Hybrid Heat and Air was absolutely amazing in all areas of customer service and AC repair. They were able to squeeze us in the same day we called. The professionals they sent to our house we’re honest and kind. They walked me through what was going on with our AC and showed me pictures and videos. After diagnosing the problem they were quick in locating a part and scheduling a time to come out the next day. Cruz was great about communicating every step of the way! The men they sent out to replace our coil were great as well. They were quick and polite. They even vacuumed our stairs and floor around our attic!! Dealing with AC problems is never fun, but Hybrid made it easy and I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way!! Highly recommend them!!

My parents have never had central A/C always used window units. They came in and gave us an estimate and beat all the other by at least $ 3000.00. We have had fantastic service from Hybrid Heat and Air since we moved to San Antonio-we had a few companies look at our system when we moved in, and the staff of Hybrid immediately jumped out as having a strong sense of integrity. When we finally got to the point of needing to replace our system, there was no question on who to call. They answered our (many!) questions and were transparent about the entire process. We ended up having them redo the ducts and add insulation to our attic. We are very pleased with their work and our new system, especially as we are already into the hot Texas summer! And a plus-the new system keeps our house cooler while using less power!

Nice people works for this company. I had them installed the outside and the inside AC unit back in 2016. They were on time and professional. When there was an issue of the AC not blowing any cold air, I called them. We were out shopping when we called them, not expecting service for a day or two but they called back and were able to provide service before we even left the store. I have been a Hybrid Heat and Air customer for years. They were there to help nurse my old system and then to install a new system and provide the regular maintenance. I also had them replace the ducts in this 30+ year old home. They provide excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Actually, the maintenance on my new system includes a maintenance visit every 6 months at no cost to me. During the time I was dealing with the old system, they came and worked on my system on short notice several times during extreme heat periods. The new system they installed is incredible and has significantly lowered my electricity bill. This company is honest and it’s employees are “comfortable” to work with. This is the best HVAC company out there. Jay is the nicest guy youll ever meet. I needed two AC units. I got two bids --one from the BIG San Antonio company that advertises on TV all the time and one from Hybrid. Hybrid was about half the cost of the big company!! But the best thing about Hybrid is the service. I had a couple of issues come up and Jay came out the same day. He also does a free maintenance check. You cant go wrong with Hybrid.

I called hybrid heat and air after the initial installer which was USA air-conditioning and heating. Couldn’t get the system to work right. After three months of them coming back multiple times. I wanted it fixed right. So that’s when I called Hybrid heat and Air.They rebuilt the pleums and put the right air filter in for a 5 ton Trane. I am very happy with the results. Just wish I would have used them to begin with.

Last May decided to do a major HVAC upgrade project. The Payne AC(2004 model) kept racking up high utility costs with over 1,270 KWH used during time period. After searching for energy efficient HVAC I chose the Amana 3 ton inverter heat pump. Not only was there a CPS rebate on the unit but the cooling and heating costs result in just over 330KWH used (presently). Mr.Jay and his team at Hybrid Heat and Air did an outstanding job with installing and setting up the Amana HVAC. Would recommend their business to anyone seeking uv lights or Hvac maintenance or upgrades- Adrian Rodriguez
