We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work. I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex

I contracted with them to install a commode which I was under the impression for the nearly $700 they charged me would have been a quality product as is a Kohler. It was not it was a Vortens, which they said was an economical variety of commode. The Vortens was $224.28 which included tax.Their time to install was 845 to 1100 which came to the fact that they charged me approx $212.00 per hour for labor. When I question the fact that I did not get a quality product as I expected they said they would replace it with a Kohler that I would need to purchase and then charge me an additional $150.00. The Vortens does not function without being flushed 2-3 times. I have shut it off and when I can will replace with a properly functioning quality Kohler product.

I have used this company a few times and they are dependable and very friendly. I do recommend them highly.
