We have been using the business since we opened our first restaurant 6 years ago. From vent hood installation in our restaurant to our Preventative Maintenance in our own home.We do have lots of choices around here but the company’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge about what they are doing are things you won’t trade especially if you running a business yourself.The owners were very hands on to their business, choose right employees that compliment to the company. We are happy to see that they are growing rapidly. They deserve it!

The service technician Eric came out as scheduled, assessed our issue, took note of parts he needed to order, and said he would be back once parts were in. He was very professional and respectful of our property. We received a call several days later, saying parts were in and he set another appointment. He arrived on time, did his job, cleaned up after himself and then informed us what/how he had repaired our system and ran the system to show it was repaired, and how to winterize the system in the future. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

Repair Irrigation System. WOW!!! Professional, experienced and fair priced! Nathaniel and Rudy fixed my irrigation system that was costing me BIG TIME in Water Bills! I got estimated for thousands of dollars, but Rudy and Nathaniel found the problem quickly and fairly priced!!! INTEGRITY is the NAME OF THIS COMPANY! Also Rudy, having a plumbing background, not just THE SPRINKLER GUY was able to find the source of the problems without charging hours on LABOR! Although the technician that came out to our home to troubleshoot our water sprinkler issue was courteous, we were first disappointed by the high quote of $500 to fix an issue that my husband would have fixed on his own if he had been here (hes military and currently not home). The technician indicated that a scheduler was going to contact us to schedule the next visit to repair the issue. I told him that I was going to talk to my husband about the repair and that my husband would decide how to proceed. We received no phone call from schedulers. The technician came and repaired the issue, anyway. Charged us $358 after my husband told them we had not authorized the repairs. Then, within days, we got phone calls from their office threatening to send us to a collection agency where our credit would take a hit. We still have a leak in our sprinkler system. Ill have to wait for my husband to come home and fix the issue and were out $358. I cant recommend this company for irrigation system repairs.

Rudy came out to my house on time. He was quick to diagnose my sprinkler issue. He was able to get the system working properly in a very short period of time. I appreciate his timeliness along with being courteous and professional. Going forward, should I ever have any home maintenance issues, he will be the guy that I will call.

This company is extremely responsive. Nathan came out to repair my irrigation system. After three visits (not unexpected due to the nature of the issue), it is finally working as expected. However, pricing is really over the top. They ran 100’ of wire and reprogrammed the system. They were onsite for less than 3 hours. And the bill was $1,100. Nathan was great each time he came out, but $1,100 for the work done is crazy! Parts on the high side were $100. That means labor was $333.33 an hour. There were too people, on of which Nathan said was a helper. That labor cost is just insane! I am in IT and our highest rate less than 2/3 of that.If you plan using this company, be sure to get the exact price for the job prior to them coming onsite. Otherwise, you will most likely be in for a major shock. I know I was.

I highly recommend this company. They redid our irrigation lines to accommodate the xeriscape we did this spring. They moved irrigation pipe and replaced the new grass seamlessly. They exchanged heads out and repositioned the ones we had so there is no wasted water. Perfect!!

Nathan was cert knowledgeable with the problems I had with my sprinkler system. He was professional. On time. I would recommend this company as a honest and caring people.

Scheduled Premier to repair sprinkler pump. I already knew the field wire was severed. Which I explained before they came out to the residence. Two workman came out to diagnose the problem during my conversation with them. Quoted $40.00/ feet trenching fee. With potential cost in the thousands. Looked at alternative for connecting two zones - that was not recommended. Sadly I paid $89.00 for their time; leaving me with a still inoperable sprinkler system.I later went to youtube and able to find solution by adding a Doubler device ($100.00) that switches between sprinkler head - made for such problem as cut field wire. I feel field wire problems are common in the industry, and the company should be familiar with devices, such as the Doubler that could provide an alternative repair.

They are a ten star....very good service very honest....not out to try to get you put.in a new system ...They told me what I needed ....also maint my 20 year old unit I mean a through maintenance check cleaned unit inside and out technician was there few hours never did they increase the maintenance call I could go on and on ....very professional.

The team over at Premier Comfort was amazing. Came home from work on a Friday in the middle of the summer heat to our AC not working at all. Called Premier and they sent someone who arrived within the hour. Dale quickly identified and addressed the issue. Our AC now continues to run without issues. Would recommend Premier Comfort to others. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly!

