The employees are all super nice (office & maintenance crew) they helped me get a really nice 1 bedroom apartment that I love. Any time I called with a question when filling out the paperwork I was answered in a polite informative tone. The neighborhood is really nice in this area and the tenants seem nice too. Also there is a really nice pool and basketball court. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my roommate when to go ask about how much the apartment was and the lady helping was was so rude, she just wanted us to leave so she can talk to some man, she just gave us random papers and didn’t give us a amount or ask what we wanted

Barely moved in and already having bad experience with the roof falling and most of the outlets dont work plus cabinets painted over and over toilets not flushing well and showers getting clonged up. I did the paperwork to get it fixed and nothing and they want me to pay 4 months up front plus other fees like seriously people this apartments are worth 835 and dog poop everywhere!!

If you are looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that is spacious, secluded, and cozy, look no further than here! Room 610 has been my home for 4 years and sadly I am job relocating but this unit is perfect! Ask about it! I took such good care of it

Impressive! A friend of my wifes is moving into town and asked if we could help her in her apartment hunt. We looked into a few places but this one stuck out more than the others. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help answer all our friends questions. There are 2 very nice pools and a playground for her kids to play at. The apartment we saw was very nice and the landscaping was well kept. Keep up the good work!

I honestly love living here! Joise has been amazing over the years with any issues Ive ever had. After 4years being with the river been I honestly cant imagine moving to another apartment! I was hit hard during covid but I received no notices on my door and the staff was very understanding. Even calling to just check on my family. Im very comfortable living here and I love the neighborhood! Two hebs are very close by but the 24hr Walgreens is amazing as well! I honestly dont have anything bad to say. The staff works hard and you can tell they care about you and your family not just their job! Thank you Joise and Patty! We miss you Jerry!

I lived at these apartments for two years and at first it was good. But then they changed the team inside and it just went downhill. Maintenance doesn’t exist literally my master shower worked for maybe 3 days out of the month before it would go out. Went 3 months before they finally had someone check it and he said they had new parts on order. Guess they got them off the wish app because they never replaced them. And if you like to have ac in your home then I suggest looking elsewhere because they never work and there excuse every time was that cps controls the ac and they have no control. When you ask cps they say that’s a lie. And not to mention the time my deadbolt lock decided to stop working and we were stuck in the apt. I had to take it a part and this was 5 months before we moved out and again parts are on order, it never got fixed. But god forbid your a day late then excuses don’t matter. They want there money on time, but fail to keep up with request. They are decent apartments and under the right management could be great but no. Do yourself a favor and keep looking at other apartments.

They always have raw sewage coming up the drains. The staff is very rude, and they never fix anything. They constantly misplace peoples mail, and there pool is never clean. This place is horrible and way overpriced.

I rented there before i would not recommend to no one. Im still charged for a balance that i dont even owe. It is not a safe place.

Ive been in my apartment for about 3 months and Ive had a very pleasant welcoming. The staff in the office are very cheerful and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Along with the maintenance staff there always there when needed. Thank you so much to the River Bend staff for making me feel welcome.

Went to the apartment complex and was greeted by josie with a smile offered me coffee and crackers. Her dress was very beautiful that day she told me where she got it too lol and gave me a very lovely tour of the facility and the amenities. She told me how well the maintenance is and up to date with there work orders to. I definitely will be going in to see her again when a 1 bed room is available. I even tell everyone looking to check it out. You wont be disappointed. And ask for Josie shes very kind and well rounded.

If you can find somewhere else to live I suggest you do just that. The actual apartments are nice enough, but if you need anything fixed that is not an emergency they either take forever to fix it or never do. I made a maintenance request because I have rotten and loose boards on my balcony. They checked it and said they would be back to fix it. It has never been fixed, but they have it in their records it is. I have had an ongoing dispute with my neighbor which I have been trying to get settled for over 6 months. Management response is you have been bickering back and forth so theres nothing we can do. Now the neighbor has been throwing food at my door. Management response is to wait it out because he will be moving soon. My only reason for staying here is because my son graduates next year and the pickings are slim on this side of town for living arrangements. I advise anyone to run far away from this place unless its your last resort.

Absolutely horrendous. My daughters move in date was today. Walked into apt and it was infested with roaches patio door was not even closed or locking and they claimed they have no home office number. The manager is jerry and to call Monday after 11 am even though they open at 9 They are now saying it will possibly be another week before it’s rent ready. I’m disgusted at the situation for my daughter and grandson we had the u haul on reserve and that was just a waste of money and time. So quick to ask for that deposit and rent money. She just transferred her light and set up her internet and now all that is on hold I’m just in shock that this is the way business is done here

On my 4th lease with these apartments, and the only reason I have stayed as long as I have is because of Samantha and Iris! Once Samantha was brought in to make changes, things really started getting better in the complex. These ladies are amazing, and I can definitely say that Ill be moving out when they are no longer here.

Been here for 3 years. Gone thru so many management staff as well as maintenance. So far this staff is the best one of them all. They are courteous and friendly. Maintenance gets there with 24 hours if needed. Make me not want to relocate when my lease is up after all.

This place is cool we have a 1bedroom we love it, now our family is growing we need a bigger place one bedroom is really good for single people or couple people. Good price and good location 👍

The apartments are very nice but nothing ever works. Always having to call for Maintenance emergency every week. Maintenance is horrible, infested with roaches, the office is semi-professional. The area is nice and very quiet.

