Made a phone call at 7:55pm asking for assistance to unlock my Tahoe. The gentleman quoted me anywhere between $50-$100 depending on the tools needed. I stated that’s fine, I’m willing.. I asked how long it would take for someone to arrive, and was told 30 minutes. At 8:45pm I called again asking where the tech was, and the guy sounded surprised that I had not been called. He states the tech would call me ASAP. Technician gives me a call, and states it’s going to be another 20 minutes. Great! Just great! Finally the technician arrives, and in less than 5 minutes my doors are unlocked. He pulls out paperwork and states it’s going to cost me $299 including additional fees!!!! I REFUSE TO BE OVERCHARGED FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. It would’ve been cheaper for me to just break the window and replace it myself. After speaking with his supervisor, I made it very clear that I WOULD NOT be paying such a ridiculous amount. He lowered the price, but it wasn’t good enough. I stated I wouldn’t pay more than $125. And even that seems ridiculous. Never again will I use such terrible services!!!

Nothing good came out of ordering for this company. It was such a bad experience that I had to pay more than I shouldve. The site quoted $35 for fixing my doorknob cause it wasnt locking as it should be after one loud smash of the door. Their locksmith quickly came, but it was only for a mere moment that we had a discussion. The thing is we waited almost 2 hours for this to get fixed, only to see that after the locksmith had not done his job properly. Our doorknob just came back the way it was. I called their company, only to get hold off the phone. I tried calling them a lot of times, but they never answered back to me. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS ALREADY, and I have never heard from them ever again. I demand a refund on this, or I will file a complaint.

I lost my keys to my car a few days ago and I needed to go to Home Depot to look for some furniture. I tried looking for it everywhere around the house, but it was nowhere to be found. I thought of contacting a locksmith to unlock my car while availing for a new key for my Mazda. I thought at first that their price was really affordable, so I availed them. They came in to my address, but was astounded by the hidden charges they asked me. I agreed since my errand was really urgent, so they went ahead and tried to unlock my car. The guy who came in was not very professional and was not answering all of my questions and inquiries. It was already more than 2 hours ever since I first called a locksmith from them, only to find out that they couldnt unlock my car.

We asked the woman for the quote right before she started working, she stated the price was $40 per lock and failed to disclose any other fees associated. We specifically asked what the cost would be prior to her starting the job. Once the job was completed, she gave us a price of over $200. We asked what the additional cost was for and that is when she decided to disclose the additional fees associated. The woman said she was going to make a call outside once we stated the business was not upfront about the pricing. She left with the key and the old lock! This woman now has a key to our business, when we called the owner, he was not understanding at all. When we called and told her i didn’t feel safe with her having the key to our business, she said you can pay or I’m not coming back. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of both the locksmith and the owner. I truly feel robbed.

They quoted one price but charged me more than three times that when they we done. I have some other jobs I will need done but they will never get my business again.

Total RIP OFF! I called Teamwork because my car key was broken and was quoted $129 over the phone. No mention of a service fee or program charge. Once the guy arrived he told me it would be about $317 for a new key ( no real price). Even though the price was stiff, I decided to go ahead. Once the key was made my total was $447! Unbelievable! I seriously think he just wagged down a number. I was suspicious when he couldn’t give me a total price and didn’t listen to my gut. I never imagined it would be this much. Total rip off! I DO NOT recommend using this service! Call anyone else unless you want your pockets drained!!

I feel violated as I paid $200 for something that was done so quickly. I was told one starting price over the phone and a different starting price when the technician called for my location and then when he got here he mentioned that he will charge us based on what he needed to do. I know I am not a locksmith but I believe that I should not have been charged this much for the use of 2 of those balloon things and a rod, one which he reached the lock with. Not to mention the guy the who came out smelled of booze, and I was not too happy about it especially because I had my kids waiting around with me.

The person that showed up was really cool and professional, but I did not feel good about paying 160 for the bag in the door and the pull of the handle. Not to happy with that but other than that the service was good. They just really need to change and be more clear with prices.

The Service was good and relatively fast but the price was a complete rip off!! 235$ just to unlock my car!! Absolutely insane!! I had to pay as it was a Saturday and No one else was answering plus I had a conference I needed to go to and I was already late but I will never call them again as their prices are complete rip off and insane!! I feel very violated and taken advantage of!!

Asked when their location was open. Gentleman said no and couldnt articulate when they would be or if they would. He just hung up.

I was charged a 100$ for a locked car. Airbag to open it and a wire rod. I know simple works alot of the times but for a business just seemed shady. But I did get my keys
