Always have helpful experiences with Robert. Has taken care of our AC unit a couple of times and is always courteous and friendly when we see him out and about.Recently, Ive seen Abrams running around taking care of the facilities and he is also always a smiling face behind the mask.Nothing but good things to say about the custodial and maintenance staff here.

I live over a crazy (Karen) tenant that makes my experience not so good. Other than that it is an awesome place to live. The office staff is friendly, helpful and caring. The grounds are beautiful, and the maintenance staff works hard.

Do not move here! There are nicer apartments in the area with better facilities. Aside from the standard office turnover that happens everywhere, they hire staff that are not helpful at all. The breezeways to the apartments are covered in bugs(that you have to remove yourself or deal with). For 3 months my apartment had a horrible gnat problem that they couldnt resolve. The trash service you have to pay for is inconsistent and would go days without picking up. The only good thing about this complex is that the maintenance staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. Also, read your lease before signing! It cost 4x your rent to try to leave early no matter what and life happens. I offered a 75 day notice and to be out in 15 days giving them 60 days of rent to lease and they would not accept.

Robert in maintenance was wonderful!!! He kept me updated through the whole process. Parts had to be ordered, and as soon as they came in he was back to work. It was a long hard repair, but he took on the challenge and took great care every step of the repair. The property should be proud to have him representing them!!!

Maintenance crew is great! Had a simple request that was responded to the same day. Asked Robert a question about the AC unit that he also fixed within 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous.

Today I walked out of my apartment to a beautifully clean walk way. The walk way/walls had been previously stained from daily wear and tear. I placed a work order for my apartment, and man! it took me longer to place the work order than the maintenance guy to show up!!!Robert is not only knowledgeable, and efficient, but courteous. I had a problem with the hvac thermostat, and Robert not only fixed immediately, but went above and beyond checking the hvac unit outside, and giving it a tune up. The apartments are so beautiful inside and spacious.I had a issue with my a/c and in it was fixed in no time. I submitted the work order after midnight and it was fixed right away that morning. Thank you Abrams for getting that done so quickly !

Amazing apartment and a great area!!! Only issue was apartment was a little dirty and a couple of Maintenance issues but once addressed to the office they had it taken care of within 30 minutes and the Office Manager herself came and helped clean. The Office Manager and the staff here have gone above and beyond already in my short time here.

I just moved apt 835 and I am very happy with how the apartment was delivered. Everything is very clean and in good condition. Abrams the lead maintenance came and check my garbage disposal because I thought it was something inside, he fixed in seconds, 5 stars !!!!

Quynh has been absolutely amazing, shes gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything settled and any questions she answered in 20 minutes or less. My A/C stopped working this afternoon and before I even requested maintenance, Tyler and Abrams were at my door and ready to fix the problem! They were very quick and super polite and helpful!

The property has really gone down hill. I have been here for some years and noticed a significant decline. There’s trash left out on property purposely by residents in parking lots and lawn area. Loud music at night. Speeding through parking lots. Parking is ridiculous. At night it seems like madness. Complaints have been made and either slow or no action to hold people accountable. Renewal is not in question when this lease is up.

I love the view of my apartment and is very safe place. Maintenance works are done within 12 hours or less. Awesome community that has back trails to exercise.

Our air conditioning was broken and Abrams came within 30 minutes of us turning in our work order. He was very professional and fast. He was kind and said that we could let him know if we needed anything else or if our air conditioning is still broken. It was a great experience!!

The most honest review I could ever give. This apartment complex was 10/10. The maintenance was always quick and got the job done . The parking isn’t the best but what can you expect if you aren’t paying to get a parking spot that is covered. If I could have stayed I would’ve but unfortunately the month my lease ends they don’t have a 1bd /1 bath which is what I needed. The apartments are very spacious which I loved. Now to the big problem I had while living there. My move in date I called to make sure I was able to get my keys for the apartment. I’m not exactly sure what happened they never gave us a full explanation but all they said was that the apartment we signed the lease for wasn’t ready when we had everything ready so we could move in that day. What they tried to do was upgrade my sister and I to a 3bd/2bth for the same quote but that’s not what we wanted so they did what they could and just ended up upgrading my sister and I to a larger 2bd/2bth with upgraded appliances for the same quote. I would also like to say VJ was the best with helping my sister and I with our paperwork for the apartment everyone else just kept making things difficult due to miscommunication which I understand it happens.

Rudy was so helpful during the move-in with the work order. He was quick to respond and fix the items as needed.

In March I will have lived here for 2 years and I’m kind of sad I’ll be leaving in August to buy my first house. It’s been an amazing time here, the front staff are awesome, I usually go downstairs and let them know if I have any problems or if I need any maintenance done. Usually Rudy is the guy to help me out and take care of any problems I’ve had, which I’m grateful for. I commonly use the gym area which is always kept clean for anyone else to use. For the time I’ve been here, I’ve been very taken care of and I appreciate that. I’d highly recommend them to any of my family members. I’m gonna miss living here.