Pictures are misleading, they say apartments are newly renovated. Which they arent. I rented out a studio apartment for my fiance so that way when hes able to live off base he can have everything set for him. But this studio is disappointing, it feels like Im living in a motel. The cabinets in both bathroom and kitchen are rotting away and all they do to fix it is paint over it. The sink is chipped and dirty like someone was here the day before we moved in. The apartment has a sour smell to it other than the paint. The door to the closet doesnt close, and theres a huge water heater in the corner thats not even covered. Just out in the open! The plugs in the studio are falling off and have been painted over. The thermostat fell off when I tried to adjust the air conditioner. My sliding glass door needs to be pushed with force to open it, the blinds are broken, the sinks clog up. Bugs are everywhere. This is just a nightmare of an apartment. I just moved in Friday and stayed in a hotel on Saturday and Sunday because I cannot believe what a terrible apartment this is. Already looking to break my lease and I havent been here a week.UpdateTo whomever this concerns,This is absolutely unacceptable, I have emailed this apartment complex not once, not twice but three separate times. I called the property manager Gerry, and asked him DIRECTLY for the balance I would receive after overpaying rent and the remaining balance of the deposit. YET I HAVE NOT TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. DOES NO ONE WORK HERE? DID THIS PROPERTY CLOSE DOWN. This is the worst property I have ever rented from. I moved out July 19th and it is now August 10th, almost one month ago and I have not gotten back an amount or an answer. Do I need to call a lawyer. Do not rent from this place, it is absolutely terrible and unorganized, you can call the office 20 times and out of those 20 times no one will answer you. I even called the corporate leasing office and they couldnt get a hold of the people who are supposed to be at the office. IF I CANT GET AN ANSWER OUT OF YOU IN A PRIVATE EMAIL I WILL GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO SOMEHOW GET YOUR ATTENTION TO FINALLY RESPOND TO MY EMAIL.

It was our first apartment and before we signed the lease we were told rent was 685 and that the water was free. the day we signed the lease we were told rent was 705 and water was paid in the office. the day we moved in we noticed that all the screws that the previous familys had on the walls were painted over and the bathroom had mold in it. when we told the office they never had anyone come over to look at it. The pools never opened during the summer. and theres no assigned parking. so you were out of luck finding a parking close if you got home late. And there was always someone making a drug deal at anytime of the day.

Been here since oct of last year when we first moved in it was ok rite away we call the office because the patio was all broken one side of it was all rotten so you really can’t step on the side it’s been about 10 months now and nobody has came to fix it and our AC has been out for the last two months it goes off and on so it stays on 78 even those it’s 100!! Plus outside plus all the time we been putting in maintenance request and nobody has came we have a proximately 11 Confirmation numbers to prove it but still nobody has came I went to the office yesterday and demanded somebody come fix it 2 days later and nobody has still came to fix it Plus every time you turn around there’s a new team in the office so nobody knows nothing and God for bid you have attitude with the manager because he will give you one right back oh yeah and we pay our rent every month on the first or second but for some reason there’s an extra $600 charge on our bill we tell them and they say don’t pay it’s fine but every time we get a paper in the mail it’s there like just a random $600 bucks added on for no reason just need corporate number and agin for some reason they don’t know it so they can’t give it to me

It has four walls..lol the remodels are OK at best.. the guy who does the work is cutting corners... my ac went out and it took my to let them know twice before it got looked at.. then the ac guy doesnt really know what he is doing. when put again and never came to fix. my brother came to visit and said the coils are clogged and need to be cleaned to much build up... he has been in hvaac for 20+ years... still waiting... this was last week... I bought fans to help with air flow...

Ive lived here for several years, at first it was okay good management but later it got worse. Paid an extra $20 for a gate card I never got plus the gate never works anyway. The washers are always broken in the washeteria. Very poor maintenance, had several work orders and then never follow through. Ive lived here and I know I dont recommend these apartments to anybody.

Jerry is a great manager. he takes care of you and your family and makes everything right in the end.

My experience here was good at first until the front office staff changed,the lady in the front office with the mole on her face is rude and dismisses you very quickly she makes it seem as if youre a pest BUT is good to take the rent..then theres the water bill..my water went from $40 a month to now $98!Mind you theres only 3 people living here including myself...no washer no yard yet my bill is RIDICULOUS..the excuse was more people moved into the complex...another excuse was the water billing company changed the next excuse was we found a leak...maintenance is poor..they told me they were gonna come on a Friday the same week but didnt show up until 3 weeks later...I would NOT recommend this place to NO ONE not even my worst enemy

Worst place ever to stay will NEVER recommended to anyone . First of all there staff are very unprofessional having and very RUDE. You walk outside your apartment and there is dog poop all over the place. The Gate never work the whole two years I was staying there and maybe if they had work my vehicle would have not got stolen . Everything in the apartment is very old. Before moving in think twice about it, Its just not worth it.

Not the worst apartments Ive been in. Theyre all very old. Stove. Refrigerator. Everything about the kitchen is very old apart the wooden cabinets are very old and worn. And the worst thing is that they are full of cockroaches .. according to them they send pest control. And it doesnt work. . I do not recommend this place for cockroaches and it is not only in my apartment some neighbors say that their apartments are also full of cockroaches .. very bad place ....