They came out and I liked how they conducted themselves and liked what they had to say about the project, but then they sent me an email a couple of days later stating they couldnt do the job of installing a duct for venting our new exhaust fan. They lost their duct fabricator so they couldnt give me a quote or do the job. I asked if they had a referral for someone who could do the job and if they could give me the quote numbers as if they had a fabricator so I had a ballpark number of the cost of the project. They sent me that info and attempted to assist me in finding a reputable contractor who could do the work for me. Although they didnt do the work, their time and effort to assist me in locating another contractor I feel is an indication of their work. I give them 5 stars.

I have had the Premier Comfort Air family working on my AC units at my gymnastics facility for a few years now. They are top notch and always fair. I have had terrible experiences with my two large AC units but they have kept them running and kept my costs low. No AC is cheap, but they are very reasonable and understanding. I recommend them all the time and have never had anyone complain about service or price. If they can keep my 20+ year old 20 ton AC units going at a good price they can do anything.Oh yeah, they are also usually able to get to me the day I call or the morning after!

Rudy the master plumber came out and did a sprinkler job. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the job. I had an issue the following day and Rudy came back on his off day to help correct the issue. GREAT CUSTOMER service and I have recommended him to all my neighbors!!

I know having an AC unit repaired can be costly, but having the right person makes it all the worthwhile. The price was fair and no hidden cost. Not really a review person, but this company did such a great job I just had to give praise where its due. My A/C gave out in the middle of the night, that morning I looked for A/C Repair Companies near me, and Premier Comfort was one of the first to pop up. After a call I had their Tech Mario at my door in an hour. He worked very quickly and was such a nice person to talk to. He fixed the problem and walked me through step by step what he did and the cost, very fair price. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Mario was great and I give him 5 Stars. I diagnosed the problem before he ever got to my house. I used to be a Service Manager for K&S Heating/A/C/Plumbing in Rochester, MN. We also did flat rate pricing as this company does. The charges for certain service are way out of hand. $425 for a run capacitor is way out of line. Shop around before this company takes you to the cleaners. The part is $100.00 to be fair as it is the turbo one and $325 for 30 minutes of Labor. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore. Oh And I need a new Heat Pump/Air Handler next year. A $664.00 bill will lose out on a potential $12,000-$15,000 system. Again, Mario is a great technician and I believe NATE Certified.

I had an amazing experience with this company, I actually was refer by a friend and call them really late at night my air unit wasn’t working and they came right away in the middle of the night. I highly recommend the service was excellent at reasonable price. I will definitely call them again.

Overall very impressed with quality and timeliness of work. Pricing is debatable. Requested service on a Sunday outside of normal business hours. Had a capacitor gone bad in my system. Was quoted for new capacitor and terminal block at $995 (including labor). Quick research showed part value at $60. Told tech that was ridiculous and negotiated down to $350. Didnt do it myself out if shear convenience.

Mark was my technician. Seemed to be a good guy with knowledge of the job. However when we got to the pricing I was shocked. A part that would cost $30 on the low end and 100 on the high was quoted to be 475. when asked what the extra $400 would be charged for they said labor and expenses. Not the type of business Id go to again. But again guy was nice.

My A/C went out on Saturday, so I called Premier and instead of having an emergency call I said thats alright as long as you all can come out on Monday. So I scheduled an appointment for after 5PM on Monday. Five came and no phone call, so I called them and they said sorry must have gotten your phone number wrong. Then they said we can schedule you for tomorrow, not we will send someone out asap because it was our fault. Do you realize it HOT without A/C and you promised to be out here! Anyways, I had to call someone else, I would suggest calling to confirm your appointment and than calling again.

Had my AC die at 9pm last night and they had a technician, Patrick, out before 10pm. Patrick was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, informed me of the repair and the cost before he started, and informed me of preventative maintenance that I could do on my unit to prolong the life of the unit.The price was way cheaper than I expected and my house was cool again before the whole family had to go to bed. While I hope this is the last of my AC issues for a while, when they do arise, I will be calling Premier first.

Perfect experience. Premier has worked on both our home and business units. The customer service has been wonderful all the way from the first call to receiving the invoice. All the technicians have proven knowledgeable, well-spoken and eager to help. They are clearly NOT commissioned to push product and instead seem focused on doing only whats necessary to resolve the issue at hand. They impressed me with their technical gadgetry and were patient and very helpful in showing me the data the collected on my units to help me understand the overall health and efficiency of my units.I just wish I had discovered them years ago before blowing lots of money on the big name, low-value guys in town...