I absolutely love living here. The scenery is beautiful. The apartments are very spacious even for a one bedroom. I love the upgrades appliances. The front office staff especially Erik, is so helpful and sweet. They have a playground for my daughter, a pool and a Amazon locker box. It’s the best thing! I love living here and I am truly grateful for everything that they have done for my daughter and I. Thank you so much!! And it is very peaceful at night as well. Love the nature all around us.

Maintenance is awesome, especially for right now they have been so fast and considerate of all the CDC guidelines. Abrams and Robert came within 30 minutes of requesting maintenance service and got straight to the issue, they explained what was going on and made the whole thing very simple and easy. Very impressed with them and the level of service they provide.

I told the leasing agent that I quit my corporate job to start my business. That is the reason I will not be able to produce pay stubs and asked if there was an alternative even before I started the application. They told me that I would have to have the rent for my entire lease term(10 months) X 3 which is approximately $36000.I proceeded to then complete the application and submitted my bank statements. The leasing agent called me and told me that the money in my business account is not acceptable because it is not in my name, which it actually is in both mine and my business name. The fact that the bank statements showed the same address for both myself and my company was not going to suffice. I offered to submit company documents (attached) proving it is my company and I am a sole proprietor. They said that won’t work.I offered to move money from my business account to my personal account but that was not acceptable either.I offered to pay the entire lease term of 10 months’ rent up front on top of the deposit and that too did not seem to suffice.If all these criteria have been met, to refuse a tenant based on the fact that they do not keep all their money is 1 account is ridiculous.I emailed the regional manager Tammy Love explaining all this and she has not responded to me. It has been 4 business days since. I understand they might be busy but this is unacceptable and aggravating.

Very big thank you to Rudy the maintenance person. We all have that problem with annoying smoke detectors batteries. I got home after 8 and noticed the chirping that would have kept me awake all night. I called and Rudy was here with in 20 minutes. Such a pleasant individual who didn’t mind coming out late. Most people would have had an attitude but he was awesome. Thank you for saving my night and sleep.

We moved to the area from out of state and although there were some issues at the beginning with the apartment, Renew went above and beyond to correct it. We are happy and glad to call Renew our place. The apartments are down the street (about 1mile) from some resort and or country club which provides lots of green areas and sidewalks, great for jogs or family bike rides. Its a really quiet area. Parking doesnt seem to be an issue, but you can purchase covered parking if youd like. The staff is super friendly and patient. I would definately recommend Renew to a friend, which I kind of already did, as the company has complexes in other states.

I give one star and that goes solely to Humberto. This guy is timely and professional and overall great to work with. Two thumbs up Humberto!This is the most poorly managed apartment complex Ive ever worked with. The apartment complex is aesthetically pleasing at a glance on both the outside and inside. However the interior is falling apart. I have attached pictures I took the day we moved in (we had already signed the lease). If possible try to see your actual unit before signing. The entire outdoors smells like sulfer or a massive fart EVERYDAY after 4pm or so. We had roaches for our entire lease and maintenance will not move the refrigerator and the stove to eradicate the problem. We are very clean and organized and yet we lived with perma-roaches. Our apartment was constantly entered into staff. They notify you about 3-5 days in advance but they have come into our apartment more in this lease then other apartments have our whole time there combined. Twice (out of the many times) when we called maint. they hopped our railing and didnt knock to be let in. This place looks nice but was so difficult to work with and was not nice to live in. Twelve months was far too long and I excited to now live in a place that feels like home. For the price, Grande Estates is absolute trash. Also, Marion is ridiculous. If you need anything at all and you hear Hi this is Marion ASK FOR HUMBERTO or hang up the phone and try again later. Seriously youll save yourself a hell of a lot of trouble. Also, the assistant manager Shannon is....the worst. She has an attitude with residents all the time. I actually made friends with a few neighbors talking about her nasty attitude at the pool so theres a silver lining. Michelle the manager is nice and seems helpful and yet her underlings suck HARD (minus Humberto - he rocks) and the management is terrible so maybe she is nice but not so great at her job.Please think twice before moving here. The Abbey at Stone Oak, Mission Hills Apartments are both great options for the money!

Over the weekend, we had a real bad water leak. Called offsite services because the office was closed. Mr. Rudy was very professional. He was nice and very informative on the situation. He arrived within 15 minutes of the my call. Fixed the issue and assured me the problem was fixed. If need be in the future, I hope we get Mr. Rudy or someone just as nice! Thanks!

By far the best apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 & 1/2 years. All of my maintenance requests were resolved that same day. Easy online payment with an app! Apartment manager Shannon is the absolute best, she always made time for me when I had questions. She is the best! They have changed owners at lease 2-3 times and she’s still there. The company that owns them now is so much better. They have renovated the office, gym and pool, to include apartment units. The complex itself has mostly families, no commotion. The pool is never crowded on Sundays, I don’t know why because it is so nice. I definitely recommend living here.

Just moved in and within the first week the dishwasher died (it happens). Abrams from the Maintenance Team took the time to followup on the original service call and let me know that I would be getting a new dishwasher. He also fixed the deadbolt while he was here. This was my first interaction with the Renew at TPC Maintenance Team and I could not be more pleased. Abrams is very professional and polite.

This is the best apartment complex in which I have lived. They take care of the property. they did pressure wash on the entire property, checked the alarms, the sprinklers.
