fact that it had the smart key technology that allowed the key to simply be detected within proximity of the car. When the tech arrived, he said that he didnt know how to make a key for that vehicle because he couldnt find the port to plug the key into. I showed him that the push button start was removable and that gave access and he then proceeded to make a key and charge me $265 for something that their website shows they will do for $99. The key would work remotely with the remote start so he left. Once we tried to use it in the vehicle, the vehicle stated that it did not detect the key and shut the vehicle back off. This is clearly the wrong technology of key. The tech came back out and argued that this was good enough and we should be happy, but I told him that he could have his key back and to cancel the charge. He then left and I took the vehicle to dodge that did it for $200.Secondly, I have still not received a refund of the $265. I spoke with the office manager about this and every time I call she has some excuse for why I havent received the refund. I place office manager in quotes due to the fact that she is always on the phone with someone else or talking with someone else when you try to talk to her and it appears that she is managing everything, but the office. She is completely rude and unprofessional, and come to find out after calling 6-7 times now, she still has not placed the refund and now wants me to call back in an hour to remind her to do it. This is unacceptable and I would recommend that you avoid this place like the plague. You will be better off calling any other locksmith. This place appears to be fairly new and it would not surprise me if they are out of business in the short term due to the extreme ineptitude and unprofessional staff.
The dispatcher, Tracy was very friendly. David showed up within 20 minutes. He called before he showed up and it was a very recognizable service vehicle. David is very courteous. David fixed my ignition in 10 minutes. Honda Dealership wanted a thousand dollars for my ignition repair. David beat them tremendously...Benjamin D. SA,TX
The technician came on the appointed time and opened our door with no problems. The cost was reasonable too. Highly recommended.
I hava a Honda accord that needed work done on the ignition and they were there to help. Fast and friendly and done very quickly so I could be on my way. Thank you guys for the wonderful service 👍👍👍
Arrived within minutes of me calling at midnight. Great service! Best price too😊
Never again will I use this company $235 to unlock a car which it takes less then 3 minutes what a rip off and a service fee too like I said never again this company is a rip
O stars. I was quoted a price and when he came out different price. I was told it could be a different price based in computerization of key. I explained I didnt have money for that he lowered the price 3 times for same service. Red flag. I gave him $120 to disconnect alarm and give me a $2 key took 10 minutes tops. When I called office the woman gave me a attitude. I needed her name kept arguing and hung up after several calls I am needing to report to better business bureau but refuses to give name. His name is David Yehuda. I have found out through research he is the only one in business. Teamwork Locksmith. This is a scammer in my opinion. If anyone has information so I can report let me know.
Late at night we faced difficulty finding a suitable locksmith that was willing to work with a price below 200 dollars for a worn down key. It was great having someone come free as charge to check on the car and give an estiment. Thanks to David we are able to get back on the road and no longer be stranded.
Very quick service and great help! Thank you
Nothing but good things to say! I was having problems getting a house key made. I took it to Lowes and the copies they made wouldnt even fit in the lock!! I took it to Teamwork and let them know the problem and within minutes had my copies....and they work! Thanks David and team! If I ever have the need arise, I will definitely use you again!
Beware this company. They will rip you off. If you have the unfortunate experience to use their services be sure you understand their pricing in ADDITION to the service call BEFORE you let them work. We were locked out of our house, temperature was in high 90s called this company. Was quoted a service call at $29.95 plus parts. After three hours and several phone calls this young man arrived. Took him 2 minutes to open garage door, no parts used then he proceded to charge us $205.00 and ask if we could spare a bottle of water. Ill bet the owner doesnt respond to this comment. A
Best service in San Antonio...arrived in less than 10 min. Very friendly at a great price. Highly recomended!!!
Complete lifesaver! Locked my keys in my truck right outside the building, and they had me back in within 5 minutes. Excellent service, respectful, friendly. Highly recommended!
David helped me out very much i called n 30 min later i got a phone call saying they are out side... quick service. And for it being a sunday David was the only guy out there to help me get into my truck... i recommend david and team work locksmith to any one who needs quick service
Beware! Quoted 15 trip and 35 and up labor, took about 5 minutes and the handed me a bill for $140, tried to call the office back and they would not answer the guy got tired of waiting, I guess, he was nice enough, and called his boss they offered to reduce it to 90. Tried some song and dance about having to cover cost of damage if any occurred.
We needed a pop-a-lock in New Braunfels, and had a very bad experience using this company. First, they forgot to send someone out to us, and we only found out after 30 minutes of waiting and calling them back for an update. Then, they tried to charge $150 to unlock it. When we said that was too much and we did not want to use them, we were told to call the office back. When we did this they said you still owe us $30 for driving out to you. This was never explained, or expressed to us over the phone. When we tried to explain to the gentleman that this information should be given before calling someone out, he continuously argued back. This felt very scam worthy, and I would do my best to use this place as an absolute last resort before ever using their service.
Fast service. Dodge key locked us out and company was fast and professional. Highly recommended
David was such an amazing person he was a life saver. My key broke and I call Toyota to get a replacement they were charging me up a storm so I call this place they send David to the rescue made a new key for me half price from what Toyota was asking. He made my day. Thanks David
Horrible experience! 48 hours and still no keys. 1st technician came out very professional and explained to me that a code would be needed to cut a new key for my vehicle. After speaking with his office unfortunately GMs system was down and the code could not be retrieved. Got a quote of $479. A bit outrageous but a necessity nonetheless. Was asked to leave a deposit for when the system came up a technician could come out and make my key. Same afternoon a second technician who was very rude called and said he had the code and would like to provide me service from my vehicle. As soon as he arrived he began to disassemble my steering column, and Ill turn if method to retrieve key code. This after I had been charged for codes from the manufacture. Showed up at 7:30 and stayed till midnight, Was not able to fulfill promise. This is only a portion of my horrible Experience. If negative stars were Allowed this company would be a -3.5 stars! Hopefully others out there will read before committing to do business with this unorganized company.
Professional Job, great price, very fast and arrived quick. Very helpful as well. The best in the biz!
These guys were GREAT!!!! They were very professional and very quick to get the job done. Ive tried to do this a few times before but NEVER got it right!!!! Ill recommend this place to any of my friends!!!!!
