Dont hope to get a key for any european car made here because and I quote they have a lot going on (referring to the car). A locksmith that cant made a double sided key is a sad one.

Great customer service and fits into a tight budget! Timely service and fast! I called around and received crazy quotes that were way out of my budget, one call with Champion Lock and Safe and they asked me specific questions before quoting me an estimate.Other companys got a gist of what was needed a gave a starting outrageous rate. Convenient location and they were open. Needed a duplicate key made. Several other places I went didnt have that style. Champion did, and I was in and out there in about 10 minutes with my keys.Mark & Jacob are both professional and knowledgeable.

Called last Thursday, they came out Friday only because I called again. Wasnt equipped for the job so he didnt do it. Said hed be back Monday. Monday, no call no show. Called again, said hed call me backNever did. Apparently no one cares enough to follow up. Never again.

Great customer service, and honest company. The battery on my personal handgun safe died. Sam and Renee took great care of me. I luckily stumbled onto their business after a long hospital shift in military uniform. These gentlemen easily picked the lock into my safe and changed the battery in less than 5 minutes. These guys just got me out of mess and saved me some money. I locked myself out of my Nissan Altima while fixing the main door/window switch on the drivers side. The fobs didnt work. I was stuck. The overall experience was pleasant.The only hiccup was the availability upon immediate request...Which had much to do with an error on my part.But everything else was well above average.The service, the professionalism and the desire to please us as customers throughout the entire process well exceeded that of just the initial sloppy phone calls answered by competitors.Many of the individuals that answered for other companies didnt even attempt to make an effort to assist us without first establishing that wed have to come out of pocket and pay them to visit the facility.And the manner in which they stated this directive was unprofessional.But with Champion, we didnt face any of the nickle and diming....They were direct and attentive.And they helpful and transparent.Do yourself a favor.Call these guys and key your facility.

Great service! From the time I called to schedule a lock re-key to the time the technicians left my house, I was absolutely amazed at the service I received. They took a very stressful experience and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Also, for their quick response time, they were very reasonably priced. I had an Appointment on Saturday 2pm.3pm comes around no call no show.i called 2 times and left a voice mail on renas phone.waited all day Monday for someone to call me back and make this right but no call.i called to see what happend and they said the tech could not get a hold of me.i was waiting that whole day, i received no missed calls or voicemails or texts.very disappointed.

So, about a month ago my daughter was home with her 11 1/2 month old baby who is crawling like a flash. My daughter stepped outside to throw away the garbage and the baby crawled over to the sliding door and locked the floor lock. Yes, she locked her mama outside. We tried a different locksmith but they would not be there for hours. I called Champion locksmith and within 20 minutes they had a locksmith arrive. He assessed the situation, was very calm and understood how upset we were that the baby was locked inside, alone. We were so close to breaking a window but it wasnt necessary. Thank you for having quick and understanding people that take care of your needs when you need them. Especially in an emergency, which was our case. The baby was rescued (safely) and no damage to the house. I will so use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all our friends. They had the remote cover for my keyless entry and and very professional staffing people

Drop my van off for slick lock. Took 3 hours to get to it and they werent even busy. Then the guy doing it has to keep going in and out the store for things he forgot. Dont want to take away from his weight and physical condition but you must consider your customers as well. This only my opinion of the service but I will find somewhere else next time.

I contacted Champion Lock & Safe to make a house call and had an A+ Experience with their timeliness, service and professionalism. The technician (I believe his name was Michael) showed up in under half an hour of contacting them, and he went right to work. He was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs locksmith services in the Northcentral/Northeast area.

Ive called multiple times and left my information to set up an appointment, but to no avail. Every time someone says they will call me back in a few minutes no one ever does. Which is disappointing because their prices are awesome. All I want is to duplicate my current car key and pay them in CASH, but no one will give me the time of day, so I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully others will have better luck.

I recently locked myself out of my house. This was my first time doing this and hopefully the last. I was a little nervous about calling a random locksmith to come and rescue me. I use this company exclusively for all of my stores around San Antonio and they never fail to deliver. No matter what time it is or what the issue is they have come through for us time and time again in a timely manner. Id like to thank Jay and his crew for their hard work.

This place is NOT 24hrs. I called and was informed by an employee that the store closed at 6 PM. After taking off from work and driving driving 60 miles to get a key made, through rush hour traffic, I arrive at 5:50 PM to find the shop closed and locked. Thats a 2 hour round trip based on an employees word and the sign on their front door.

Coded new key fob and fixed old one in less then 30 min.. nice folks

I talked with Jay and his co-worker apprentice. Fast, courteous, personable, and reasonably priced for the specific job...I needed a master key cut for my Goldwing after thieves burglarized my truck and stole my backpack which had my motorcycle keys as well. Several other locksmiths didnt want to deal with it. Im extremely pleased.

1 star for getting to my home super fast! That was impressive.When the service man got to my house, he said it would be an extra $35 on top of what I was quoted over the phone because of the door type (garage ) staying it would be more difficult. This was ridiculous seeing as how the lock was an ordinary lock. I declined the service and called a different company who saw no issues and literally opened the lock within seconds. I dont appreciate someone trying to pull one over on me. Why would he need an extra 35 bucks ($110 total to drive over, pick the lock and create a key) to pick a lock not different from my front door lock? This was upsetting as I was happy to have found this locksmith company not far from my home.

Was given a quote of $300 then over charged by $75 called Jay to ask why and he insured me he would fix the problem on Monday .. it is now Thursday. Lack of communication and bad business practices. Left several messages and no phone call back. Very disappointed with this company. Extremely unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. It depends on who you get. I had good experiences before but its like playing Russian Roulette.Wont take the chance of them messing up my vehicle again by forcing the keys that they made into the ignition.

I used this company for my bosses business they changed out our locks at a very decent price and ad used them a second time for my own personal use. they looked up my vin number found the guide to my key. once I got it back to my vehicle I had some trouble taking it out and unlocking my door. the tech then came out to my vehicle and smoothed it out and saved the day. I highly recommend this company all the time. and my doctors use them anytime we have a change of lock.

Fast service

I bought a spare car key 2 months ago and they lost it after wasting an hour to find it. Then they reorder it but make me wait 2 months before I PERSONALLY had to call them about it after they said itd be in a FEW DAYS. Once I come to pick it up (2 months later) so they can program it, its taking over an hour to program, this is making me over an hour late for my job even though Im told its take at least 10 minutes and they killed my car battery in the process. Theyre lack of responsiveness and communication is appalling.

I have been doing business with them for years. They are reliable, honest and good prices.

Very poor comunication with the worker was told that someone was going to come out and take care of my ignition cylinder and he never showed up i had to keep texting him seeing why he never came he told me he was having car trouble and so forth and that he was still coming still no show he still didnt try to contact me let me know that he wasnt coming are nothing so i tried calling him several times after that and no answer what so ever smh.. so this morning i called him again he finally answered and told me he was tired and wasnt going to be able to come out today either and didnt have anybody else that could come and help me either till monday smh...so after that im just fustrated with the hole little situation with this company i was just thinking in my head i thought yall are a 24 hour locksmith service🤔🤔.. just poor communication with them and they wasnt helpful at all i would not recommend them to anybody

Called the company several times within a matter of months for services. We were promised a service technician each time, and each time they failed to show up without notice. Contacted Rene once again to request service, and he was rude and hung up mid-call. Very disappointed with this customer service, especially since the company had such great reviews.
