11 years ago, C&J installed an entire HVAC system for a house we were completely rehabbing, which was built in 1948 and had to be retrofitted with both AC and heating. We have continued to use them since for system maintenance, and for repair of the very few, minor issues over the last decade-plus. They are always extremely responsive, 100% reliable, communicative, always on time, and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend them with the highest praise and confidence.

We just had our a/c inspected and serviced under our maintenance agreement. Technician was on time and very polite as always. The lady who takes calls is always friendly and prompt. I have had them service my last three homes and have never been disappointed. They do quality work without cutting corners at a fair price. Example: the a/c went out on our previous home which was a lot bigger than our present home and required a big unit. It had the original a/c unit which was over twenty years old and in place when the home was built. We got a quote from one of those companies in the coupon circulars we all get in the mail. The sales person came to our home and was very aggressive in trying to sell us the most expensive unit. I then got a quote from C&J. It was a much better price and we got a quality unit recommended by C&J. We then sold that home and I firmly believe that the new a/c unit added value to our homes sales price. You will not go wrong with this company and they are honest unlike some of their competitors. No reservations. You will not be disappointed.

My Carrier AIr conditioner installed by C&J over 17 years ago finally quit on Thursday afternoon after providing good service all those years. A call to C&J Resulted in their tech arriving within an hour, determining it was beyond Economical repair, and providing a reasonable quote on a top of the line Carrier replacement system. By Friday afternoon, C&J had the new system, installed and tested, and Our house was again cool. I can even control the new system from my cell phone. I definitely recommend C&J for all of anyone’s AC cooling and heating needs.

Ryan and Stephen arrived exactly at the appointed time and I had a heads up from Leslie that they were on their way. Their bid was detailed and options were given. The work was performed with attention to detail and in the manner that was explained on the bid. An excellent work ethic and respectful manner toward our home and persons added to an excellent job.

During the recent cold snap my heating went out on Saturday. C & J went up on the roof in the snow to find out what was wrong. They quickly discovered my heat exchanger was rusted through and needed to be replaced. I was in the middle of a going out of business sale and needed to get something done fast. By the next Friday they had located a unit, got the vendor to open their yard, arranged for a crane to lift the unit onto our roof, and then installed the unit. All this at freezing temperatures in the snow. On the next, Saturday just a week later, I was able to reopen for business. I have been a long time customer of C&J Air Conditioning & Heating and have always received excellent, courteous and thorough service. My heating system stopped working and their representative, Stephen, quickly found the issue within the electrical box that supplies the blowers up in the attic. He showed it to me and it was clear the entire box needed replacing. He worked diligently for over an hour and got the job done and the heating back on. The cost was entirely reasonable, and, as a current customer, I received a discount. I highly recommend this company.

I am a longtime customer of C & J Air & Heating. I just had them out to service my unit. They do great work and have been for a long time. I started using them in 1993(26 years) and have never had any issues with them. I recommend them if you have any needs. They have replaced two whole units for me. I bought a house and the AC/Heat unit was shot. They installed a new Carrier unit that lasted over 20 years. Their installs are great and they honor their warranties.5/27/2020Just had service for the A/C for the summertime. The young man that came out was very thorough and did a great job. Hopefully were set for another problem free summer season. He changed out the inside filter for me so I wouldnt have to get on the ladder. Great Company!

Its been a few days since our installation of a new system and enough time has gone by to be able to say that we couldnt have chosen a better company to assist us in this decision. Yes, there were other quotes, but it seemed that all others wanted to profit off of the cost of goods of equipment that, in reality, didnt cost anything extra to install compared to much less expensive equipment. Therefore, after receiving other quotes and thinking that we would have to settle for an inferior unit, C&J made it easier for us to purchase the top-of-the-line system that we thought we werent going to be able to afford. Coming from a 22 year old system, anything would probably have been better so you can imagine the sound of our jaws hitting the floor when we saw that we could purchase a system that far exceeded what we thought we would have to settle for. They were very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. We asked for a quote, had the installation with no hang ups, asked for another quote for another unit, had it installed and everything was smoothly done. We also switched our regular a/c service to them.

C&J got us cooling as soon as they could. They handled bumps in the road very well and kept us informed.

How many businesses encourage you to spend less than you were willing to spend? C&J explained all of the various options very clearly. I asked for their recommendation and they suggested the lesser cost option! This is great customer service. Further, they arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job ahead of when I thought they would.They took extreme care to respect our home and the finished work was immaculate. All in all, they were the best choice of the many HVAC companies who were courting our business.

C&J has been servicing my house since we purchased in 2013. Additionally they service several of my family members. Anytime we need service they respond immediately and have someone onsite to troubleshoot. They recently replaced my indoor unit after finding a leaking coil. Now we are enjoying our low electric bill! A great family business providing great customer service. C&J is who we trust and refer to our family and friends.

A/C unit went out in July on Tuesday, decided to go with new heat pump system, which was installed on Friday (one day completion). Techs were very knowledgeable, friendly, & cleaned up after the job was completed. Really enjoying our new A/C!

C &J has been servicing my system for more than a decade. They are the best in the city.

We have been with them for over fifteen years and have always been satisfied with their service and products. Our only problem this time is that it took five days to get the AC. Once they had it, they finished within a day.
