This place would have gotten 5 stars, but they were so bad at the end! The manager told me numerous times that I would get the full $400 back for my security deposit minus the last water bill. She said that is the only thing I would be charged for. I even asked her about the carpet and she said dont worry about that you will NOT be charged, I plan on replacing the carpet anyways. There wasnt anything wrong with it and we made sure we cleaned it and took pictures after we did it. They charged me $85 for a pet treatment because the carpet smelled. This was after telling me all that and then CHARGED ME $60 to replace the carpet! Not only that, she told me I would get the full thing back 2 weeks after I moved out! Then I emailed and called numerous times always saying they would get back to me that day and NEVER did! Then they disconnected their phone so all I could do was call at midnight to their corporate staff and never got a response back UNLESS I called corporate main building first. Not only did it not come in when she told me and I had to hassle with vague answers to when it was coming. She then told me close to 30 day mark that she wasnt going to send it until 30 days and that they had 30 days to send it to me. They still sent it to me after 30 day mark. She told me it would be there on Thursday again saying a lie and it didnt come in until the following Tuesday. So not only did they go past 30 days they lied AGAIN! I used to call this place home. Just know that you will NOT get your deposit back no matter how much they assure you with them being fake and lying about it. Dont say I didnt warn you!

Moved in just a week or so ago. Betty is really nice and very friendly. So far we really like it here. Very nice and quiet community. The only thing I have an issue with is buggies... Apartments have pest control on Fridays, I think $4 a month? So we got the exterminator to come by a Friday or so ago, so Im seeing improvements!

Love my apartment. Love the amenities. Excellent, helpful, and accommodating management. Betty is amazing, and always looking for ways to make me feel at home. The maintenance crew (Caremelo) is super helpful, as well. Thanks, guys!

I stayed here 2 years. People hit my car alot cause they were not careful with theyre doors. It was a quiet community, the pool was never open which sucked. I saw maybe 3 roaches in my 2 years so thats a definite upside but Im sure thats not for all units. I got like 145 back from my deposit which I didnt expect cause complexes usually try and keep it so that was very cool. Id stay at these apartments again to be honest. My dads car actually got robbed when he visited for like 2 hours so get a good alarm I guess.

I love these apartments its sooooo beautiful I feel like I live in a palace because it has a fireplace, a cathedral ceiling with gorgeous lighting the list goes on. I never want to leave everyone is so sweet and the apartments are close to my work and college.

Me and my husband been at our present resident for 4 years and decided to move out due to the breaks in and crimes. So we decide to look in the Salem Creek Apt on S. Flores. We spoke with the manager Betty. We ask her a couple of question for example the environment, how much would rent Be which for a 2 bed rm and 2 bath $972, and also what the inside looks like. Betty told me (wife) that the kitchen would have the same wooden floors as the office which were very nice and everything else rug. That was fine. Gave the money for application and security deposit. When it can down to really look inside and make sure everything work before signing the paperwork and move in. The carpet wasnt shampoo right, ALL THE CABNETS LOOKS LIGHT FROM THE 70S. THE RESTROOM CABNETS LOOKED LIKE A DOG CHEWED THE EDGES OFF. IT IS HORRIBLE . EVERYTHING SHE TOLD ME WAS A LIE. I TOLD HER IM BACKING OUT. FOR ALMOST A $1000 IN RENT EVERYTHING OLD AND NOT MODERN. THEN I ASK HER IF WE CAN GET THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. BETTY TOLD ME NO. SO PLEASE HOW EVER IS READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN SALEM CREEK APT.PAMELA REYES 4/19/19 THE DATE THAT WE WERE SUPPOSE TO MOVE IN.
